I have got all 5 rags, I opened the save and got the key to open the box from the kitchen and I have the tools from the box : a police gun, a fake police shotgun, a plumber wrench and a drill. But I can not open the door with any tool. What can I do? Please help me!

I got all the other tools again but not the axe. Could you please say in which corner the axe is?
the order of each rag is on the paper in the safe behind the dartboard but i cant get my code correct

walkthrough:
1. go to kitchen, pick up every item on the table including the cover. click on both “wings” so that it folds down, then click on the left leg repeatedly so that the table moves far to the left out of the way of the benches. then replace all items
2. click on middle bench, collect note. Examine note, notice the numbers and whether or not both edges are jagged or one is smooth. WRITE THIS DOWN. put note back.
3. It’s different in every game, but there is a note in either the teapot, the frying pan or the spice jar. Examine note, same as in step 2. put note back
4. Move to scene with door. There will be a note in either the suit and tie jacket OR the leather jacket. For the suit it is in the neck collar where a tag would be, the leather is in the front zip pocket. Make a note of everything and put it back.
5. Move to the bed scene. There is a note in either the box at the foot of the bed, one of the drawers OR under the bed cover (first lift pillows then bed cover). Write this down and put it back. You should now have 4 sets of numbers, one of which has a smooth edge, the rest all jagged.
6. Still on bed scene, open top left drawer and pick up matchbox. Also pick up the note pinned to the window
7. Move to scene with fireplace and deer head. Pick up firewood, put in the fireplace. Take note from window and put on top of firewood. Zoom in on deer head and pick up match in the deers left notstril. Using match, light fire.
8. OK, here is the hard part. This is difficult to explain:
–take your set of 4 numbers. The one with the SMOOTH edge is set #1
–sets 2 3 and 4 can be in any random order
–set 5 is unknown but that is ok for now, pretend that set 5 is 0000.
—–write down all possible combinations with the differing orders on 2 3 & 4
–find a BINARY CONVERTER site and enter in all 6 of your possible combinations
—-write these down
–One of these is your safe code EXCEPT since we did not know what set 5 was, we have to add that in ourselves. This could be like adding anything between 0 and 15
–When you get the correct code, the safe will open automatically,
9. Start picking up the money in the safe, when your inventory is full, simply click on the money and throw it in the fire! Do this until you get a key.
10.Go back kitchen scene and click on the left most bench seat, inside is a tool box, use the key on the tool box. Pick up tools. (all you need is the axe)
11. Go to door, use axe on door until you are out. Everything else in the game are red herrings!
Whew! and thanks to the kids at Nordinho for helping figure out the darn safe code.

hey can someone please help my numbers are 0001,1101,1101,0101....why do i have two of the same numbers?? ahhhh
here's the EASIEST way to open the safe..
start by looking at the letter and remember you're girlfriend's name
then start the fire..
then use the darts and the fork to knock down the dart board and reveal the phone pad..
enter you're girlfriends name just like you would on a regular phone..
grab the piece of paper and read it, this gives the locations and order of the binary code scraps, write down the number on the scrap in the safe for "here"..
convert the code in a binary converter and open the safe!
i have tried using the binary converter but its asking for"decimal number to convert" i have no clue what that number is
What is the safe #
This seems to be unclear to some people, but your binary number is one LONG 20-digit number. This means the first digit (leftmost) is 2^19, the next is 2^18, and so on until the last digit which is 2^0. You cannot convert the individual rags and put them together; you'll often end up with a 7 or 8 digit number. I personally couldn't find a converter to convert a number that long so I did it with my calculator.

10. weitere Binärzettel sammeln: einer ist in der Eckbank versteckt (dazu muss man den Tisch abräumen und zur Seite schieben - unten am Fuß klicken), einer ist irgendwo beim Bett (drunter, unter dem Kissen oder in der Kiste), einer ist irgendwo in der Küche (Essigflasche, Pfanne oder Teekanne) und einer ist an der Garderobe (Jackentasche Lederjacke oder Kragen Anzug etc.)
11. Den Binärcode in eine Dezimalzahl umrechnen (Reihenfolge laut Notizzettel aus dem Safe - mit z.b. http://www.arndt-bruenner.de/mathe/scripts/Zahlensysteme.htm
12. Tresor öffnen und die 100 Dollarnoten verbrennen (auch wenn es weh tut) bis man den kleinen Schlüssel erhält
13. Werkzeugkiste in der Eckbank mit dem Schlüssel öffnen und die Axt entnehmen
14. Getreu dem Motto: Die Axt im Hause erspart den Zimmermann, die Türe bearbeiten und den Weg freihacken!

Click "Binary", type in your code in the order you got from that note in the safe(all together, in a string), and when you are FINISHED, click "Decimal" which is next to "Binary". That is the Code to the safe
