I've tried lots of things in the questions that follows the bottles riddle, but still none were wright... Any help?

perdigota

its water but in a solid form

But I've written that and it's still incorrect...

southern most body of land/ice.

#20 is easy
#21 gets hard again

Please help, what is Monty Python embarrassing contraption, I have read all the posts and the script, I am out of ideas. Tried megaphone, vibraphone and wankel rotary engine.

HELP :)

Well.. I can't get 20!!! I must be having some kind of blockage!!!

the way forward is??

I'm back! Ad I'm stuck on 20 too :(

linsmac, are u sure you typed the last contraption (I'm 2 embarrassed to type it!) in correctly?

#20 is real popular at state fairs, at least here in the U.S.

its usually pink or blue

is it an anagram of sweet treat?

nope,

two 5 letter words

first one is the sweet treat
second is used to clean your teeth

Pinky4Eva

Thank you, you would not believe how long I have been at this lvl.

can anyone help me with the monty python level??

lvl 21? Does it have something to do with music?

I seem to be stuck on the idea of #21's picture having to do with Kurt Vonnegut's "Ice 9".

Ah well, I'll pick this up tomorrow

lvl 21, something to do with the police with ello, ello, ello in title and 999 in pic, but don't know what yet.

I thought they were commas... lol

Sweetstuff

Read the script, it's a type of engine.

I still can't get 16 even with the hints. Please help!

patrick, I'm gonna tell ya, cos it's spelt wrong in this puzzle - Mary Magdalen

I know everyone's gone past level three by now....but I've never actually seen Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, and I've tried all the numbers I can find that relate to the movie. Can someone give me a hint?

did you get lvl 21??

alice, it's a bit of a naughty number!

no, still can't do lvl 21! Thought it might be name of Police song?

Thank you Pinky4Eva

anybody have any hints for 19 with the bottles please?

the letters on the labels run from _to_ ,say this out loud, thats the formula for your answer

thanks a lot Pinky4eva :)

http://www.jgames.co.uk/dictionary/kdict.php

great! tx, Pinky4eva!

they are a clue to a famous story - 'AB & the 40 T' Type full name of story in, it's incorrect, but you get a clue

yay got it

thanks patrick

the letters stand for a famous story

i'm stuck on 24, with the fire brigade-type badges, anyone have any ideas?

23 is hard. I looked at the Wiki article. The famous words get a response of "no entry". I tried the original words.

The character of the story is mentioned in an Akon song called "Never gonna get it" and if you look at the title...

don't try the original words, but the english translation, then the door should open... ;)

It was a problem with capitalization. :/

Thanks though.

I'm totally stuck on lvl 24, have no idea what they mean, think I've had enough for tonight, 12.54am! I'll be back tomorrow, hopefully somebody given a clue by then! Byeee

I'm stumped on lvl 24 too.

Without much to go with, I've taken it in so many directions without even a hint of being on the right track.

i'm totally stumped on 24 as well, getting pretty late over here (belgium)
also... :(

finally found 24: the first symbol is blood...

Yay, nice one Mick! (I know, I said I was going)

damn addictive puzzles ;p... i'm stuck on 25 now, with andy kaufman

So what do they collect in? Is it a pun? I've tried pubs many times :-D
Help Mick!

it's in the wiki-article about them... it's only one word and not a pun...

@dem: when i think of that word, i immediately imagine some evil witch cooking up some bubbling brew, tossing some lizard's eyes in ;)

That's weird, cos I got the answer as 2 words: something festive for boiling water!
Any Ideas for Kaufman? The obvious answer gave me a message that made me feel bad!
I can't work out the symbols. Some are elements, but a lot aren't. Some look like months, others like amino acids! Argh!

weird... i got it as only one word.. hope i didn't mislead you. i'm stumped on kaufman as well, tried many things... what's up with the letters??

so it's not about what 'really' killed him?? i've tried 'rem', but that didn't work ;p ... maybe has to do something with one of his acts?

Hey Guys, I need some help with the one with the two symbols. The blood and the fire?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

you almost got it ryan, google is your best friend now

I really better sleep now. Good luck fellow puzzlers!

Woooo! I got it!

great ryan!! now you can help me with the kaufman one ;p i'm stuck.. any ideas anyone??

No clue, I'm trying to figure out if the answer if just two letters because of the question mark in the circle.

The letters must mean something, perhaps a pattern?

no idea, i thought maybe acronyms for cancers, but no. (too morbid) whatever it is, there are 12 of them, maybe a clue

dunno either, some of the letters seem to stand for something, others don't.. 'what killed him'? what does that mean..??

Well it's not what physically killed him so it may be something that he didn't like.

..or something that cracked him up totally :D i'm still looking for abbreviations of 2 letters

hey i need help with 15. i know what it says but i can't figure out the answer...

what is 15 again?

the text message one. with all the numbers and it asks how much it would cost to send.

ok i remember: the text was originaly written on something else..

Really really stumped on the question after 15(?) the one about rubber duck and pregnant roller skate. Found what i think both mean in cb slang but still makes no sense??

@bobo: forget about the rubber duck, you're on the right track, it's just a specific type of that brand... think 'love me do' ;p

for the text message. so the price of a stamp in 1676?? am i on the right track or no?

grah! thanks mick that was so frustrating, i had the answer all along (*@>!

tried to answer the elvis question with ginger alden (girlfriend) and joe esposito (manager) incorrect any help???

deb: make sure you spelled them right as one of those was the answer

can anyone help me with the buffalo bill question...ive been stumped for many hours!!

@ liana: don't focus on the price or something like that... that quote on the text message is from a famous scientist, and was engraved on something worth.... ;)

@sweetstuff... the answer was already posted somewhere in this blog... melting clocks and surrealism should help you.. only 1 word

so... any new ideas on the kaufman one??? (25) it's late and i'm groggy

No, I actually reading up on Andy Kaufman and am coming up with nothing. We have to figure out what those letters mean.

i thought some were actual abbreviatios and others were not and tried making sence of the remaining letters, but found nothing... lol: i read a lot about kaufman too

i must be stupid.i cant get level 2.the pic of the 5 men.please help.i read all comments and i still don't get it.helllppppp

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...what is the answer to hello kitty's sister. mimi does not work, and hello mimi does not work....why? Question #3

and don't tell me to read the posts. i have read them all!!

tanja,

69 is the answer

I'm still lost on 24. I googled. Can't figure it out. Maybe tomorrow!

mteggers70: it's mimmy, still pronounced "mimi" but spelled weird :P

any help with level 4? I even went and found an anagram generator and I can't figure it out :(

thanks mteggers70.i guess i am stupid.lol

@ Chia Levis anagramed is 'The King' or mor commonly known as Elvis

As for me I'm currently lost on question 18. I tried thinking of board games but am still lost. Any help would be appreciated.

I have decided to make a mini-walkthrough up to level 18 anyways.

I am back!

And I am stuck on lvl 22...the one with the phobia

Well, what killed Andy? ^^

No idea! I thought sleeping on it would help, but it didn't :0/

I've read everything about Andy Kaufman and everything about Jim Carrey...but no success.

Stuck at what band are Bill and Ted in, I know it's the wild stallions but it wont work! Help!

lvl 11: Mr Ed's real name doesn't work for me, anyone have any alternatives?

jack: i=y

@ Jack: google it, it is written in a very weird way

Oh no, I was hoping that by the time I woke up and logged on that someone had made some progress on 24! Anyone got any ideas what the letters represent?

Nope, thought they mgiht be names of moons, with Jim Carrey ref, but can't see it. But I know an awful lot more about AK now!

I must admit that I have never heard of AK before.

I even tried to combine the letters to any characters in Carreys movies or to the directors and I even looked for references to anything jewish..no idea.

I'm getting closer!!!
I know what the question mark should be, but I still haven't got the answer.
Here's a clue
NA - Neil Armstrong
BA - Buzz Aldrin
...

:-D

GOT IT!!!!
What else can those letters represent ;-)
thank god that is over... now we're only half way!!!
:-S

I need some help!

I can't find the answer to the "which hairdresser called themselves the factotum of the city?"

I've tried googling, wikipedia, live search and ask.com

What do I need to know to find the answer?

@sebbie3000
it's from a very famous play to do with a barber! So who was the barber of that place?

Is anyone else on 26? I'm thinking along the lines of Fox TV at the moment, but I'm stumped. Need help!

good morning...

can somone help me on 24 the blood and fire one guys?

25 turned out to be easier than we all thought! :D

And now lvl 26 is killing me again

Can anyone tell me what logos they are, all i know is nike and puma, the rest i have no clue on.

Well done, dem! Ok, so I know who goes in the gap, but I still don't know the answer, clue please!

There is another meaning for the two letters in the gap...and this killed Andy.

Ok Pinky, I got it quite quickly because I am a chemist! It's something that can kill people!
Now quick, I need help on 26!

...PLEASE HELP ME ON 24.... ive looked at reggae, Mobilcast and even pictures of Mick Hucknall.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Ah, finally! Thanks, dem & das, now who the heck is that on the Poison cover?!

greg, you've already got blood and fire, now google that. It's a famous organisation! Now hurry and catch up!

Gregg, u don't wanna be looking at pics of Mick Hucknall this early! Google 'motto Blood & Fire'

Pinky, it's a famous Disney deer ;-)

ok it goes from hucknall to the sally army.

i dont usually ask thisd but please someone just gimme the answer and shoot this lame horse!

Level 7 help! Please!

ignore that - I swear I tried it 5 times already.... but this time it worked!.....

Any clues for 26?

ok...i thought that maybe going to bed and trying to sleep some would help...but it didnt...can someone please help me with the buffalo bill question?? please!! thanks a ton!

Somebody please for the love of god I'm still on the logo question! Please help!

jack, its a company that make sportswear, and a company that make tyres - D for Diadora, something, N for Nike, something, something,P for Puma

26 - could be name of film with 3 parts? Is there a film called Foxes Bottom?!

lvl 21 3 pigs? anyone?

ok after 5 coffes my brain is back on track , currently working on 26 I presume thats still the hurdle?

OMG thanks so much pinky!

in 22 : the person that is drawn is famous , and he has a certan phobia

got lvl 21, thanks pinky

"Canid Camera" confuses me.
Because "canid" could also stand for the fox (canidae)...

I presume you guys have seen vixen is an all girl rock band. Theres somethings on youtube, with parts one two and three but I dont have sound on my pc!

Ease off the coffees Greg, I don't think it's necessary to start watching videos of girl bands!
I was thinking canid camera might have something to do with Fox TV (obviously also a pun of candid camera)
half a fox part 3? Michael J fox? Back to the future Part 3? Arrrgghh!
Greg, give me some coffee :-p

For vixen, p.iii is important. It's a British (male) thing.

looool that's what happens if you forget to refresh while playing... you answer waaaayyyy to late

HA HA, thanks Jon, that was obvious now I see it.
it's important that there is no top part (i.e topless) :-p

is thinking about Corrinne Russell on the right lines john?

Gregg, right lines - yes

Oh my god, it is so obvious. lol
Thanks for the "male" clue

I'm Australian and it still took me a while to get question 8 shameful!

nice one, john!

27 is easy. I only needed to recognise a couple to get it. The legs and the women!

im all over 26 like a rash, but I cant find the right phrase / name can somone guide me a little please...

Gregg, think of a foxy glamour girl...

I don't recognize the woman...

lol thanks. atleast I had the answer to question ready to paste! :oP

first person to come up with a face recognition search engine will be a millionaire!

The 'woman' is Danny La Rue, rhyming call for something

the picture of the 2 women and their stature was the clue for me ;-)
The number question is quite hard, but the digits are a mirror image.
Any ideas about 28 anyone?

lvl 28, got the anagram sorted, but it doesn't work?

Lvl 28, be careful how you spell it.

im brain dead on 27 ..HELP

still cannot find the connection in 27...is it too obvious or am I just stupid?

greg & das:

HOUSE!

I can't get an anagram pinky! :-s

Clearly the answer to "How many tentacles do 8 ocyopuses have?" isn't just a plain 8x8 sum, is it?

I've tried 64, but it doesn't seem to work.

Any clues?

ignore me, I'm ignorant!

Think of the picture, man on bike jumping cars, hmmmm? Just be careful with spelling!

the clue was good enough - but I really really really dont see how you got that answer from those pictues, maybe im out of my depth now! :oO

I don't see it

i dont get the bingo question...help please ^__^

can anyone help me with level 21? the one with the 9's? i have looked at other posts and i still dont understand! PLEASE.... someone point me in the right direction!!

Could you please give me another clue for this stupid pictures? I don't see any connection, even with your first clue I don't.

sebbie3000 they don't have any!

What a good name for a hockey team! :-D

For 29 I see the red hot chilli peppers reference, but I don't know what door 88 is!

das maybe germanys a lil different but wahts a good night out for old ladys, and abit of a gamble?

Okay, thank you very much!!!

But how did you get that? There is no connection at all in my opinion

exactly, i got it from the house clue given earlier.... only cos my moms an adict or it would of gone over my head. In stuck on 28 if you wanna help me hun ^__^

the pictures were caals for bingo numbers eg legs 11, Danny la Rue 72, etc.

sorry I meant calls for bingo, cold fingers!

loooool
111,111,111 x 111,111,111???!?!?!?!

111111111 * 111111111 .......?

ignore the commas

on lvl 30 now, got answer to room 88 by googling 'magic word room 88' don't understand it though, but who cares!

pinky can you help me with the hignwayman....

can anyone help me with number 15 have tried to type in MM's name and have spelt it without the e on the end and many other ways but it still won't work.
please help it's driving me mad!!

gregg, he jumped motorbikes over cars, and his first name sounded really EVIL!

Finally number 30

i got the anagrom but the spelling is fcked :oS

Any hint on #30??

for 29:

"R88" can be split horizontally into 6 letters. It's just silly.

for 30:

it's a nice crossword puzzle clue. it's slang word for the name of the song the lyrics are from!

I got the name of the song on #30, but I can't understand the connection...

Finally got #30.. but what's #31 all about?
