hello
anyone playing? i have a prayer card, crucifix & rope. stuck now.
I've got a bunch of religious items, and 3 notes after having gotten out of the attic. However, .... it doesn't really appear there's much to do with anything, no hidden items I've found yet. :/
how do you get out of the attic?
Approach the drawers, look carefully on top and below. Then look carefully around the exit door's wall.
do you know where the key is to get in to that room
I've gotten out of the room and found afew religious artefacts too.

Still no key, but I got a clue of some kind in the bathroom. Hard to make out.

I've seen a guy in white in the hallway (toward the locked room), the floating chick in the bedroom, and scary image in cracked mirror in small room (tv room).

yea same here. i have looked all over. tried to combine everything and am now going in circles. maybe i am dumb or it could be all the holiday food that i have had in the last month thats making my brain slower. hmm..

i must sound like the biggest idiot when i ask what clock?? because i think the code for the computer changes ever time. or it just doesnt work for me. :D

cozzie if you read the diary and then go back downstairs to the room with the closet you can now open it
the code does change everytime, because when i looked at the clock i got a completely different number (9321)

To get the code read the bed side clock and make out the numbers by looking at the NON LIT parts.

Glitch: When I left the bedroom for the 2nd/3rd time, the door opened up by itself and the screen went black/froze :(

How do you turn the light on in the static TV room? I'm clicking around and can't find anything.

thats what i thought at first to but second time i had everything possible up to that point and still had to piss around until went back

Thanks for the tips. The screen was so dark so I kept clicking out the door, that it would have been impossible to find it without you two :)
This sucks. I can't enter the code into the PC. Every time I touch my keyboard, the game brings up an ad for the new album. anyone else having this problem?
Very cool way to promote an album, I must say. Thanks for all the hints. I must've had a brain fart b/c I couldn't get the light on in the TV room as well.

the little boxes you put the code in on the computer screen, you have to visit the master bedroom and look at the alarm clock to get the numbers

nvm, i figured it out
i am about to pull my hair out. i cannot get the passcode to the stupid computer. i've heard everytime you play the game the numbers on the clock change, i restart the game and get the missing numbers. but, that doesn't help, i put the numbers together and get 88:88. but that doesn't seem to work.

the parts of the clock that arent lit up are the numbers for the passcode.

Only 2 endings that i can make out. Brilliant game! Graphics fantastic and sound great. Could have been a bit more user friendly on finding the objects (light up cursor or something) but overall I thouroughly enjoyed it
i would say just two endings. at the end it says try again for alternate ENDING. Not endingS :-P
this is a superb game with an even better story.

Click on the pocket of the coat, get prayer card.
Go to the other end of the attic. Get the rope from underneath the chest.
Open the middle drawer of the chest and get the crucifix.
Look on top of the chest. Use the rope with hook to combine the two items.
Go back to where you woke up in the attic. Use the combined rope and hook on the gap above the door.
Play around with the rope by moving left and right to "fish" for the doorknob from the other end. Once this is accomplished, and you hear a noise that signals that the door has been opened, click the doorknob to open the door.
Proceed down the stairs. Click the lightswitch on the left side of the screen.
Click on the hallway that leads to the master bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is not necessary, but it gives you a hint for later. Enter the bathroom.
Turn on the faucet. It will cloud the mirror, telling you to look for what is not there, rather than what is there. This refers to the alarm clock in the bedroom...
Enter the bedroom.
Get the statue of Shiva on the left.
Click on the switch for the lamps. It is located in the middle of the power cord below the window.
Get the "Love" note on the right side of the bed. Get the alarm clock on the right side of the screen. A four-digit number can be read on it by looking at the spaces that are NOT lit up. This number is the password for the computer diary in the office.
Go back to the main hallway and enter the office. Get the "Murder" note on the rightmost printer. Turn on the computer and read the diary after inputting the password from the alarm clock. It is necessary to read this in order to finish the game, and it is important for the story and setting.
Go back to the main hallway. Enter the door on the right that closed by itself. Wait for the weird stuff to happen, then switch on the lamp on the right side of the room.
Get the Qur'an on the small table on the right.
Continue on downstairs. Turn up the lamp. Enter the loungeroom. Get the shofar and the Buddha statue (in the middle and next to the TV respectively).
Return to the hallway. Enter the linen closet. Get the Ema (prayer board) and the "Lust" note.
Notice that the closet lights up. Click on it. Get the key. Click on the safe. If you got all three notes, you notice that each word (Love, Lust, Murder) is written inside a shape (Heart, Square, Circle). On the safe, these shapes are inscribed in that order, so go ahead and input the numbers that correspond to the letters LOVELUSTMURDER. Those numbers are 56835878687337. Access is granted, and you get the Soothsayer.
Go back to the hallway and use the key on the locked door.
Two endings, take your pick:
Use the Soothsayer with the Ouija Divining Glass in the middle of the kitchen (bad idea!) or...
Go out to the backyard and click on the pre-dug hole.
Congratulations, you finished!
the password is in the bedroom and the password for the computer is the blacked out numbers on the alarm and can some1 help me get the key for the linen closet???
