Hi Jen...I found two pens, two erasers, a candle and a letter. But I do not know what to do now;
I've only got one pen but I'm stuck now, too.
Found pink thing and have a pen, silver thing, gold thing, candle and letter I can't read.
Not found anything pink .... white pen behind the bat of golf ... Nor repairs in English ... I am Brazilian!
actually it is red, my mistake. It was on the table by the door.
There is another pen in the golf tray with the balls.

If you rub the red thing with the item from the candle it shows some characters. Have no clue what it means, looks like a date or something.
If you use the white pen on the red square writing appears but who knows what it says. I couldn't get any of the pens to write on the other squares yet

How did you get the red to combine? I used the black pen on the red thing to get another symbol.
put light bulb in light on wall turn on go to table and open it- then im stuck

go to scene above couch click near right top side of picture and you will go up- it takes a few clicks but you should get it

Yeah, the rag was hard to get. I was almost going to give up when the door suddenly popped open (clicked like 50 times)

I knocked over the trash can and found a red pen. Used it on the white/gold block and made a Majong tile (at least that is what it looks like).
sara get light bulb on ceiling- go to scene with couch and picture- click on upper right side of pic a few times you should go up

Cory--it comes from the paper from above the couch where the lightbulb was. Click on the top of it and it will open.

In the scene where you are looking down at the right side of the couch and the left sliding door, you can click along the bottom edge of the sofa for a view of the trash under it. There is a string you can get (far right side.) Not sure what to do with it yet...
Hmm, I've got five items missing from my inventory (I think):
Bottom row.
Right of red pen.
Right of black pen.
Right of red ball.
Any ideas what they should be or has anyone found anything that fills those spaces?

This may have already been mentioned, but you can write with the black pen on the left side of the "I love you" tile.
That's all I've got for now. I have all inventory save one item, which I'm positive is in one of those compartments that I can't access on the table.
However, the green top signifies a game table, so the majong pieces will go there sooner or later.
there is nothing more annoying in the world than clicking the same place 1 million times. grr
I must be the only tstill to get the red ball from the paper where the light bulb was. I have been on it above it and around it,and still cannot find it. Help
I don't really rememebr as I got the ball by fluke, but I think it may be when I clicked on the right edge of the paper? I really don't know

Click all over the point of the paper. It doesn't give it up right away. As with everything in this game, it is a pixel hunt.
Seems no one can make a decent, challenging RE game anymore without making it nearly impossible.
Btw, to correct my earlier post, I'm still lacking two items, both of which I assume are locked in that damn table.
bash-- to unfold the paper and get the ball, click mostly on the top pointy area above the black bar.
I have Red thing, Majong piece, black pen, blue pen, white pen, red ball, string, lightbulb, red pen (already used), and the piece of paper with nonsense on it.
I put the cart before the horse.
However, I think that box on the shelf is a decoy. I think the real stuff is in the table compartments.

When you click on the blinds, the Japanese says something about the blinds being halfway open and then adds "..." as if to imply we should do something about it. But I've tried attaching the string all over the blinds and no luck. :(

Or a "smash the door" option. It's glass, for crying out loud...
for a door with a hole, why can't you just put your finger through the hole and pull the door?
I'm done for tonight on this one. I'm going to guess that only the creator of the game knows how to beat it and I don't think he's here right now.

I opened white string about item and then clicked on red ball on string.
AHA!!!! Just click every inch or so starting on the inner curl and it attaches about an inch inward. Dizzamn that was a pixel hunt.
Red ball is inside the paper with the black writing and black bar on it. It's like an envelope.

kate: Go to the view where you are looking downwards at the far right corner of the sofa. Then click along the very bottom edge of the sofa until it zooms you in to a view below it.

I highlighted the blue stick and then clicked all over the board randomly and just got a zoomed in view.

Switch your mahjong tile for the seventh one in the zoomed in view. Then open the table door below your tiles. You'll get another blue stick.
Ball & String attach to left blind, pull left blind down and get key.

Donovan, correct. You start from the right, swap a tile, put blue stick in slot. Then do the same counterclockwise. You'll get a doorknob afterwards. Found cliplight useless

Oh that's cool, I usually hide my door handles in a locked glass case in the middle of my mahjong table.

To view the tiles close-up, you have to click along the edge of the table (thanks Donovan). Click the right edge to view the right player's tiles. Only after you switch the tiles can you then click on the top edge to see the top player's tiles. Do the same for the left and then the bottom.
Well this game just completely crashed my computer!! I had to turn it off at the terminal, I couldn't even log off. SOD THIS! The creator of this game needs shooting!

Once you switch the first piece, you need to back out to select the top players piece, etc, etc.

Ok...I've got three tiles, a piece of string, a stick thingy, two pens, a piece of paper, a light bulb, and some weird thing I got near the light bulb.
I hear you guys; this RE game is horrible and I hate pixel hunting. It took me forever just to find the freaking green rag.
Anywhoo, I've been clicking all over the paper above the painting and the sofa but I CANNOT FIND THE STUPID RED BALL!
If I had it my way, I'd make a much more interesting RE game like "Escape from the DMV" or "Escape your mother-in-law's spare bedroom" or "Escape from jury duty" or something like that.

Ok so I managed to put the light bulb into the lamp, turn it on, and flip over the board but I can't put any tiles on there.
I also can't write on them with the pens, either.
I STILL CANNOT FIND THAT STUPID RED BALL!!!!! Where do I click? Is it the newspaper? Is it the picture hanging above the sofa, or is it that paper thing above the picture that's above the sofa?
I've been clicking on that little piece of paper above the picture above the sofa for several minutes and I GET NOTHING!
ARRGGGH! There's a difference between something being challenging and something being totally impossible.
Shannon the red ball is in the piece of paper you pull off the wall in the scene where you first get the light bulb.
I managed to get it by clicking in the area of the point a few hundred times
Finally figured out where the red ball was.
I still can't write on the little tablet thingys and I CANNOT CONNECT THE BALL TO THE STRING!
Okay for the writing... use the black pen and click all over the lower left half the red thing. it'll write in white... somehow. lol.
For the ball and string... go to about item on the string. select the red ball then start clicking at the end the top end (it curls in on itself a bit...) keep clicking as you follow the string... it will eventually attach the ball

I have swapped one tile, but i can not find another view! only get one view of the tiles and have clicked like nuts all over the stupid table trying to find another view..... grrrrrrr
Where do I find the red and blue pens and the second blue stick?
Found the second blue stick but I've clicked everywhere on the cabinet to stick the clip-lamp but that doesn't work.
Red pen is under the trashcan. You get second blue stick with white dot from mahjong table.
Clip lamp clips about 1/3 of the way across from the right side at the very top.

Click all tiles for each player and it will swap out with the right one. Then click the panel below(the long panel) and get a blue stick at each position.

Ive got 2 blue sticks, can click the bottom right and top right of table but they look like exactly the same times! Can not get the drawer/panel open again at any point. I must be missing something...... like the tip of my finger from clicking and my brain from whacking my head against the wall trying to pixel hunt this game!!!!

after you swap the tile , you must put one blue stick in the center near the player and so on....

The clip lamp is supposed to go on top of the shelf where the purple box is but I haven't been able to do that.

Well. I finally got it!! It seems I kept bringing up the same players side of the table (over & over. Thank you everyone for all the clues. Definately could not have got through this one without clues.

This game is really quite tiring as not only it's pixel hunting, you'll also need to do somethings 1st in order to go to the next step.
After gather all the hints, i've decide to write a walkthru 2 rid future player from turning off. Hope it helps. ;>
Here goes!
Walkthru:-
1) Pick up dull yellow tile by the door.
2) Pick up Red tile on top left corner of newspaper.
3) Turn right; pick up "cup";
4) Select the "cup" & view in "About item"; click on somewhere bottom right coner of the cup & pick up blue stick.
5) Turn right: Pick up white tile by the picture.
6) Turn right; pick up note beside sofa & black pen by the window.
7) Click on bottom edge of sofa to go under the sofa; pick up string from right most coner.
8) Zoom back; turn right; turn right again;
9) pick up white pen on the green tray beside the club; click bottom right corner of basket to drop it; click somewhere at the bottom of the basket to turn it over; get red pen.
10) pick couple of time on the left bottom cabinet door to open it (takes some pixel hunting); get green towel.
11) Turn right; turn right; turn right again till u see the sofa with picture frame; click somewhere top right corner of the wall to see the ceiling.
12) Select green towel & click on ceiling light to get bulk; also get the white paper with strange writing on the left wall.
13) Select the white paper & view it; click on the right pointy corner of the paper to open it, get red marble.
14) select string & view it; select red ball & click about 1 inche in the inner string to attach it.
15) Go down, turn right, turn right again to see the 2 blind.
16) select the string/marble; click on the centre of the left most panel, between the top bar & the blind to attach it.
17) Click on red marble to pull down the blind & get key.
18) Turn right; use key on purple box, get clip-on light.
19) Select click-on light & attach it on the top, slightly right coner of the shelve (there's a color difference if u look closely); click on the right bottom coner of light to turn it on.
20) Turn right & turn right; select bulk & click on the lamp shade; click on red light to turn it on.
21) Click on table to zoom in; click somewhere top right of the table to turn it green (if both light is on, u should see a faint outline on the table).
22) Time to prepare the tiles:-
--> Select red tile to view; click somewhere on the top left coner of the tile to turn it over; select black pen & click on the very top center to write a chinese word.
--> select the yellow tile to view; select the white tile & combine them by clicking on the center of the tile;
--> ***NOTE: you'll need to close the view & reselect the combine tile to view in order to write on it; select red pen & click on the center to write a chinese character on it.
--> Select the blue stick to view; select white pen & click somewhere in the center of the blue stick to add a dot.
23) To get all the tiles, select the red tile & put it on the top right coner of the table (within the green area); click on the yellow button.
24) Now we play majong, you'll need to go to all 4 side to swap the tile:-
--> 1st, click on the right hand side of the table; select the tile & click on the 7th tile counting from right; click the table side, center small rectangular to open up the bottom drawer, get a blue stick; select the same blue stick you've just pick up & put it on the black bar on top of the table (where the center mirror is)
--> Zoom out; click on top side of table; select tile & swap it with the 1st on your right; open the bottom drawer, take blue stick & put it on the table like the 1st 1.
--> Zoom out; click on left side of table; replace the 6th tile from your right; get blue stick & put on table.
--> Zoom out; click on centre bottom tile to zoom in; replace 4th tile from the right & put your last blue stick on the table; click red button by the mirror & get handle.
25) Zoom out; zoom out & turn left, put hander on door & you're out!!!
I want to add my PROTESTA to the many before me. I hope & assume that makers pay attention to boards like this for future reference.
It's called "pixel-hunting"? I don't like pixel-hunting. Sometimes it's a bug & I'm looking for nothing. If text matters & reduces gratuitous clicking, it should be translated.
What I consider the options here:
1. Click finger-hand-wrist-elbow-arm-shoulder (carpal tunnel) to death.
2. Go by walkthrough so much that it defeats most of the purpose of playing these games (solve puzzles; strengthen/build/produce whatever synapses, neural pathways, transmitters in the brain; feel proud of oneself for success; take a break from & occupy your brain w/something more simple than work life, personal life, the state of the world; etc.
3. Do some mix of 1 & 2 out of curiosity or to just waste time, then feel more insulted physically & mentally, but more justified in disapproval, maybe feel more camaraderie w/fellow posters.
4. Follow Ina's walkthrough. (Thank you Ina!)

in order to take handle from table to open mirror make sure the red button is on the left bottom side to click it and then click mirror..to get handle..still cant click under couch either..and have used all items in inventory...need another bar i think to attach to blind and ball..gonna try this now..

drove me crazy. I'm not fond of pixel hunting games, and some writings were too small for a not japanese native to read. But I liked the purple little god at the end, I thought it was cute.

the second blue bar that you try to put is the one from the hot green tea or you take it out from the drawer(the next player)?
The one from the tea is for the last player.
No shushun...:)ive played mahjonng before..the only thing is ..this game was really sticky..u had to click and click..on it..drove me nuts..but i finished it..:)
oh yes, and to get the bar into the place ..make sure u are facing it..as well..like the hand u are playing is the one u are trying to put bar into..:)
in other words it wont go in if u are trying to put it anywhere on board...and u have to finish your hand as well..its the last move u make before the next guy plays..
