Scarygami Riddle
Scarygami Riddle is a new challenging online riddle game created by Gerwin Sturm. This is an URL-changing riddle, meaning that at most levels (if it's different you will notice) you will have to change the URL in the address bar of your browser to proceed to the next level. penny I looked at the properties of the photo to find the clue but i cannot find a question anywhere
ok well my software will not "see" exif encrypted data, now what do i do, go pay for a program?

I went to purple hell and downloaded there exif program called photostudio.Once you have it, save your picture on your pc..then open it into photostudio and you will see your question under photoshop info.
Now having a bit of problem on 20

Yeah penny for 19, its even got more info..If before you didnt see photoshop info, you will for this one. Your looking for a ____INC and a ________code.

What I see is WEIRD_TITLE.jpg that doesnt fit with anything on our screen..thats got to be it somehow..

Well the WEIRD_TITLE-20.jpg is right..Put that in the url and look at properties and you get a letter..We have to do them for all levels..Time to backtrack folks.

look at each of the title pictures for a letter... I tried doing that by exporting the title pictures into iphoto but I don't know where I am looking or what I am looking for?
how do you look at properties, do you hit enter?
The way Im doing it, backtracking through the url,opening the source and get the .jpg in every one and emailing to myself (THE PIC) then will open them all in microsoft picture viewer to look at the properties to get the letters.
where does the letter appear? I see an A for everyone
The way Im doing it with mic-pic-viewer,, go to file,then properties, it will come up on right, descriptions, then hit more, then look at the title, and theres your letter..Some programs you simply right click to get properties, but you have to save them on pc first.

This is the way it should be when you get the "new scarygami riddle title bar" with level number..are yall getting these from the source on every level(close to top in source)..I have all my letters and I know what it says but its not working yet.

Yes, I have tried doing it that way and also just right clicking on the image in the window itself... choosing save image... and then looking at it in my photo app.
Don't get any letters not in the image itself, nor in any of the properites
and do what with it, if i put it in the url it says page not found

copy and paste from the source.put into url as I showed in previous post..paste after riddle and hit enter and see the "Scarygami Riddle" Title bar with level number, then email yourself or however yall want to do it..look at properties and get your letter.

No, Penny I cant change the riddle..You can do this..Its just copy and pasting from the source on each level..
It would have been nice if we knew this from the get-go. We could have saved all our notepad sources without a whole lot of backtracking..Thats part of the riddle though and a part that makes this riddle creator great..
What I mean vbran is that I don't get any letters when I look at these pages...
I've tried various programs, various ways of saving the files (from the source like you did and from the page direct) but no letters appear...
I don't know what else to do to make this work - I can't use the same program that you did because I'm on a mac... so I'm pulling my hair out
Penny, when you get a picture in your email program, and you open to view, what program are you using to view email pictures..Microsoft Picture Viewer?? Roxio Photo? Adobe? Word?

penny-right click on the banner and save, It saves the banner instead of the picture on the page. You should then be able to go to the photo in any program and get the title

Also, millertime, maybe you can tell Penny what you used to get your letters from the properties.

Cant play tues,weds,or thurs, so it would be nice for a new riddle tommorow..oops no, it takes me a couple days to solve a riddle.I started on this one yesterday..LOL
I've opened them and explored properities with iphoto, canon imagebrowser, arcsoft photoimpression, and finder (which is like my computer)
But nothing...
I also opened it in word, chose edit and looked in the properties there... nothing
I'm really sure we're talking about the same thing but the image you're opening is the one with the level number in curly letters then the game title...
Yes, thats the right one Penny.Its only that one that will give you the letter for each level.
Im looking around on my computer to see what esle you can use..Everyone has paint, but it doesnt work for me.
Any picture viewer you use should work though.
I'm on a mac so we don't have paint...
I looked on wiki pedia about exif info and both iphoto and finder display this information... and I saw the s____ inc info...

It doesn't make any difference if I email... it still uses the same program to open the files..

Preview (like adobe reader), or iphoto, or arcsoft photo impression or canon image browswer... you name it I have tried it... I think I'll just have to admit defeat..
I could only do it with Microsoft Picture Viewer..The one I downlaoded from PH the Photostudio wouldnt work for this level
