• Escape from the Library

    Escape from the Library is another Japanese point and click type escape the room game by Tako - Ika Bon Voyage. In this escape game, you are trapped in a library and you have to search around to find some clues and solve puzzles to escape the library. Language barrier may be a problem. Good luck and have fun!

    Hi all, ive got a key I cant use, a round thing with a sort of D on it, a piece of paper I cant read. Have knocked the books (??) off the table then can zoom in on them on the floor but cant pick anything up....

    because when click on them a circle appears around them and I can also see them up close by clicking on the magnifying lens on the corner of the inventory.

    interesting, i have neither of those. i just clicked every drawer, the tire hangin thing and everything and items just appeared in my inventory. do u know where you got yours from?

    use socket things on tall thing on bookcase then you'll get a flat thing that you can put in the rectangle opening on the wall by the door. You'll what looks like a bow (???) and you can use it on the circles on the door and you can move them. Stuck after that.

    got the chopsticks from the bowl on the bookcase ... used them to open the box ... got a round thing... put that on the tall thing on the bookcase and then got a sealed envelope from behind the bookcase

    have also knocked the picture so it is slanted .. but stuck now :(

    now im stuck ... scroll is covered in japanese writing and a picture of 2 dials 1 pointing north the 2nd east... as the scroll doesnt seem to unwind to show the 3rd i tried it in every position but didnt get me out ... think maybe need to read the book and letter and scroll :(

    Walkthrough:

    *There is a glitch, every time you pass the chopsticks try to pick them up. You will eventually.

    click left bottom of picture

    go right

    key from left top of table

    knock books over

    go right

    click couch a little below the line of the middle and right cushions.

    get coin between middle and right cushions

    paper behind flowerpot

    go right

    get cane

    go right

    use cane behind right side of bookshelf for letter, this fell from picture

    key on tall book on bottom of bookshelf for book

    go right

    if you have the chopsticks use on button on trunk click button again to get coin

    go left

    use two coins on clock get disk

    go left

    disk in slot above tea pot

    get scroll

    you can open the door now ...
    left:west
    middle:south west
    right:north east

    I was playing a few times and I think:
    to take chopsticks we must knock books over, click little piece of something in one of the books on the floor and then we MUST click that box on the floor (round thing on it).
