Okay, so I made it out with the True End, but what was the sun key for (that I found in the dirt bag)?
its for the sun above the fish tank. Bill did you solve the last puzzle with the time. I have 2:48 and see nothing in the shapes
I noticed there's a "#" on the thick blue book. Is there something about it?
Anyway, I'm stuck after getting the cd.
I can play at end. I was forget this game.
I think the author had updated the game while he/she took it down? Now I need a 4-digit password to get the long stick, yet no-one mentioned a password before it was taken down.

triangle has the fish. You get it when you put in the eye, that you find in the blue apple.

@ dahlia go t view where you see plant in front of window, TV is on the left, couch and lamp on the right. look at the bottom of brown thing from plant, its BETWEEN the 2 white rond circles of the table.. Ther is A TINY TINY little green spot at the end of the plant try to click it

The frame is still there, close up view, you can turn around and open the back to insert battery

Hey vranam. I got it only by luck. the second slot is like a colon. I just put one symbol first and tried all combinations until it worked.

@ vbranam1 the symbols you see are the SHADOW try to imagine the NUMBER AROUND the dark shadow

V after you cut chain you get a bunch of writing just hit the v thing it takes forever but thats how you get true end. Kitten asleep.

Hi, Im horribly stuck. I have a coin, Picture but still need the battery, a pen, the paper with the coloured dots, the video tape, dvd, long hook, snippers and bowl. I put the seed in the fish, cant open the window, door above the window, get water, find dirt, find a new code for the box under the couch. I just need some help please
@ philippa... first you must play the video tape...to do that you have tu plug in tv you can move tv in window view, when tv is on the left... Hope it helps

Ive watched the video and used the dots to get the wooden thing which fell in the vase. Do I have to watch it again?
did you examine the picture and the frame well enough...after taking out the pic from frame...you should examine the frame real good (key for window)
I think I need the battery next but cannot get any help from prior posts about a second code for the key under the couch. What am I missing? I really like this game but it is a bit illogical...

you must connect the symbols leaf and w, apple and #, cross and bird.
you can click the tiles so they make little roads. connect the pairs by using all tiles.... like its shown on the backside of the picture from frame
start with leaf - w: twice up from leaf 1 right to w
# - apple : twice up from # and then go left to apple, bird-cross all the way round

you must cut the little rope on the platform from steps...did you do that?? after that REWIND cd in tv to take back stairs again... you will find someting in fire place (after using it, open it again)
and must enter id and pass to get a new code for box in bookshelf to find more growing plant stuff
its so complicated...lol...

And no, the comments in the first two pages don't really help. They have gotten so far ahead of where I am now. People went through the part in which I am stuck in, without mentioning how they got through.
Okay, from the previous posts I have to: get the LONG HOOK in order to get the key, then take the apples before i can get the coin, therefore the window key and the blue handle for the cabinet, with which i can open the cabinet to see the code FOR THE LONG HOOK! Way to go.
Can someone please explain how to turn the key under the couch? I have clue from paper but it makes no sense to me with that wiggley line....

Regarding the new key code, yes, I saw my mistake - you can also see a "qpp" pattern if you look toward the windows, with the stairs on your left, and that pattern is incorrect.
Now I just need to figure out the symbol and number thing - my clock reads 6:37 and I'm unclear how to translate that. Other than that, I've got everything solved as far as I can tell.

the 2nd place is the colon,,the 3rd place is the = the 4th I think is line at top with square..Your 1st spot just try them all..I dont remember all the symbols now..When you get it right it will automatically open..

Okay, ladies and gentlemens, I finally FINALLY figured out the last stage of the game, and I will post a walkthrough... tomorrow. It's nearly 11pm as I'm writing this and I'm tired.
Also, the walkthrough is going to take awhile to put together, as this game is nice and deep - I have a lot more than three puzzles to cover! I'll probably publish the walkthrough on my own blog and put a link up here, if that's all right.

Shuchun, is the code supposed to be entered to the light brown box by the safe? If so, pressing 2 times is ';', and pressing 9 times is '*', which makes no sense.
And what is supposed to happen after I clicked the red button on the floor?

you can check the wall picture where there is W. press the handle and it will show clock where you should adjust your own time.[it's random which you can get the hint from the photo graph after you put the battery.]

walkthrough PART I
- get STRING from top of bookshelf, recognize the # sign on a BLUE book
- get VIDEO TAPE from top row of bookshelf. examine tape to find hint with "apple candle" and note. you need it later.
- get DIAMOND from back of pink book in middle of shelf.
- back in originally view you now can find a NUMBER CODE from the books. just look at the pink books. top row there is 1 pink book. then the empty space where video was... the shape on the pink book is a 3. where the diamond was is a 0 and the last book is 1 again.
- remember CODE 1301
- notice SAFE and BOX. Diamond goes on F, you further need Circle, Triangle and Hexagon to open safe.
- turn right. get PICTURE from fireplace.Examine frame and notice you can open the frame with a tool you need to find.
- Input 4 number code 1301 left of fireplace to get LONG HOOK. notice RED CROSS
- turn right. move TV on the left so you can plug in tv. notice hint : 10 coin opens screw...
- get back, turn left again (fireplace view) to zoom in TV. Notice a blue handle for left closet door is missing and there is a screw to open the right door of closet.
- input video. Notice RED O. play video and remember the order of appearance of the dots. You can press the yello backward button to watch again.
- when sure about the dots get video back out, BUT ist must be "played". dont press backward before you take it out. examine tape again in close up view and find CODE for box in shelf.
- go back to bookshelf, open box with code and get CD-ROM and a SMALL HOOK. Notice a BLUE R
- Combine string and small hook to get a kind of a "fishhook"
- turn right twice to window view. get PEN from table. examine pen and find PAPAER WITH DOTS. Notice fruitbowl needs a key, window needs a key
- turn right. Get HEXAGON from top of lamp. notice under sofa you need a key to open the blue box.
- zoom in Picture on wall. Now input DOT CODE from video tape. When you click the squares a X is wrong CIRCLE is right. order:

- something falls down. notice GREEN W
- zoom in VASE. use fishhook to get brown thing from vase. Examine and find out its a KEY to the FRONT DOOR.
- turn right. open door to find out a chain is holding door back. you see a YELLOW KEY. get it with the long hook.
- open fruit bowl with yello key and get RED APPLE, BLUE APPLE and WIND UP KEY.
- eat blue apple to geed SEED
- zoom in fish and put seed on mouth to get TRIANGLE
- light red apple in fireplace and use paper with dots on apple candle (hint on video tape) to reveal CODE FOR WIND UP KEY.
- click under couch put wind up key in floor and press:

when you srew up, zoom out and in again to start over
- get SNIPER and SQUARE from opened box.
- zoom out and zoom in fruitbowl. cut rope from bowl with sniper and get BOWL.
- go to safe in bookshelf, place the shapes over the letters and get COIN and notice hint how to use long hook in fireplace later.
- use coin to open picture frame ( hint from plug in tv) notice battery is missing. push white open that says OPEN
- examine frame again to get CARD from frame. examine card to get hint for CD-ROM GAME
- examine frame again to get WINDOW KEY from frame.
- examine frame again to notice RED BIRD.
- open windeow with key.open right wi ndow. get BLUE HANDLE for tv closet.
- use bowl with rain to get WATER
- use water on fireplace. use hook in chimeny and find PART OF SCREWDRIVER.
- combine with empty pen to get SCREWDRIVER
- use blue handle on closet under tv. open left door to get FISH TANK.
- zoom in screw open it with screwdriver to open right door. to find CD PLAYER
- turn on cd player, insert blue cd. BUT we play later.
- Go back to fish, window. fill bowl with water again.
- put fishtank on fish and fill with water.
- BAck to TV
- secret file: you ne an ID and a PASS. we will ckeck that later.
- cd game: to understand the game examine back of the card: your aim is to connect the symbols with the SAME COLOUR by clicking the tiles. ALL TILES must be used. if you get it, a movie is automatically shown on tv.
- connections:
1) GREEN LEAF -> GREEN W
2) BLUE # -> BLUE APPLE
3) RED BIRD -> RED CROSS
- Its a bit tricky.
1) leaf up, the right to W
2)# up, then left and then down to apple
3) Bird down, and the all the way around using all tiles to reach the cross.
End of part I. Need a break sry. will go on a bit later
walkthrough Part II
- play the little movie on tv to see STAIRS coming down the fire place.
- go to stairs YOU could now leave the room by going all upstairs. but to get True End, theres a little bit more to do :-)
- click in the middle of the stairs to see a 2nd CODE FOR WIND UP KEY.
Note: R L L L R L R
- click grey fence above stairs and cut little rope with sniper.
- go back under couch and turn wind up key like written above.
- get BATTERY and notice YELLOW D
- put battery in frame, turn frame and notice the TIME. Its different in every game. mine was 7:15 We need that later.
- back to tv and REWIND the cd. STAIRS GO BACK up.
- go to chimney and find DIRT
- put dirt in fishtank.
- examine dirt again to find YELLOW SUN KEY
- use sun key above fishtank to reveal a sunlight
- zoom out once and notice hint on wall: identity
- Now its time for secret file on tv and plant needs time to grow:-)
- we need an ID and a Pass...
hint identity: so on tv screen we see ID missing ENTITY . so input ENTITY in line from id.
Pass: remember paper with coloured dots: green, red, blue yellow
we have:
Green W (picture with squares)
Red O ( red O video )
Blue R (code box in shelf)
Yellow D (from battery)
so PASS is WORD
enter ENTITY
WORD
- get SECRET PASS for Code box in Shelf again. It looks a bit confusing. The little "bow" after the first two signs IS NO SIGN.
- Input code in code box to get GROWING POWDER for plant.
- go to plant open powder and give it to fishtank.
- leave the scene and come back to see a HUGE PLANT growing down to the floor.
- dont zoom in plant. try to find the TINY GREEN DOT at the end of the plant near the bottom almost on the floor.
- click green dot and reveal RED BUTTON . press button
- go to picture with square. you can open it now. Put in sniper and coin.
- Now you can change the symbols to enter the TIME you got on the frame.

for the time puzzle look at sue's walkthrough
if you press the button 1 time you get a number 9.
press 2 times you get number 4 etc.
Input your clock time like this and remember to put the colon (:) in the second spot.
Anyone know some other way to play this game. You all make it sound so cool but the author says he took it down cause the cite is too busy. The game is popular so you take it down. Hmmmmmm.

well i guess this game is no longer live :( It took me 2 and a half hours and around 350 comments but I finally finished! I wish every game could be as good as this one. Good luck if you're just starting...
I have read which way to turn the winder to open the box under the couch, but how do you figure out the directions from the paper...I just don't get it?

CODE 1301 (The code for the poker by the fireplace) is found by looking at the book case (zoomed out) and only paying attention to the PURPLE books. that's how u see numbers 1301 made of books

I am having major issues with the CD puzzle!
So far I know
The # symbol connects the the apple
The bird and the knife connect
The Leaf and the W also connect
But I can't get all the tiles filled, I always have at least two that don't connect!
I'm about to beat my head against a wall, it's so simple, but I can't get it!
1301 apparently comes from purple books in zoomed out view. A little too subtle.
Today we can't find such game
Very complex game, examine the same items multiple times to find new things (especially the picture frame, like 4 or 5 times). Lots of tiny pixel hunts, which spoiled the fun for me. Great walkthrough is above, you will definitely need it!
