I've done all that, upper case, lower case over and over. Just keep getting error. I'll give it another go tomorrow. Thanks anyway.
fudgester, you need to get the gray card inside the red card and click on it a few times in order to get black letters
I can't turn on the fan with the remote.
Oha, something happened when I tried the remote above the sofa. Now the remote is gone but I don't notice any change.

I don´t know if my game is workink properly, but I can´t find or do anything.
No knife in bread, no fan, no notes, nothing. When I click on bear I can only see a black screen. Is it OK?

Hi all, batteries are one in microwave and one in vacuum cleaner.
To open body warmer you have to use remote on heating above big chair first.

For spoon enter code in the cash register 10138,when you have got "ok" step back and then click the green small drawer on cash register.
oh yea, it was in cash register i think. have to put in code then zoom back out to open drawer. but first you need to look at you broom handle in your inventory. look at earlier posts to find code.

I really hate this game...it's too damn frustrating, and makes no sense: open a cupboard door with a fan, open a trap door with a spoon?! Too many language barriers as well...I'm outta here...bye all, see ya soon

Du musst dich generell bei Gotmail registieren. Gib deine/eine Emailadresse an und ein Passwort, am besten gehst du auf die Seite von Gotmail und registrierst dich dort. Bis du eine Antwort von denen bekommst, das kann allerdings einige Tage dauern. Und bitte, schreibe deine Kommentare künftig in Englisch, es ist den anderen gegenüber nur fair, die kein Deutsch sprechen. Danke.
what do you mean by 'use the red card'? i tried to put it in the microwave and that didn't work...

Ok just started but..can't find that white note piece of paper unless you are talking about the paper on bullitin board and I can't do nothing with that.
Nice game but the graphics weren't as good as the previous games.

Ok...on with the show.
typed "help" and "HELP" and even centered the work but still got error code over and over and over. Got no help no way no how. Not my day. then again, I have chocolate swirl cake to eat and a teddy bear to comfort me...
@zoz, have you done all the things you must do, the bread in microwave,and the red card?
@alkmar, yes. all i had left in my inventory was the slice of bread with the words "he is last package" on it and the card or warmer thing with "he loop" on it. I could still shake the screen with the fan, even though it was greyed out. I had to give up. oh, well, I found all the mosquitoes today, lol!
@zoz...thanks to Xenon, translation for the 2 clues on the bread and warmer helped many to escape. The gist of the clue is find the letters from the clues that are the same and that is the code to escape:
he loop
he is last package
Common letters: help
That should get you out of the room! :)
Walkthrough
Open the middle windowstore a few times, and you will find, going back and clicking under table, a paper on the ground.
Left, see the bread and take the knife. Look at text on beachpicture.
Left. Go behind the bar, click the bin and take fan.
With the fan open the left locker door and take broom.
Use broom on ventilator between the windows. Look at the broom to see the chi jap letters.
Use broom behind lockers to get transparent plastic.
Use transparent on paper.
Use broom on red thing above airco. pick it up .
From master Xenon
Ah, some part heavily depends on language.
-Memo on the foor + transparent sheet -> a clue for the characters on the stick
-this clue is "Erase the squares"
-then you will get " ＋ － シ 八"
-this means code is 10138
Phrase in the picture : common exsistace / the thing which is common... someting like that
If you know these hints I think you can escape.
Put code in cashregister to get spoon.
Spoon is in greenblue drawer of cashregister.
Use spoon on microwave and get battery.
Use spoon on ground trapdoor before lockers.
Use the broom and han take the pliers.
Go to feauteuil, remove bear and cushion and use pliers on box. Get the wire and the dustcleaner.
Plie the wire and use it on the closet under cashregister. Get remote. Use dustcleaner leftof closet.
Open dustcleaner to get key and battery.
Put batteries in remote and use it on the airco.
Use key on blue box and get baking form, put that in microwave.
Go around, take cake , slice it with knife and see the text.
Open red thing and see the text.
Common letters HELP
Put these on the keypad by door.
Out.
If there is a error warning, I just got round , clicked everything even the notes on the board and repeated the help solution until keypad said OK

You have to click the clue in the poster.
Click letters in the blue poster and
in the zoomed view click large letters again.
Then password will work.
In order for the door code to work you need to have actually looked at the two English phrases and the Japanese phrase on the painting. Likewise you have to have looked at the clues for the other code to get that to work, I assume. Just game mechanics keeping people from cheating.
And now I feel silly for repeating what everyone else has said because I didn't see there was a second page. Doh!
I miss the pretty graphics for the usual Gotmail games. I guess it's economics...even in gaming!

When holding fan near the bar, the screen SHAKES and the Subtitle reads FATALITY! BOOYAH!
I think that the coloured O's on the stick are in the wrong order.
Yes, @Dumah, this is an error in the English conversion. The original gave Japanese numbers.
See "Xenon 5/12/09 4:36 AM" post for the original explanation.
The handle colors plus the papers give "10831", not 10138 (the required answer)
Also, the translation of the original Japanese phrase on the post is a better clue than "together" for finding letters in common between the last two phrases.
Looking through Tosca's WT above, she left out the bit where you jiggle the cork board until something falls behind the lockers (the transparent sheet)
Good Lord, how annoying is that ticker tape at the bottom? "There's nothing here" - when there patently is!!!!!!!!
As a long-time lurker and grateful user of the hints of others, can I just say that posting "got red paper" or "out" or something similar is just plain annoying. Seriously. We really don't care if you got it or not, as we have no idea who you are!!!! And if you really think we do, please get help.
A hint or explanation would endear you to all here, and be helpful too. Seriously!
huh? I don't understand the numbers from the English version.
Wasn't I supposed to combine the color order from the mop handle with the colored numbers from the papers? If so, the order was wrong for that pass code.
door code is HELP with capital letters
There are some great elements to these Gotmail games but the annoying pointless text boxes saying "There's nothing here." and mistakes like the handle code clue really spoil them.
I totally agree with Sandy! Why do ppl brag so much that they got something, or got out without helping the other players? Is it an ego thing? (I'm better than you because I got something and you didn't nahhh nahhhh)
