The only thing I understand in this game is the puzzle of the door ! It's a very classical puzzle.
I have opened the door of the basement, but I can't climb down the stairs !
What must be the position of the "ears" under the poster ?
I have the 2 "ears" (used), the red ball (used), a stool, something that looks like a brush, some kind of piece of wood and something that looks like a plank.

Okay heres the best way to do it.
Jump one away from the colored arrows. Jump to the first arrow. Jump straight to the second arrow. Jump to the circle closest to the colored circle. Jump to the colored arrow.Jump to the next colored arrow. Jump to the next colored arrow. Jump back to the black circle next to the coloured arrow next to the colored bead. Jump to the nearest colored arrow. Jump to the next coloured arrow. Go back to the middle and do again.

lisa,
Do you have the 3 beads in place? The scroll in the pot next to the music thing tells you which holes to place them in.
If so for each colour you should have 3 coloured arrows and 3 black arrows. The aim is to swap the coloured and black arrows.
Click on the arrow you want to move into the space. The white dot is the empty space.
Use this page to work out the moves.

For the door lock:
number the arrows, with 1 being furthest away from the color bead and 7 being the arrow closest to the colored bead. Click the arrows in this order: 5, 3, 2, 4, 6, 7, 5, 3, 1, 2, 4, 6, 5, 3, 4. You then repeat it with each line.
Then zoom out of the door and click it and you have escaped.

Zoom in on the left wooden chair
Get the dark brown “hare’s ear” from the left arm
Turn right
Note you can’t reach the light
Zoom in on the line of small chests -- open the middle one in this view
Get the stone
Turn right and note the puzzle lock on the door
Turn right
Zoom in on the long music instrument
Get the brush thing from the left end (just to the left of the red part of the instrument)
Note you can look at 2 scrolls in the jar (one with the colors for the door lock and the other with a hint for how the arrow work on the lock)
Turn right
Click the window to the left of the screen to reach the rest of the room
Move right
Click the 2 end pictures and see holes under them
Move right again
Get the light colored wooden stool from the floor
Click on the middle shelf to zoom in (the one that is right of the solid wood section) -- get the iron rod
Turn right and you are looking at the back side of the screen and some of the wooden chests
Click the chest closest to you to see a new view of the chests and the end of the shelves
Get the second “hare’s ear” from under the right side of the shelves
Turn left 2 times
Click the left painting and place an “ear” in the hole. Click it so it faces upward at an angle
Hey! These aren’t ears, they are lever handles!
Repeat with the second one under the right painting. Click it so it faces upward at an angle
Now lift the middle painting and see the new handle
Click it so it is up
Move right
There is a new purple door

Walkthrough part 2
Click the purple door to see into the basement
It is dark, but there is a lamp at the bottom of the stairs. You just need fire to light it
Look at your “brush” in the about item view (click the magnifying glass next to the brush in your inventory)
Click the iron rod to place it next to the brush
Now use the stone on the rod until you get fire (the stone was flint)
Close that view and use the torch on the lamp
Click to go down the basement stairs
Zoom in on the door lock
Click it once to see the lock move, but then it gets stuck
Turn left
Get the long piece of wood in the corner
Zoom in on the wood bench and get the knife
Under the wood bench, get the pole that is where the floor meets the wall behind the wood pile
Also look under the large bench to where a smaller one is -- near the right end, there is a light brown piece of wood
Click it to zoom in and then get the rake top
Turn left
Click the third pot from the left on top of this bench to find the weight -- get it
Turn left
Click the large pot under the stairs
Get the blue bead from inside it
Back up and turn left to see the door
The door is stuck, so you need to do something to raise it
Place the stool in front of the door
Now place the plank on top of the stool
You need something heavy to lift the door so place the weight on the end of the plank
Click under the partially-raised door to see the green bead
You can’t reach it because the door isn’t high enough so you need something long
Look at the pole in your inventory
Use the wood knife to cut the end down a bit
Close that view and look at the head of the rake in the about item view
Add the cut pole
Use the rake on the bead to get it
Back up
Click the stool again to take it back
Turn right and click the top of the stairs to climb up
Turn right, click the closest wooden chest, and then turn right again so you are facing the lamp view
Place the stool between the lamp and the end chest
Click the top of the lamp and then click the orange thing up there (really the red bead)
Turn right
Place the beads in the door lock -- each can only go in one place
For the door --quoting Lady D (Thanks, Lady D!)
number the arrows, with 1 being furthest away from the color bead and 7 being the arrow closest to the colored bead. Click the arrows in this order: 5, 3, 2, 4, 6, 7, 5, 3, 1, 2, 4, 6, 5, 3, 4. You then repeat it with each line.
If you mess up, click the curved arrow in the upper right corner of the lock, but DO NOT press this unless you need to start over. I accidentally pressed it after I had completed the lock and had to start the puzzle over.
Use the down navigation bar at the bottom of the screen to back up and then click the door to escape
