Beaker is second cabinet under the microscope. Red cable is tube to connect gas to beaker. Petri dish in fridge.
Three things in the fridge - petri dish, yellow liquid and syringe for mixing the liquids.

Nevermind, it was on the shelf over the microscope. I can never see the most obvious ones...

where is the red liquid?
Mato - use the paper you find in the filing cabinet as hint.. the circles indicate how many drops you need per liquid. Once you got the right amount, the liquids mix themselves.
Charlotte, there are 4 places in which you can find the bottles:
1. on top shelf where the microcope is, I think that's the blue one.
2. in the fridge - the yellow one.
3. in the other room/the office, front right leg of the desk. It should have the poison lable on it, I think that's the green one.
4. behind the purple vase.. that may be the red one.
oh my, what kind of puzzle am I making under that microscope??

H-D rider - put it on something that grows in the office. Remember you cannot use the normal door to get out because it's in locked down mode.

yay im out, i figured out the microscope puzzle after someone said to make numbers with it, and found the PROPER place to use the potion on my own.
Now i can help others who are stuck, who needs help? :P
Don't know how to make potion .....
jerome, the file cabinet has a note, that tells u how to make the potion, compare this with the periodic table at the mixing area and pay close attention to the colors of the table, and the colors of the liquids, then note how many boxes are circled. hope this helps
I got everything, the water is boiling, but i don't know how to put the different potions together :(
set the testtubes down beside the boiling water then use the 4 bottles on the testtubes then the syringe on the testtubes after the liquids are in them.
The note you get from the cabinet is circled. Note the periodic table on the wall, it is coloured. Look at the note, look at each box that is circled. The number of boxes circled = the number of drops you need per colour liquid.

supposed to put the testtubes down 1st, doing it the other way around makes it seem like they disappeared but putting the testtubes down after that will fix things so its a pretty minor bug, though i will agree that it shouldnt let u use the bottles before placing the testtubes anyways.

it can be opened from the computer security file, unscramble "TIAMOC" for the password.

I think they were on the middle table where microscope is, left of it.
on the starting screen (the one with the microscope). go to the cabinets (where u get the vial) and the testtubes are on the top of the table there.
one more question where is the tube for the gas?

you need to set up the stand with the beaker filled with water on the counter...you need the lighter and a tube to connect the gas...

hmm, noticed some ppl having trouble finding the stand/mount. it is very well hidden, its behind the blue rat maze, on the far left side.
I've put the password "ATOMIC", and something seems to have happend (I saw a map of the room), but the fridge is still locked !

1.blue bottle-zoom on the upper shelf of bottles, 9th from left
2.zoom out from here and click the lower lever- take the test tubes
3.same view, right cabinet - beaker
4. turn right, zoom sink, in the sink- glove
5.turn right, click on aircon above mice cage-rubber hose
6.zoom on cage, click on the lower right cage - bunsen burner
7.zoom out. zoom in the maze. left side of maze- beaker stand
8.turn right. on top of cabinet are mails which show- DR. SANDESH
9.open cabinet beside the door- rat food
10.same view, click lower righ of cabinet- lighter
11. turn right 2x, left of filing cabinet-door to office
12.in the office, zoom the calendar and click the blue dot- key to mouse with green eyes
13. zoom out, lower cabinet- scientist's ledger

To make mixture X:
24. use key to open filing cabinet
25. open 2nd drawer and get the code for mixture
26. in this view, open faucet of sink and fill beaker wirh water
27. zoom out, turn left to lab, click on periodic table
28. code from filing table shows how many drops per colored chemical is needed to make the mixture.
Set up the experiment:
in the above view-
29. put the beaker stand on the table beside the gas line
30. put buurner under the stand
31. connect the red rubber tube to burner
32. put beaker on stand
33. open valve of gas
34. use lighter to light burner
35. put test tubes beside beaker
36. pour white bottle content on 4th tube from left, green bottle on third tube, blue on 2nd tube, yellow on fourth
37. use the mixture code with syringe or dropper: spoiler-
2 drops red, 3 drops blue, 3 drops green, 1 drop yellow-
take the mixture---

38. zoom out and put petrie dish under microscope
39. look in the microscope

42. in the office, turn right and pour the mixture on the bonsai plant. and yes, the bonsai becomes a giant!
43.click the bonsai to go up
