Under the chair is a crank, use it on the bed after moving the chart, you get a scalpel which you use on the pillow.You get a key which doesn't seem to work on either of the outer doors for now...
syringe is in two pieces, in the drawers, inside which one also holds the laser pointer
right of bed is switchplate, one switch moves, turning off fan...
put chair on bed to reach fan

you can empty the contents of the bag at side of bed. lower the test tube and then click on the wire hanging down. can't pick it up though
Found an oil can on the right of the pink towel in the bathroom. Use scalpel to get it.

use oil can on bathroom cabinet for cotton wool and rest of syringe
Put chair on bed and point laser at fan blade. Need to turn fan off at wall switch first.
I found the cotton wool and rest of syringe before i found the oil can...
So there is an other point where we can use the oilcan i think.
@stryboh- scroll up, we've covered that. The middle bathroom cabinet opens without the oil, tho.

found cotton and the rest of the syringe in the locker in´the bathroom, don´t where to use it tough..
you can combine scissors and cotton....don't know why yet

To put the chair you have to turn fan off first on wall switch.

WHAT BAG?
To get the other half of scissors, put down bed, put chair on bed, turn of the fan and use the laser pointer right of the fanblade. A square appears and use your scalpel.
@ goldenangel- got it! actually point it to the lower right of the fan-in between the top and lower right blade. shows another square, where we sue the scalpel- giving the other half of the scissors.
That oil can thing on bath cabinet is hard. Curse you gazzy!

I don't understand about the oil thing. My door opened without oil. Do the sides open too?
Oh there are two keys - one in each pillow.... can't find anywhere to use them though

You can put the thread on the red key and now it is hidden behind the grey one ??
@Zazie and/or @bigtank. I filled the grey tube with the stuff from the bag, but I can't fill my syringe. How do I do it?

the 'bag' is the glass iv infusion bottle hanging near the bed.
Cut the drip bag hanging next to the bed.

cut the bag next to the bed in half, then use it on closed door. then use the oil on it, and use the scissors+thread and u are out

If you click back at the bottom of the stand, the IV bag "drips can" re-appears til you zoom back out.
Added note: use the syringe on the door lock to remove remaining oil before using the keys.

WALKTHROUGH
BED VIEW
- Zoom in on the chair, zoom in on the bottom part of the seat and take the crank. Zoom out (2x).
- Zoom in on the chart in front of the bed. Click the chart to move it. Use your crank on the bolts and the bed goes up. Click on the middle of the cross (formed by the metal rods) and take the scalpel. Zoom out. Click the crank again to lower the bed. Zoom out.
- Zoom in on the left cupboard. Open the doors and take the thread from the masks on the top shelf (it's the bottom left thread). Zoom out.
- Zoom in on the switches (on the left of the back wall). Click the middle left switch to stop the fan. Zoom out.
- Zoom in on the right cupboard and open the middle drawer on the right. Take a part of a syringe. Zoom out.
- Zoom in on the left pillow and use your scalpel on the pillow. Take the red key. Zoom out.
- Zoom in on the right pillow and use your scalpel on the pillow. Take the grey key. Zoom out.
GO RIGHT (2x), BLUE DOORS VIEW
- Zoom in on the right cupboard. Open the botttom right drawer and take the laser. Zoom out.
GO LEFT, PLAIN BROWN DOOR VIEW
- Zoom in on the left wall and use your laser in the center. It cuts out a square part. Use your scalpel to remove that part and take a half part of some scissors. Zoom out.
GO RIGHT (2x) BROWN DOOR WITH CROSS VIEW
- Click the door to open it and enter the bathroom.
MIRROR VIEW, GO LEFT, TOILET VIEW
- Zoom in on the pink towel and you see the tiles up close.
- Use your scalpel on the 5th tile of the second row from the top and take the oil can. Zoom out (2x).
- Zoom in on the cupboard above the toilet. Open it and take the cotton from the bottom shelf and the second part of the syringe from the top shelf. Zoom out.
GO RIGHT, GO DOWN, GO RIGHT, BED VIEW
- Put the chair on the bed and now you can zoom in on the fan.
- Use your laser on the ceiling, to the bottom right of the fan. It cuts out a square part. Use your scalpel to remove that part and take the second part of the scissors. Zoom out.
- In your inventory; combine the two parts of the scissors; and combine the cotton with the scissors; and combine the two parts of the syringe; and combine the thread with the red key and those two with the grey key.
- Zoom in on the hanging bottle next to the bed. Click the grey tube so it will go down. Click the bottom part of the black string (the string that hangs under the bottle) so it goes to the right. Click the button on the white thing on the string so the fluid drips out.
- Use your scalpel on the middle part of the bottle and take the bottom part. Zoom out.
GO RIGHT, PLAIN BROWN DOOR VIEW
- Zoom in on the keyhole. Put the bottom part of the bottle on the keyhole.
- Put the oil in the bottle.
- Use the scissors/cotton in the keyhole.
- Use the syringe in the keyhole.
- Use the combined keys in the keyhole and zoom out.
- Click the door and you're out.

Listen guys I found out how to get both sides of the scissors.You have to but the chair on the bed and use the laser on the fan then use scalpel.do the same with the left door's left wall.put them together.
