Ok, three endings so far:
Snow end. Just exit with snow ball (or melt it in the fire if you like.
Cake end. Open right side of cupboard, take cake. Exit. If you put the cake on the table before you leave you get snow end.
Merry Christmas end. Take cake. Put it on the table. Put out fire with snow. Someone will come and eat the cake and leave you a present on the fire place. Take it and leave.
1. Snow End. Don't take cake from cupboard.
2. Cake End. Take cake but don't put on the table.
3. Merry christmas. Put cake on table, turn round in the room to let Santa eat it and leave you a pressie.

EDIT TO PRESENT END:
If you're already out with the present, look in the star at the top of the tree! There is a candle. Now you can open the present with it!!
WALKTHROUGH
(that nobody probably needs, but still)
FIREPLACE VIEW
- Take part of the screwdriver (white/grey thing on the floor, to the left of the fireplace).
GO LEFT, CHRISTMAS TREE VIEW
- Zoom in on the tree and take the candle.
GO LEFT, SNOWMAN VIEW
- Take the mitton from the snowman.
GO LEFT, WINDOW VIEW
- Take a look at your candle (about item), click it and it opens. Put the part of the screwdriver on it and now you've got a screwdriver.
- Zoom in on the window and use your screwdriver in the middle. Take the lock off and open the window by clicking on the right window. Zoom in on the snow below. Use your mitton to take a snowball and a code (374) shows up. Zoom out.
GO RIGHT, SNOWMAN VIEW
- Zoom in on the cupboard, put in the code and push the button. Zoom out and open the right door of the cupboard. Take the cake. Open the left door and take the scissors.
GO RIGHT, CHRISTMAS TREE VIEW
- Zoom in on the tree and use your scissors to take the key and zoom out.
GO RIGHT, FIREPLACE VIEW
- Put out the fire with your snowball.
GO RIGHT, WINDOW VIEW
- Put the cake on the table, walk around the room untill there is a present on the mantel of the fireplace. Take the present, go left and use your key on the door. Click the door again and you're out with the MERRY CHRISTMAS PRESENT END.
- But thanks to Carola it's not over yet. In the endscreen there is a knife in the star in top of the tree. You can take it and use it to open your present.
- If you don't take the cake, you can still leave. It's the SNOW END.
- If you do take the cake, but didn't put it on the table or didn't walk around long enough after that or didn't put out the fire, you can still leave. It's the CAKE END.
Ah well I for one was grateful for the walkthrough. For the longest time I thought the scissors were a key, and was looking for something to unlock. Must clean my glasses...
