@ Martina, I thought I read something about giving the magazine to him (wrong interpretation from me). The paper whit the white cross is already exchanged a while ago.
So only the safe: that won't work for me. And yes I substracted the 25 from, in my case 2007.
and used day from calendar behind secretary? and for month i think 06?
I can't fly from the airport, the guy tells me I am not ready but I loaded my suitcase and all that is outside is a magazine, a pen, passport, glue, money, woman's phonenumber, magnifying glass, business card, and of course the suitcase. I did get the first aid kit and I am wearing wig and moustache but I don't have a man's suit. Not sure where I get that from to look like picture in passport. Never got a list of things I ought to have with me. Can someone help me please?

FFS! I chose wrong picture from travel agent and it seems I have lost, what a stupid game, to go through all this and then have to replay?!! Argh!
i have done the safe over and over and it doesn't work, i even restarted the game. i did everything just like the walkthru said
OK, I've tried to play this game two times but still no luck with safe code. It's quite simple to get it, thanks for the hints but my safe remains closed. I'm pretty sure that this game is, unfortunately, buggy.
I give up! Even after ready through all the comments, I still cannot make the woman move to the phone! I have everything else I need from there. Ive tried a dozen times to call her from the airport and nothing happens. I got what I need from home and the cabbie and the airport. I just need that wig so I can get a picture and the list I think. Arggg, maybe I'll try again another time.
Ok been playing this game for a while. Even restarted because I never can get ticket, give magazine to cab driver to name a few. It now has officially become Boring. Not going to play any more. Game sucs.
Pop! I got him finally to give me the ticket. so played some but still can not give driver magazine or open safe. This game makes Gazzyboy games look good.
Well, I came back and tried again. When you call the number you have to let her say hello 3 or 4 times I think. BUT, I did EVERYTHING and even tried each of the pictures from the woman at the front desk, and I still get "You are a loser, try again".
For ppl having trouble with the safe, i dont know if this will help, but i could only open it after i restarted a couple of times and finally had 2009 on the book, also my you have to use the month of your zodiac sign on the necklace mine was virgo which was august so i ended up with 25081984. i hope this helps
that is my fist too times i had 2007 on the book, and after reading the comments i do not remember anyone who had 2007 being able to open the safe, i could be wrong though, also the phone number from the store lady is different in the game with 2007 (9073645) compared to 2009 (2378645) which may help with the phone issues
Looks like some people thought others weren't so bright for not being able to figure out the safe code, but FYI there appears to be a bug. I tried but couldn't open it. Then started the game over and did it again with the same result.
My game started with June (as most of ours did), my day on the calender was 27 and the book showed 2008. 27061983 did not work on my safe. Neither did several other combinations I tried. My Zodiac sign was Leo, which could be July or August but neither of those worked (I tried every month).
I was able to do everything else such as get all the money (with hat, helmet & pot), gather up the items for the suitcase, etc. but the safe would not open so w/o the mustache, I quit.
believe it or not im still stuck on the safe - my calender says 27, star sign is cancer (june or july, but not as far as 27 in july so must be june) the book says 2008 and the cake says 25.
BUT 27061983 doesn't work and neither does any other order, tho the order is correct. no close by numbers work i've tried everything am i bugged??
the date got me stuck for the longest mine was 27081984 the day is on the ladies calender the year is on green book age is on cake subtract age from year on book look at pendent on shelf (did me no good i just used trial and error on month 01-12 and it worked)it goes day month year
it probably is bugged, i had to refresh and only after i got the year 2009 did the safe finally open and i was able to get that ugly sun hat, @Mr.Enigma you have to use the glue on the airport guys megaphone, click on the door and when he tries to put the megaphone down his mustache rips off

You have to look att the card in your house that says "Password" to be able to open the safe.
im so glad i never tried to finished this game now lol. looking at the last 15-20 comments, i see a huge deal of frustration.
i kinda stopped after the safe wouldnt open for me, even after seeing all 3 clues, and i was already too far behind anyways since i had been busy with the loom dawn game, so i just decided to forget it. was considering MABYE trying to finish it now, but after seeing all the recent angry comments and people saying how after all that work you just "lose" in the ending, i think i wont bother :P

Thank you, Cattis !!! Yes, you MUST look at the note that says "password" in order to open the safe. Note is next to teapot. I have everything now except not sure what to do with magazine ???
Oh my GOD !!!! I did EVERYTHING !!! Checklist complete...everything. It still told me I was a loser. Grrrr. I think it was the magazine but I couldn't do anything with it ! *bangs head on desk*

Everyone was having trouble, until I read the last few entries...THANK YOU.
You need the birthdate which is the day on the calendar at the travel agent, the year on the green book minus age on birthday cake BUT!!!!LOOK AT THE PENDANT TO SEE THE BIRTH SIGN FOR THE MONTH AND LOOK AT THE THE TINY PASSWORD CARD ON THE TABLE BY THE TEAPOT. Only by looking at these items will you be able to open the safe. IT IS NOT A BUG.
DooDoo got a bit too clever with this...I love their games, but understand why everyone got so frustrated. It is a brilliant game.
CONCLUSION: The birthday is different for every player. Day: 27, month: look at the pendent with the zodiac sign in your house, year: look at the director's book with the magnifying glass and subtract 25 from it.
To make it work you have to click the card that says "password". It's to the left of the teapot in your house.

I really think there is more to this game. Maybe beg with ugly hat ? I dunno. But it seems you must buy brown shoes, pants, take the travel ladies tie, ect. to be more convincing as a man. Who knows. It's just frustrating.
the safe only work with using it as dd/mm/yyyy. the european way to use the date. not the american way to use the date.

With the safe, my pendant was the sign for Leo but the date given to me (27th June 1982) was for Cancer. As soon as I changed the password to the right month for Leo it opened! (27071982) Seems the games maker isn't too good on his astrology.
Who has an accurate walkthrough for what to do with the mustache to make the lady move?
Ok got this from another website. For those playing without the sound on, you have to turn on your sound. Click the phone receiver and dial. Wait for the phone to ring and for someone to say hello. Then go back to the shop and she moves. Get the wig.
to open the safe i just tried different months from 1 to 12 & it opened at 07! my actual date was 27061983! the zodiac sign was libra.. 07 doesn't relate to any of those! But i got the safe to open!

Strange...I had everything on the list the director gave me, showed my tickets at the airport, and am still being called a loser?!
To get the wig, I made the phone call, and let the shop lady say hello for about 7 times...that made her move away from the desk so I could grab the wig.
And about the safe: that only opened after I found the flower card saying "password", left of the teapot. Also, the astro-sign was leading for the month needed for the right code, not the month shown at the beginning of the game.
Still don't understand what I missed near the end...anyone?

I finally decided to play this game since there were no other... well, opening the safe was not a problem since I saw the "password"-note. However, I couldn't continue after shopping, because of a bug that I didn't see anyone else mention.
When I got that pen and other things in the shop, they went behind my money in inventory, and I just couldn't use them. Trying to click the pen, all I got was the money...:((

Thanks for the video, but sometimes you just need to check one little bit to get moving and so a written walkthru.
Enter thru door and collect WHITEBOARD (left) and PICTURE above the girl's head.
Click on photocopier to enter second room and collect from bookshelf BLUE TAPE and GLUE and HAT from desk.
Place picture on photocopier to get a big print. Exit travel agency and place whiteboard on the far right of the steps. Add picture and zoom in. Select the blue tape. Zoom out and put hat below the whiteboard. Enter travel agency and go back out again to get a hat full of money. Go inside and click on man to get him to sit up. Get a BLUE CARD and place hat on desk to get MONEY.
Exit travel agency and get in taxi (little logo right) and give a money note (left side of inventory) and go HOME.
Collect CAMERA and HEALTH REPORT (top left) PIN TACK (top mirror) MAGNIFYING GLASS (below TV) and a ROSE.
Return to the TRAVEL AGENCY (picture of island) and click on the man at the desk to sit up and take a photograph. PHOTO goes automatically in inventory. Use magnifying glass on the green book to get a year (make a note) and note the date on the calendar behind the lady.
Go to the SHOP. Click and combine rose, photo and blue card. Give to shopkeeper. Click her pocket beside the hand you can see on the counter and get a CARD and NOTE with phone number.
Go to the AIRPORT. Get PASSPORT (right suitcase) HARD HAT (left bag). Select glue (next to camera in inventory) and click on the megaphone. Try to go in door. When the guy puts down the megaphone, collect the MOUSTACHE. Go to the phone and dial the number from the shop and listen (need sound) until someone answers.
TRAVEL AGENCY select pin and card from the shop and pin on the whiteboard. Put the hard hat in front. Enter travel agency and go back out to collect hat full of money.
Go back in and give the hat to the man at the desk and get lots of money.
SHOP hopefully she has moved over to the telephone after your phone call so you can collect WIG, BIKINI, SHIRT, DIVE MASK, FLIP FLOPS, FINS, MAGAZINE, SNORKEL, PEN, LUGGAGE and BUCKET. Must get everything.....
HOME look at pendant to get the month from the star sign and password card VERY IMPORTANT. Work out the birthdate day/month/year. The date and year are found in the travel agency. Take 25 from the year and enter numbers in safe under picture. ZOOM OUT to see if it is open!! Get hat from safe. Look in mirror and add wig and moustache.
TRAVEL AGENCY draw on whiteboard with pen and put the bucket under the picture. Enter the travel agency and go back out to collect the bucket full of money. Go back in and give passport. Chose a brochure from the selection the girl puts out. Go to the man and give him the brochure and bucket of money. Get back more notes and give them back to get tickets and change. You will have an extra wad of money in the inventory.
TAXI give health card and wad of money next to and get a FIRST AID KIT. Now select individually items for your holiday and click on the suitcase. Should disappear.
AIRPORT give tickets and fly away.
Lot of muckin' abart for this one. Nice concept and graphics but things like waiting for the phone voice to say 'Hello' 3 or 4 time before that miserable old cow in the shop moved or having to click on that totally pointless 'Password' card before the safe opened were really frustrating. It also kinda bugged me having to 'pay' the driver every time ...
That said, I'm kinda looking forward to Pt 2!
The game is not very difficult, but too long and soooo boring. Finally I got bothered with it and closed it up.
figured out the safe finally!!! u must zoom in on book on director's desk for year, necklace hanging in house for month (also in intro), and the card that says "password" on table next to b'day card. i had the combo in the safe, but until i found this small card, it wouldn't open!
Martina: did ALL that, restart 3 times, have tickets, list, all items on list, wearing wig and 'stache, still "a loser"!
