Hmm language barrier? I got a key, a locket with a note inside and the half of a torn note with numbers on it. Also got clues strawberry:15 and paw:299
Ok found the other half of the note on the back of the photo frame.

I am at the same place as you Linda and stuck with blue paper i cannot read.
Something just clicked in my head strawberry is ichigo as in ichi-1 and go-5 = 15....
Guess there is a language barrier then...guess we'll wait for someone more knowledgeable in japanese because this is as far as i can get. :(

I can see this as well and i tried lots of combinations, but nope...
The text on the blue memo is nothing important. Just a memo from the boyfriend about the present you are supposed to find.
Your objective is to find a present from her boyfriend.
the translation of the blue note is completely useless.
I give you the translation of numbers to solve the blue note.
one = いち
two = に
three = さん
four = し
five = ご
six = ろく
seven = なな
eight = はち
nine = きゅう

For others to come:
You need:
A key from the painting.
Use it in the box in the shelves to get a "ball".
Highlight the ball, click on "item" to see it zoomed and click again to get the blue note.
Use the help from Xenon to find one number in each row (spoiler provided by Linda above).
Open the box in the cabinet and get a watering can.
Use it on the plants by the door (zoomed) to find the present.
Use the key on the door to escape.
You can also find a note with numbers in the top drawer by the bed and another note on the back side of the painting by the bed (click right edge of it). I never used these numbers.
You can zoom on the witch on top shelf and click on the star in the wand to see a strawberry=15 and a paw=299. I don't understand that either, but it might be a clue to translate the note to numbers??
Ok, now I understand how to use the numbers on the two notes (1,56,3,2).
They tell which letter in each row of the blue note that is the one to use for the code.
First row: letter 1 (=number 5), second row: letters 5 and 6 (=number 6) and so on.
