I'm so stuck.....
So far I have managed to find a doll, two plates, a furry black thing and got the mouse to help once. I have no idea how to get the doll out of the water or out from behind the well.
And i did have the paper with a bag on it but i used it to get the black fuzzy things
could place one plate (ball) but not the second - lots of hidden dolls
some sort of code on paintings
you can place the puppet in the grey wall (?)

the plate goes in one of the three plate holders. what's with the wall pictures?

I am not sure what they are but once you open the panel in the wall...give the white dots the paper with the bag on it and they turn into black furry things that light up. You can select one of them

in the view with the black chest you can click the down arrow for a new view, but it doesn't help me

you can use the furry thing on the creature in the middle of the room to reveal a trap door, but it needs a number code...
What numbers do you see on the 3 pictures?
I think they are 43985, but I have no use for them...
You have to match the 3 wall panels that the colours at the borders are the same, as if it was one picture...
ok, sigh, how to open the wall panel?
The panel is behind the middle picture. Through trial and error i clicked on the paintings and eventually it opened. Inside was a bunch of white dots (eyes).
Now i have a blue plate from middle panel

Once you get the pictures rotated....they will also give you the 4 digit to use on the freezer. You get a key
I can't get it. It is stuck on 64% loading! I went to another game and came back and it still says 64%. Be careful...this may be a buggy one! Arggg!

Use the key on the door under the pictures and you get the third plate (yellow)
yay, turned my freezer on, not sure why, and got all three plates but what did they do?
Once you enter the 4 digit code you will also be able to turn the power on the freezer on. After I did this and placed the last plate, the wall moved to reveal a place to put the ball.
nvm i came back and my well had moved, got a doll, put the ball in the wall and have a new, umm thing. lol
What about the 3-digit and 4-digit codes? Can't seem to find any clues with regards to numbers...
I cannot read this 4 digit code...
On the trapdoor is another 3 digit code.
I can only make out 3 numbers on the wall paintings, not the 4 I need for the freezer...
use the color of the plates as a clue for the trapdoor numbers
Bellyann - I can see 4, 6(9), 5 and 6(9) but those combinations don't work
@michele there are number combined between two paintings look at all the colors on the wall panel.
put the other 2 dolls in the grey wall too

I can't open the trapdoor, shouldn't it be 369 or 360? both don't work though

@truus, use the code from the panel with eyes all over it and a ghost next to it for the trapdoor clue the plates are a hint

You see the trapdoor code when you opened the wall with the ball.
Look at the colors of the wheels/plates and use what numbers they are building on the wall.
Hint: yellow=1

Gosh... Sometimes I feel like such a dunce, for not being able to finish those games on my own... Got three dolls in the gray wall-thing, got a big plate left and no clue as to what to do next...

Finally! ! ! use the fuzzy guy on the thing in middle view...then I got the code for trapdoor...
@sherry12 Have you placed the 3 plates in the holders? If not do that. Y, B, R. And did you turn the freezer on after entering the code? If not do so and should see that the plate holders have moved to reveal a place to put the ball in the door behind them. I'll go back in to make sure :)

@sherry Also, as @nokra said, after you place the ball (I think the cat needs to be selected to use it) use the plate order color order and look at the eyes on the screen. You should be able to make out #s for the trapdoor.
I have a plate from trapdoor in inventory and 3 dolls in grey thing...
@mgkanda Thanks I put the 3 plates there, the freezer is on , thats it Ipushed the button and nothing happens, and the plates are still in the same place.
@nokra YW. Freezer is last doll. Once everything else is done just click on it and a ghost will give it to you.

@sherry If you mean you pushed the plates, it's not a button, it's where you put the ball. I'm pretty sure you need to have the cat selected to use the ball but, once you place it, that screen or door behind the plates should show you colored eyes. Also note that right underneath where you placed the ball is another doll.

I openned the trap door 103 thank you and I got 4 dolls, were do I put the dolls
I found the place to put the dolls in that gray box what happens next
@sherry Still missing one doll. Now that you have placed all the other 4 you can go back to the freezer and click on it and a ghost will give you the last one. Place it and click the dolls :D
Im sorry , maybe I should start over. I went back to the freezer and there is a large fiqure over the freezer, i clicked all over and it doesnt do anything, Ill try again

Well, this was fun and a bit confusing to play. I should come back in and try to make sense of what I saw and did, lol. It's really a shame we can't understand the captions :(

@mgkanda I went back to the freezer and clicked like crazy, nothing there. Am I that dense and dont get it
Quick-through:
Click arrow to go in. See dolls. Click bottom of screen to go back out. Click right to turn and see girl. Click her (and SKIP lol) to get BALL. Go back in door.
Select cat and ball and click dolls. Yay bowling! Now we have to go in and get them all back. In first view, notice the arrow at the bottom of the screen. Click it to see that something (?) is blocking a trapdoor.
Back to 1st view. Click glass on the left and get RED PLATE. Select mouse and click doll on top of box. When you see the mouse on the floor click him to put him in your inventory and select him and the cat and the cat will whack him to get DOLL #1.
Go right twice. Get your BALL back.
Go right again. Click lower left of freezer to get BAG OF CANDY(?). Click top of freezer to see doll you can't get. Click right side of freezer to see it is off and that you need a 4 digit code.
Go left. Click on paintings above locked door. Rotate them so that their background colors match and you can just barely make out some #s.

Once they are in the right places try to make out the #s before you press the button.

Press the yellow button and the middle will open to reveal fuzzies (lol...what are they???). Give them the candy. Get BLUE PLATE.
Back out and click the fuzzies on the lower left of screen and get...wait for it...FUZZIES. XD
Go right once to get back to the freezer. Click on the right side and enter the numbers from the paintings. Select mouse and click on the square that opened to get KEY. Turn on the freezer.
Go left and use key on door below paintings to get YELLOW PLATE.
Go left again to scene with grey box with plate holders. Click to the right of box to see a doll stuck behind it. Zoom out and place your plates in holders in front of the box. y, b, r.
Go left again to first view and click down arrow. Use fuzzies on whatever that is (chair?) blocking the trapdoor. Get DOLL #2. See you need a 3 digit code to open the door.
Go forward and right once back to the plates. See that the plates have moved revealing a hole in the bottom of the door. Right under that get DOLL #3. Place your ball in the hole to reveal colored eye puzzle. Use the order of the plates to make out numbers in the eyes.

Go left and down again and use #s from eye puzzle on trapdoor to get GOLD PLATE.
Go forward and right back to the plates again. Select the gold plate and click on the cat to the right of the screen. A ghost will take the plate and drop DOLL #4 on the floor.
Go left once and zoom in on the hole in the front of the big box in the first view. Place dolls. Need one more.
Zoom out and go left once to freezer. Click on freezer. Another ghost will come out and leave DOLL #5 on the floor. Grab it and go back to the first view.
Place the last doll and click on dolls and...OUT!
No real explanations but it'll get you out lol. XD
Sorry @sherry, I didn't see your comment. The ghost will only come out after everything else is done and you have placed the other 4 dolls in their places. When she comes out look on the bottom of the screen for your last doll.

@mgkanda That was real real WT I started at the beginnin and im out finally When I got to the freezer the doll was on the floor, at my first game the doll wasnt there. Dont know what I did wrong, thanks so much for your help I could not have done alone thanks again

I different game. I got out by the old trick "click on everything you see, use all of your items on everything, and when stuck... do it all again". The hardest part was to make sense of the four numbers on the paintings.
