Looks like I'm the only one here...

Not alone, but not sure how much I'll be able to help!

So far I've got a battery and blue ball. Found and used blue key, nippers, and rocket.

Also used eraser.

Found a card under bed.

Use card on clock to get hint for puzzle box.

Any idea where SD is?

lol @ the space shuttle

Another tea under TV. Slide the panels.

Got blue and yellow balls - still looking for where to use battery

SD on the bed

Still looking for red key.

@Megi: that was the red key which gives you SD. Thanks! Now, how to open "This is cover"?

Any ideas where to use this battery? I've clicked everywhere. I'm pretty sure it's for the locked thing on the wall, but no idea how to get it in there, how to complete the word "escape..." Cushion on couch (near middle) lifts to reveal red key.

Got the cover open! Think of the letters as an anagram!

Still looking for green ball...

Very clever #cyberjar88! Would have been here forever.

lmao, put the space shuttle on the rat's back for the blue ball....

Can't figure out ball order...

just press SPACE button on keybord to put battery

missing green ball

@Megi: Thanks for ruining it for everyone else...

For green ball, after inserting battery, click the red button.

Cannot get ball order. I swear I've tried every possible combination.

@Ella: I know what you mean.

grr... me too re: ball order

@Megi: not only did you not ruin it for everyone else, but you made it so much more enjoyable! Thank you for that!

@zoz: The reason I said that is I wanted everyone to have the same moment of realization that I did.

Also having trouble w/ order of colors....tried the obvious order from picture, tried alphabetical by name of shape, tried alphabetical w/ name of element that each represents, also tried it in order of Earth, Wind, Fire, Rain.....NOTHING.

I appreciate that @Cyberjar, and I hope there are no hard feelings. I just wanted to let MegiPoland know that I really appreciated her tip!

@Molly: Welcome to our little torture session.

Am starting to think there's a glitch... Have seriously tried EVERY colour combination more than once.

@zoz: I can understand that. What I can't understand is this color code! It's 1:40 in the morning here, but I can't go to bed until I finish this game!!

Ha! Thx Cyber. I've religiously played the Sakura games but this is the first time I've caught one live. In the past the game has already been solved so I've always had the answer here waiting. =)

@Molly: Same here!

Good luck all, have other things to do. Maybe we need to dunk the balls in the tea first. ;)

LOL @T-Rex: Tried that.

is this still live? wow, late sakura.

hard one

No S___ @Cyberjar! It's 1:43A.M. here too, and I have absolutely noooooo idea what the color code may be!
btw, are you on the East Coast of the US?

I've got to get to bed. Hope you guys figure this out by morning.

@Cyber: Where on east coast are you? I'm in dirty Jersey. Want to solve this )@*#$^-ing thing so I can go to sleep!

@zoz: Yes, I am. Cleveland, Ohio. Go Buckeyes!

I'm out. I don't think it's working. *sigh* (My leaving practically guarantees that someone will figure this out in the next ten seconds!) Good night and good luck!

@Ella, if that happens, then we all owe you one! But so far, nothing I've tried has worked.

hmmm, i can't find the blue key or the pliers. . . any hints?

oh, nvm, found it. thought I'd clicked there. ..

is it a bug or are we all stupid?!

hmmmm. i find it interesting that the shapes on the wall can be seen as pictoral interpretations of the first four days of the week - monday = moon, tuesday = fire, wednesday = water and thursday = wood in Japanese. . .

I am convinced it's either a bug or we're just missing something painfully obvious. I have just sat here & attempted each & every color combination possible....twice. No luck.

@Liefie, it is possible that it is a bug and we are all stupid, lol!

@zoz lol lol

hmmm, i think it's buggy. . . that or we're missing a clue. but I've scoured EVERYWHERE with lights on AND off. . .

yes, I fear that we have unwittingly stumbled upon a rare buggy Sakura. I hope that's not the case, but I'll have to wait until morning to find out. Adios, Amigos!

I haven't been able to use the cat yet and the wee mousie has returned from his rocket trip ...

Where a red key? Excuse I Russian and badly I understand English, I translate online the translator

angelika, you can lift a cushion on the bed, on the first screen right of the door. (is that clear enough?)

@Angelika
на кровати/on the bed
двиньте среднюю часть/move a middle part

Bug has been fixed now. Order is same as picture.
And out :)

You need to flip the erased notepad upside down to get the numbers.

Many thanks Trisana!!! Has found!

MegiPoland and to you thanks! I will try to learn English))

And how spheres to expose? I have touched all colors

out. no bugs. good night.

Has understood nothing! At me morning! Good night to you Edgar!

Has understood, it was the bug

Hello and Goodbye

no bugs
liked the rocket-rat

Color order

SPyOrILbEgR

for door code - switch 2 colors each

Where is the yellow ball? I don't know why I haven't found it yet... how am I missing something so obvious. Hopefully not a bug.

modernmonalisa

there is the cb where you can slide the doors up and down - make them into an arrow and it points to the place where yellow ball is

"Every game deserves a walkthrough" -- and besides, I always get stuck on something that everyone else finds too obvious to mention. Sorry, this is not nearly as elegant as some of the recent SAKURA walkthroughs.

Door View
Check the metal plate on the door -- you need a 4-digit number to exit, no special hints.
Observe the framed picture -- you can drag it to the left to reveal a metal plate attached with screws.
Note the notepad on the floor. Need an eraser to reveal the clue there.
Go left to ..

TV View
There's a puzzle box (you need a picture to solve).
The panels below the TV slide open to reveal teacup #1 -- click to collect it
Note the BLUE BALL on top of the cabinet (out of reach).
Click to the left of the TV cabinet to find the BLUE KEY.
Optional: You can click on the mouse (in an earlier Sakura puzzle, he ran up the cabinet to knock down the blue ball), but once he sees the cat he will run back down again.
Go left to ...

Locker View
The panels on the cabinet can be shifted to form an arrow pointing down to the right. Pick up teacup #2.
Click on rocket (!) on top of lockers.
Open the blue locker with the blue key to get teacup #3 and wire cutters (nippers)
Click on baseboard behind cabinets to see that nothing is hidden there.

Go left to ...

Couch View
You see a couch (chaise lounge), an end table with a clock, and a wall safe.
The couch is hiding 3 things:
-- Click to the left of the large pillow to find a white BATTERY. Click to pick it up.
-- On the mattress by the arm rest is a smaller pillow you can move aside to reveal the RED KEY.
-- Click on the bottom of the couch to find a MAGNETIC STRIPE CARD.

Click on the clock and insert the magnetic card to get the clue for the puzzle box.
Back out and use the wire cutters to the the eraser.

Click on the wall safe. You see "escap" and click on the gray rectangle to learn "This is a cover" hmmm. (See solution below) Hit the (now) red button to get the GREEN BALL.

WALKTHROUGH PART 2
Go back to the TV View
Select the rocket, then click on the mouse to get the BLUE BALL.
Drag the 9 pieces out of the puzzle box, the replace them to form the picture from the clock to get the YELLOW KEY.

Go left to the Locker View.
Use the red key on the red lock to get teacup #4 and the screwdriver (SD).
Use the yellow key to get teacup #5 and the mallet.
Select the mallet, and hit a hole in the wall where the arrow pointed.

Go back to the Door view and select the picture.
Slide the picture to the left, select the screwdriver and remove the metal panel to get the RED BALL.
Back out and select the notebook. Use the eraser to reveal the operator for the final number. You will want to copy this to a clipboard or to paper where you can refer to it shortly.

Go back to the TV View.
Insert the balls in the bottom of the TV (for order, see SOLUTIONS).
For each ball, there is a 5x5 square with some squares colored.
Apply the clue from the notebook to find the 4 digit exit code.

Go back to the Door view and click on the door panel.
Enter the correct number, and "You hear the sound that something opens."
Check that you have all 5 teacups, then click the door handle for a PERFECT END.

SOLUTIONS
Wall Safe.
Hint: Anagram "escap" (Thanks, Cyberjar88!)There are several words, but only one that you can use.
Answer: Hit the "space" bar to open the cover and insert the battery.
Ball Order.

Ball Order:
From the picture, left to right: yellow, red, blue, green

Number Clue:
TURN THE NOTEBOOK CLUE UPSIDE DOWN! (Thanks, Pierre!)
Add in the corresponding colored squares from the notebook to each number (ie, add the yellow squares to the yellow number, red to red, etc.
Final answer: SPOIL4968ER

Thanks Carol!!

and out! No bugs and code was super easy this time. I think I spent about 20 minutes trying to open wall box AFTER I placed the battery. Had to cruise the comments for the "click the now red light to get the green ball" hint. LOL! woops. :)

Good walkthrough, thanks, Carol! Needed it for the anagram 'space'...
