Would have been a quick game except that I had given up trying to get the potion. After checking the comments, I was suddenly able to zoom in on it. Guess that's a sort of POP, lol.

Take the bigger 2 stones from the floor without zooming.
Click under the wood stand on the right to zoom and take the potion; zoom out.
Zoom in the pumpkins/bones on the right to take pumpkin; zoom out.
Zoom on the right corner to get the broom and another stone; zoom out.
Zoom on the drawers and take the axe from behind of them; zoom out.
SECOND VIEW
Take the bigger stone by the cauldron without zooming.
Zoom in the skeleton on the right to get its hand bone, its skull and a fifth stone from the left of the scene; zoom out.
Click on the SKULL in inventory to enlarge it and use any STONE on it to crush it; close the view and you’ll have powder added in inventory.
Zoom on top of the chimney to get a key; zoom out.
Zoom in the fireplace to get both sticks; zoom out.
Click on the STICKS to enlarge them and use the AXE on them; close the view and now you’ll have wood in your inventory.
Click on the WOOD in inventory to enlarge it and drag 2 of the STONES to it; close the view and you’ll have fire woods in the inventory.
Zoom on the cauldron to take it.
Zoom on the top left corner of the wall and use the BROOM on the cobweb to take the spider.
Put 4 STONES in the middle of the floor as shown in this snapshot.
Put the FIRE WOODS on the stones and add the CAULDRON.
FIRST VIEW
Zoom on the drawers and use the KEY to open the middle drawer and get the knife; zoom out.
Click on the PUMPKIN in inventory to enlarge it and use the KNIFE on it; close the view and you’ll have two pumpkin pieces added in your inventory.
Click on the smaller (triangular) PUMPKIN PIECE and use the POTION to poison it; close the view.
SECOND VIEW
Zoom on the hole on the bottom right corner of the wall and put the poisoned PUMPKIN PIECE there to make a rat come out to eat it; take the pumpkin piece back along with the dead rat and zoom out.
On the (not zoomed) cauldron use the (remaining) POTION, the SPIDER, the RAT, the POWDER, and the poisoned PUMPKIN PIECE; stir with the HAND BONE and take some of the… soup (?) with the other PUMPKIN PIECE.
FIRST VIEW
Zoom in the coffin and open it with the AXE.
Pour the SOUP on the nice lady inside the coffin to have a… ehm, a deeper look of her.
Zoom on the top part of her skeleton and use the AXE on the still pumping heart to get the exit key.
Zoom out two times and zoom in the door; use the EXIT KEY there to escape.
