to open bottom drawer, see the hint on the pics on the wall for the order of the squares, triangles en circel. If a board has to same signs, use as one, if it has different signs use both. You get key and out

I'm not finding the black key for under the sink that is supposed to be in the folded towels. Is there something I'm missing?

It´s been a while since i made a VW, so excuse me for the anoying black square visible over the pointer as well as the missing audio wich i did record.

I'm totally stuck with 3 marbles, tissue paper and a screwdriver. There is no black key in any of the towels and I don't understand how to open the drawers. 137 is not the code to open the upper drawer, and I don't find the right order for the circles, triangles and squares.
Pascale, the black key is in one of the 3 towels piled up ( think the top one) you must unfold the towel to find it
137 is what you see as a code but after you use a cloth at the mirror you learn that 3=4, 4=5 etc
The order for the shapes is found after you lit the candles, start from the arrow adnd go to all the pictures of the shapes, you´ll get Triangle,Square,Round,Square,Round
PD, white key is inside the toilet, Yaghs....

My problem was that I did the same mistake as you, farmerswife !
Now, I suppose that I must use the screwdriver on the plug...
caught this on the replay. Just for completeness, here is a written walkthrough
Click the light switch to turn off the power
Go right
Note the number on the floor
Go back left and turn back on the lights
Go right
Zoom under the cabinet and find the SCREWDRIVER (yay!)
Note the top drawer needs a number code
The bottom needs a shapes code
Open the toilet seat
@__@ Get the WHITE KEY from the toilet monster
Click the bottom triangle of the sign over the toilet for the FIRST MARBLE
Keep clicking the end of the toilet paper until you get a WAD OF PAPER
Go right
Get the GLASS from the shelf
Click the right towel on the rack to drop it
Zoom on the electrical outlet
Use the screwdriver to open it
Get the THIRD MARBLE
Go right
Turn on one of the handles of a faucet and fill the glass
Use the white key on the second cabinet door from the left
Get the SECOND MARBLE
Use the toilet paper to clean the dirty mirror
Note the clue (3=4, 4=5)
Click the top towel in the bottom of the right tall cabinet
Get the GRAY KEY
Use this key to unlock the second cabinet door from the right
Get the FOURTH MARBLE
Go left
Water the sad flower for the FIFTH MARBLE
Go left
Click the top drawer and enter the code
Click the switch and get the MATCHES
Solution below
Go right
Light both candles
You see a hint about going counterclockwise
Go left
Zoom on the bottom drawer and enter the shapes – click the switch
Solution below
Place the marbles in the safe and click the handle for the BLACK KEY
Go left
Use the key on the door to escape!

Three-Digit Code
The floor of the toilet scene says 137 when the lights are off. The bathroom mirror, though, tells you that 3=4 and 4=5. This tells you to increase each number by 1. So the code is SPOILER248SPOILER

Shapes code
The mirror by the lit candles tells you to start from there and go left (counterclockwise through the scenes). There are shapes on all of the signs in the rooms. Since there are more shapes than room in the drawers, you need to discard all of the doubled ones. So the code is triangle (from the toilet room), square (right of door), circle (left of door), square and circle (from by the towel bar in the bath scene)
