So far: 3 bee "coins" and open the door to new scene
Now 6 "coins" and found numbers
I have 3 bees. And I count 7 bees on the wall.
Maybe that's important.

Used purple key for another bee-coin. Used honey to get silver key. Used silver key to get a kin of stick (?)

I have 11 bee hexagons but don't know what to do with them or what to do next.
Power of posting.
Those 11 go in a room to the left of the classroom, which gives you the purple key.
Now I have one (last) hexagon.
I guess I'm late... nevertheless going in :)
cute game. But I was expecting it to be (bee?) longer. Fun though!
Have 10 bees and pot of honey. Still don't know what to do with 3-digit code on hive. Any suggestions! Where is the clue for that?

You get the code by using the gren key on the bee hive.
Use the pot of honey on the plates on the bee hives outside to get new keys.

Once I figured out to put the honey on the bowl on top of the hives, the rest was swwweet!

Get the first bee tile from the bottom of the left wall
Turn around
Get the second bee tile from the bottom right corner
Get the third bee tile from the left cubbyhole hole, third from the top
Click the door panel on the right wall to zoom in
Read the note and turn back 2 times to the first view.
Enter the number into the door – it should automatically open
Solution below
Go outside
Get the fourth and fifth bee tiles (one from under the left end of the bench and one from the grass on the right side of the screen)
Note the number over the door
Click the door and enter the tunnel
Get the sixth bee tile from the tunnel and note the number
Click the end of the tunnel to get to the hives
Note the last number
Get the seventh bee tile from right of the second hive box from the right (nearest you)
Get the eighth bee tile from the bricks at the bottom left corner of the screen
Get the red key (looks pink) from the tall grasses in the back at the left edge of the screen
Go back 4 times to the cubbyhole wall
Click the right door panel again
Click the rivets (circles) corresponding to the clock like numbers on the door and the numbers you found

Enter the class room
Use the red key on the red desk for the ninth bee tile
Get the first jar of honey from next to the back desk
Turn left
Get the purple key from the bottom corner of the window
Note there are holes for your tiles in the door
Turn right
Use the purple key for the tenth bee tile
Go back 3 times and forward 3 times
Place the jar of honey on the orange circle on the front left hive box
Get the silver key
Go all the way back to the cubbyhole wall and through the door to the classroom
Use the silver key for the screwdriver
Go back 3 times
Use the screwdriver on the panel on the desk – get the second jar of honey and eleventh bee tile
Go forward 3 times and place the second jar of honey on the orange circle on the bee hive box
Get the green key
Go all the way back to the cubbyhole wall and through the door to the classroom
Use the green key to get the film negative
Enter the code from the negative into the leftmost desk for the twelfth bee tile
Go left and place all the tiles in the door to escape!

Solution to the X door
When facing the cubbyhole wall, click the right door panel. It says bees+honey=X. Look at the 2 email addresses in the room: one has bees and one has honey in it. Add the 2 numbers from them.
