ReplyDeleteI'm stuck after using the joystick to move the floor upwards and outside. I can see what looks like a coil of rope to the left. and can click on it, but can't take it. I have no password for the camel and everyone here seems to have disappeared!
ReplyDeleteHelp!
where is exactly the coil of rope? i can't find it. I found only the black thumb-up which u can zoom in by using binocular.
ReplyDeletethe password is:
rakuda (camel in Japanese)
then stuck, the camel refuses to walk bz it's hot
@sm1971, in that view there's a tiny hotspot on the bottom right of the screen. Try it, but if you need more help just ask....
ReplyDeletehi sm, I had to scoot away for half an hour and am now back to play - do you have the telescope?
ReplyDeleteAww, I knew you were a lovely lot really!! Thank you!
ReplyDelete@Rambler , how to make the camel walk?
ReplyDelete@Pawinee, I think I just had a bit of a conversation with him in Japanese, then I was on it in the distance. Then I just clicked all over the place.
ReplyDeleteStuck with a shovel now...
I talked with him too, but he said, as i used google translate, that it's hot , he won't move.
ReplyDeletewhat did u do before?
put hay down in front of him and then open the walls
ReplyDeleteI think I might have clicked on the 'thumbs up' hand, but I really can't remember, sorry...
ReplyDeleteAre you in the desert with him?
ReplyDeletethx Mystris
ReplyDeleteThis does seem to be like a lot of random clicking in the hope that the right thing works! Now I remember why I don't play games when they're not written in English (even it is in Minoto-speak!!) Although I have got to a scene with a giant thumbs up and a sleepy camel....
ReplyDeleteAnyone else had a drink of pink liquid yet?
ReplyDeleteyes and given camel a drink, now walking at night
ReplyDeletei drank it myself. hahah can't open the second bottle
ReplyDeleteAhh, use the shovel on the second bottle...
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm behind the hand now, I think I need a screwdriver...
ReplyDeletehit it with the shovel
ReplyDeleteThe onion has grown gregariously in such a place!
ReplyDeleteFrom Babelfish...
great rambler now help me, am stuck with the sensor
ReplyDeleteahah found the code
ReplyDeleteI ate 3 onions, YUK lol
ReplyDeleteMystris, pick up the panel you took off the other side of the hand (if you're not strong enough maybe you need something to eat and drink first.
ReplyDeleteI'm out - with a very odd ending!
can't read what is on the nails (using binocular)
ReplyDeletei should be the code?
I can't open the panel or the locker...
ReplyDeletelook up Pawinee
ReplyDeleteAhh, got locker open with tacks.
ReplyDeleteRambler after you have seen the onion patch go back to the camel, you will get three onions, eat those and then click on oasis
ReplyDeleteAlready done that Mystris. I need help with code, is it something to do with the clue on the thumbnail? If so, I don't understand it...
ReplyDeletehow to use the optical sensor?
ReplyDeleteI need to know that too Pawinee :o)
ReplyDeleteI'm frantically clicking trying to figure it out too, I think it must be something to do with the second panel on the other side - can't seem to attach it tho. Have tried using solar energy and holding the panel to the sun to no avail also.
ReplyDeletesm1971, pls come backkk
ReplyDeleteOh well, it was good while it lasted, got to go out for a while, I'll check back later. Good luck to you....
ReplyDeleteisn't that a complete fizzer - when you get so close to finishing a game and then whamo stumped at the last hurdle
ReplyDeleteI can´t find the binoculars. Help, please!
ReplyDeleteDon't ask me why, but code is 904.
ReplyDeleteCattis, i think binoculars are in hay.
ReplyDeletethx Yvon. but still curious.
ReplyDelete@Cattis, Binocular is in the hay when u open the wall by joystick
So that´s my problem... I don´t have a joystick LOL
ReplyDeleteThanks Yvon, I'm out now. Frankly I don't care where the number came from lol.
ReplyDeleteThat was very trippy!!!
I can´t get out of the room... rakuda does not work for me to open the bars.
ReplyDelete@Cattis, have you got the tacks and hook from the top of the wall yet?
ReplyDelete@Rambler. Yes I have used the stick and a codebox appered on the floor.
ReplyDeleteGood, check out the clouds for the code...
ReplyDelete@Rambler. Thank you. Now I am in the desert, but I can´t find anything there.
ReplyDelete@Cattis, are you with or without the camel and have you got the telescope yet?
ReplyDeleteIs this still live? I have the hook, pins and a rubber abd. Don't get the joystick down.
ReplyDeleteFinally, I found the binoculars. I have seen the thumb up and the code for the bars. Now I am stuck again.
ReplyDelete@friwi, use the rubber band on the hook to complete it..
ReplyDelete@Cattis, if you play around with the joystick you can move the walls up and down and also sideways....
ReplyDeleteThank you, rambler. It worked.
ReplyDeleteOh my god, I just can't do anything on my own. I have the bars removed from the camel, but I can't talk to it and it does not want to move. Can't place the hay in its cage.
ReplyDeletePlease post a walkthrough, got rubber, tacks and paper hook and then stuck, pw rakuda doesn´t open cage
ReplyDeleteMy first ever walkthrough - hope it makes sense!
ReplyDeleteWALKTHROUGH
- look down and pick up an elastic band
- look up and click the elastic band to shoot the stars
- pick up the elastic band, pins and wall panel that falls; click the panel three times to roll it and turn the end into a hook
- add the elastic band to the hook to secure it
- loop the hook over the handle that appeared in the top of the wall when the panel fell
- note the panel that appears in the floor, count the clouds (wait until they disappear off the edge of the screen) and enter the amounts in the panel SPOI1240LER
- zoom in on the joy stick and move up, left then down (three separate movements)
- zoom in on the landscape and find the hot spot to the lower right of the screen
- pick up the telescope wrapped in hay
- use the telescope to zoom in on the thumbs up at the left of the landscape
- I have no idea what all the writing says, but it gives you the word ‘rakuda’ which you need
- Return to the room by moving the joystick up, right and down
- Turn to face the opposite wall and put the code ‘rakuda’ into the panel by the camel
- Put the hay on the floor to the front and left of him
- As he eats, turn to face the opposite wall and use the joystick to get outside again (up, left, down)
- Click several times on the camel to have a bit of a chat with him (not a clue what about, though!) then you’ll ride off together; he’ll then wait and you have to click a few times again to have another chat
- After finding the upturned boat (a couple of clicks to the right) you have to click the camel again and he’ll lift it for you
- There’s a very small hot spot at the edge of the boat where the colours join where you’ll find the key to open the box underneath the boat
- Open the box (use key and click lid) then click the open bottle to drink it. Again, no idea what the writing says, but it look exciting!
- Click at the edge of the boat by the camel’s feet to get a shovel which you then use to smash the top of the other bottle. Click on the now open bottle to drink it then give the rest to the camel and off you ride into the night
- More clicking for a chat
- When he wakes up (after what feels like endless clicking) remove the blanket off him and go left.
- Look at the huge thumbs up; zoom in and go right twice where you’ll find an onion patch (of course!) Go back round and find the camel again and he clearly loves onions as he then zooms off to eat some.
- Follow him to the onion patch again and click on the onions where you’ll get three to click on individually to eat.
- Click downwards and click on the oasis for a drink.
- Go back to the hand and zoom in on the panel with the handle and use the pins to open the screws.
- Zoom out and up to look at the thumb nail with the telescope. The code is numbers in mirror image so it says 6328/7 which equals 904. put the code into the hand (under the panel you just removed)
- Go to the opposite side of the hand and click the panel to remove the cover. Click the panel you removed form the other side of the hand and turn it over before adding to this side of the hand.
- There then seems to be some sort of ecological crisis
- After you have saved the world (or flooded a large part of it, I’m not sure which) you, the camel and loads of onions sail off together!
Katrin, put the rubber at the hook and get the joystick down.
ReplyDeleteGreat Walkthrough sm1971.
ReplyDeleteAnd congrats on your very first.
I can't find the KEY by the upturned boat! help me?
ReplyDeleteThank you for all your help and a great walkthrough.
ReplyDelete@ Cattis:
ReplyDeletethe key is at a small spot where the cursor changes in the boat+camel view; it is on the horizon line just a bit left of the boat [This "left" <--- ].
Float your mouse around there and you should find it.
The spade is a bit later, in the same view, on the right horizon line [ ---> ]
I love the "extreme effort" eyes on the camel, and later, on the stickman "self" =D
Excellent walkthrough, sm1971. You got me out of there :D
ReplyDeleteThis story seems to be very loosely based on the movie Holes, which I watched years ago with my nephew. The abandoned rowboat in the desert with the jars of spiced peaches. The mountain resembling a thumb with groundwater and a field of onions, and the rain bringing back the lake.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't explain the camel or ozone-regeneration, though!
How about; loosely based upon environment issues (saving the ozon-layer/greenhouse effect) combined with some bibilcal stuff like Noah's Arch.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely an environmental anti-ozone hole message.
ReplyDeleteBut with the peach-colored jars in a rowboat in the desert and the field of onions, I'm really thinking the game maker just watched Holes. Wayyy too much coincidence.
Very odd. I wonder why they put some words into English and the rest in Japanese?
ReplyDeleteI hope that building at the end wasn't what I think it was.
