Ah ... somehow managed to start the game.
Got a working remote. Two pieces of paper with clues I can't read and a clue from the tv. Totally stuck now.

I have the number 2, a picture of a fire engine, a picture of a boy, a note with 315 and a note with 10% off.

And the number 2 is a special item, you can place it in the boxes on the right.

and
I have all pictures without the fifth

No idea where I got my items from, just clicking around and scrolling up and down and looking at items with about item.
Megi ... how do you get numberd "from" the pictures? I only have a 2 from the calendar.
Pictures: umbrella, firetruck, boy, wine, *empty space*, some orange square, *empty space*

I'm missing the 5th and the 7th item.
And just found out you can mark all the items, but only 3 at a time.
7th is in the same place where firetruck were, click text under the grey thing
By the way, to get the 7 I had to click the "question mark", but then "next" (not the square) and there I could take the 7.

After clicking question mark and then next it was somewhere bottom right I think.
Bottle + Radio + 10% off = 1729,
So maybe we have to look for a 9 instead of a 0.
Oops, more possibilities;

So maybe an extra 2

And do not seem to be able to find the radio.

For the radio;
Question mark then Next and then the line on the right without a number in front. And in that line on the empty space between the first two letters/characters and the other letters/characters.

boy+radio+10% = 1723 does work somehow, because now the text on the top is gone. It's only dots there now.
Now trying to pay, but clicking the credit cards does nothing.

I think the hint (when clicking the question mark) is just to tell you, you have the make the same number/price.

There's this place at the bottom of the page that has a grey line with text.
If you click at the back of that line you get to the place where the one picture with the orange square came from. The text on the second left grey square sends you to a place were there was a greyish block. I took that and it's gone, but not in my inventory.
Cool, there are 4 of those things (like when you click the question mark and then the square, there's one too).
I don't think you really take them, but you take them away to reveal a hint.
You can find the discount on the first site in the blue area left from the questionmark

If you have the large 7 you have found the question mark. It's the red one on top (a bit to the the right).
And there where you found the 7 you also find your 5th item (the radio). See my post at 1:22 AM where exactly.
Have all the places filled but don't know what to do. Have the numbers 1, 2, 3, 7 and thought I had to buy something. Tried all combinations but there's no solucion with these numbers.

And if you do so, then there's some blue text flashing for a while and the text at the top is replaced by dots, so I guess it's right but what then!?

Yep, that's where I'm stuck now for about 4 hours (but not really playing, just kept the game open and hoping somebody will find the answer).

hi S-T I just got back, I cant get the radio. I clicked the ?, I clicked next, and the line without the #, I clicked in that space, clicked the line, nothing What am I doing wrong

I just looked again and it's actually not in the space between the first 2 letters and the rest of the letters, but it's on the little horizontal line on top of the first letter after the space.

I'm back but still not figured out what to do with the dots, we need someone with more brains then me. I hate it when I can't finish a game, with or without help. We need someone who understands Japanese I guess.

What's with the numbers 525 in the second box from the left? sometimes they're added and sometimes they don't. Depends on what you buy?
I'll give up for now, missing the shoppingcar to put the boy and the radio in. That's what we have to do in Holland when we buy something on the internet. Can't find the shoppingcar in this game. Hope someone still figure out what to do.
If you find three of the four given numbers and a zero (eg 2037) and place these numbers, leaving the space relating to zero blank , you get the same blue message that you get when using 1723.

Anyway, I tried everything I could think of - like clicking the dots in a certain order compared to prices and dates on the calendar - and I'm sure I clicked every single pixel in this game.

I'll give it another try. Roberto said that we can use a blank spot for a zero. Found 3 more solutions: umbrella+radio+315=2073, boy= 1730, boy+bottle+10%=1702, we already had boy+radio+10%=1723. So I think we need one more. Can't find it though. I tried every possibility, but I guess I missed one, anyone here to help today? Want to solve this one.

Here's the solution:
Tick boy, radio and 10% off. The total amount in red should be 1723. Put the four digits on the number panel on the right white panel in this order. The game is solved actually. A blue sentence appears on top of the numbers (different from the one when you try to choose more than 3 items). It says the numbers are matched with your shopping amount in red.
I know everyone's looking for the "escaped" screen. Actually, it does appear on the third screen when you click the orange bar written "The Shopkeeper's Diary" (in Japanese) on the left.
The message said:
You have solved this game. I lose.
You may leave, goodbye.
Please come again.
Before you solve the game, it said:
Hi, this is the shop keeper.
Oh? You want to leave? Too bad...
Find out the pass number (I guess it means password) and fill in the number panel
Find out the shopping amount from your item cart.
If the total amount and the pass number matches each other, you can leave.
I have hidden a discount coupon by some effort on the site. (end)

For those who want to understand more about the logic and instruction of the game, you may read below. ;)
The instructions when you click the question mark on top says:
Fill in the pass number:
1. Use the hints (from the site) to find out the four numbers logically.
2. Click the number panel.
3. When you select a number, its border turns light blue.
4. Fill the number in the four white tile on the right.
5. Set the number combination by clicking them.
6. Set them on the white tile by clicking on the tile.
7. It finishes when you clear all four digits on the left.
Determine the shopping amount:
1. There are 5 products and 3 OPTIONS (the 3 on the right. Orange one: service charge; 2nd one: gift wrapping; 3rd: 10% off).
2. Choose 3 from all.
3/4. You must at least choose one product by clicking on the tick box.
5. Uncheck the tick box if you want to deselect an item.
The four hints are:
1. 未成年=A minor
It marks "less important" on the hint
Found when click: Question mark>the white square
2. 月形半平太
春雨じゃ=I don't quite get this one actually. I guess it says no spring rain. (i.e. no umberlla)
