Okay, what the heck. I don't get it. I have the paper from the soda can, I put it over the fire from the lighter, and I got the "3476" code with a picture of the remote. But I can't use it. The remote does nothing. I can turn it over to see the battery case, but it doesn't open, so I can't replace the batteries (not that I have others anyway). If I select the remote and click the TV, nothing. Doesn't matter if I'm zoomed on the TV or not. Where do I input that code?
@DanMax, Enter the code in the back of the remote.
Just above the battery case? There you should see a white rectangle. Click on it to enable the input typing.
