Does it take a long time to load?
All I have is a white screen.

In this case, there's really no logic to starting with the circle at the bottom. It's 5050. At least in mho

Premiere actually I think the note is upside down the same, but try to picture the grid on the floor upside down. hmm, this sounds confusing....

@arbelt, not sure if you're still here...because not sure what time is going to show when I post this.
The spider is up high in the corner of the part of the cell that has a 'bed'(?) and a bowl on the floor.
When you get the bone from the skeleton, *about item* it, and use your knife on it. It'll turn into a blow-pipe. About item the spider, use knife again. Then dip pin into poison. About item the blow-pipe and load it with the poisoned pin.

Ref. the tile puzzle: I did it as it appears on the note, and it worked, no upside down.

I think the comment I made about the note being upside down is kinda confusing, sorry about that.
Because you have to get to the other side of the grit, I assumed you start down and go up (there's the exit), but here it's the other way round.
That made me believe that the note was upside down. But apparently upside down the route is the same (sneaky note!! lol).
So, all you really have to know is where to start.

Yes, Truus: Just starting at the bigger circle and ending at the smaller one, and you're in the right direction.
Well, somebody has got to follow the EGDAW rule, so here is the...
WALKTHROUGH
DOOR
- You are locked in jail, but somehow you already have a LIGHTER and a KNIFE?
- GO LEFT.
BED ? in the corner
- Take the BOWL (on the floor in front of the bed).
- Take the SPIDER (high up in the corner).
- GO LEFT.
SKELETON
- Zoom in on the skeleton and take the NOTE (under his hand) and take the leg BONE.
- GO LEFT.
WATER in the corner
- Zoom in on the water and fill the bowl and now you have a BOWL with WATER.
- GO LEFT.
WALL (water is on the right)
- Take the PIN from the top edge of the block on the left.
- Use the knife on the bricks in the middle of the wall to make a hole.
- Look at the bone and use the knife on it and now you have a BONE PIPE.
- Look at the spider and use the knife on it and now you have SPIDER POISON. Use the pin in the poison and now you have a POISONOUS PIN. Look at the bone pipe and put that pin in and now you have a BLOW GUN.
- Zoom in on the hole you made in the wall and shoot the guard with the blow gun.
- GO LEFT.
DOOR
- Use the bowl with water on the right side of one of the hinges. Collect new water and use it on the right side of the other hinge. And now you can click the door to go out.
- GO OUT.
CORRIDOR
- Go all the way through the corridor till you see the guard. Use the knife to get the KEY from his belt.
- GO RIGHT and zoom in on the door and use the key to open it and go in the last part of the corridor.
- Now look at your note and see the hint how to click the tiles. Start at the bigger dot so click the tiles in this order;

and the door opens and you can go out.
Hi all!! I'm already loving this game, even if I'm not playing it! I'm stuck with the intro music....it's by one of my all favorite bands : Dead Can Dance! Awesome they used this.

Pixel Hunts (w/o puzzle clues):
1. Scene with door on right, spider is in upper center of screen.
2. Scene with water on right, there is a pin on lower left block (no you can't see it, look for the mouse pointer to turn to a hand).
