found two papers with hints and completely stuck
I am in!! Hi Ludje!
same here. Hopeless.
code's not 32332728 :(
I'll have to use my IME pad on this one..
Yes, company! And thanks for your welcome! I really have no idea what to do, tried to find the japanese signs on one of the papers, but no success
O =15
N=14
E=5
etc
haha, i mean: tried to find what these signs mean :), bij google / hiragana charts etc
OOh REALLY Megi?!
半角入カ = Normal-width insertion
So i hoped filling in numbers for cbcc etc would give me a number/password, but doesn't work
Tried the same (post at 3:05 pm) nada!
So we have:
shibazuke = 1226139
hakataeki = 2661647
iyokan = 238646
Brb! (dinner time)
oh, i didn't understand what that number came from in your earlier post, Nini xD. It's my first live game, and figuring out puzzles and reading and posting at the same time appears to be really hard work. My admiration for all of you is growing by minute :)!
Ludje: CBCCBGBH = 32332728
C=3
B=2
G=7
H=8
iyokan is 'japanese citrus fruit', no idea if this helps :(
Shibazuke = pickle LOL!
haha, couldn't find that one :). Hakate eki is 'Hakata Station'
Nevertheless, still stuck :)
Nothing than maths.....not for me lol :)
n8 n8 everybody, it is late here.
do I have to know Japanese to do this one because I don't have a clue what to do with these clues.
giving up on this one, can't figure it out....
I'd like to buy a vowel please!
google translate gives me:
半角入カ=half angle input. but that doesn't help me.
The top paper -- the letters are also the positions of the kana characters in a chart.
12-26-13-9
26-6-16-4-7
2-38-6-46
But there's nothing to translate.
I tried using Nini's translation
(半角入カ = Normal-width insertion) to put spaces or hyphens between the characters.
babelfish is even less helpful!
Half angle entrance mosquito
brute force, I do not know if it's the same for everyone
3612
81047
How, on this good planet, did you "brute-force" a nine-digit number, Amenophis??????
Are you an alien? A.I? Data from star trek in disguise? Super-human?
That solution didn't work for me. =(
Aha! Thank you, Evie Maio, for the reasoning.
I think I'll pass on this one - not exciting enough to simply copy other people's worked-out codes towards an open door =D
CBCCBGH=32332728
The 32nd alphabet in Japanese is mi(means 3 in Japanese)
The 33rd is mu (means 6)
The 27th is hi (means 1).
The 28th is hu (means 2).
So the password of the safe is 3612.
But I still don't have any ideas of the third paper.
@Evie Miao -- Thanks for the explanation of the 1st code. This game should be labelled Without knowledge of Japanese this game is impossible
For what it's worth, the last paper characters and their position in the kana table are:
あいラえお = 1-2-3-4-5
さしすせそ = 11-12-13-14-15
たちつてと = 16-17-18-19-20
Possibly this is hinting at an encryption key (or possibly not)
Hey, I just found that the game was updated!!!!!
Please re-play it, everyone!
There's one more word on Paper 1.
O,P,E,N are the 15th, 16th, 5th, 14th letter respectively.
The 15, 16, 5, 14 alphabets in Japanese hiragana are そたおせ (so ta o se).
Check Paper 3, now these Japanese words are No. 8, 10, 7, 4.
So the PW of the door is 81074.
