Well...the music's nice...
It is a really nice waste of time ;) It is worth playing for the ending and you're right, the music is beautiful.
I enjoy the music but what do I do?
I have nice colorful triangles!
lol use arrow keys - !!!!
I found a necklace, but can't find the girl again. There are other things to get for her too, a bow, a flower and a balloon, but I can't find the girl to give them to her...
lol zoe - me too - found a 4leave clover - so I am lucky anyway - hoping for a nice game
Hi @swissmiss - have you found the girl again? I also saw a teddy bear way down to the left, but still no girl!
I'm in some kind of town - shops and windows, etc. but still no girl - lol!
zoe - I have given up - didnt find her either - but getting mored just jumping around!
lol - typically man - jon didn't seem to have a problem finding the girl!
Once you find an item, an arrow appears on the screen to show you where your girlfriend is :)
I really liked this game!
lol Swiss!! I can find them from Brazil to Britain!!
tztzt jon - one is enough!!!!
Oh, THAT's the answer! see the way I need to go now! THanks Jon...
I found her! YAY...gave the necklace! now off to get more things! NOW I'm liking this a lot!
Hee hee Swiss, one is more that enough!!! Your welcome Zoe! Enjoy the game and make sure you watch the ending...then discuss ;)
How pretty...now there's color added!
Oppps, I meant, one was more THAN enough...
Once you give the girl something, the colored arrows show you which direction to get another item.
I liked this game a lot! It may not be for everyone because you have to use keyboard arrows, but once you get used to that, it's a lovely game. The ending is puzzling, though. I get that the boy dies. The dove is symbolic of peace, therefore the boy dies peacefully. His mission is over, and it is time for him to go...
As you progress and the colors are added, it's quite beautiful, and I never got sick of the pretty music.
Mr. McGrath - good job! I would love to see more of these!
Did you notice that the yellow flower was collected from a grave....such a sad ending, it really moved me.
A special EG24 Happy Birthday SwissMiss!!!!
@Jon: Yes..kind of sad. He brought color to her life and then died.
I think the boy was already dead (grave where yellow flower was), but his spirit couldn't leave until he brought the colors back into her life. Very poignant.
(Not so fond of the jumping around part.)
I got the same thing Puzzled did, and maybe reading some extras into it.
I think he died, and that was the reason the colors went out of her life. And that she couldn't let him go until he brought them back.
Anyway, very nicely done.
And while I usually hate platformers, my old, slow reflexes appreciated the fact that the jumping didn't require speed...
That was sweet. I think for sure he was already dead, because in the beginning he was trying to tell her to go on with her life, but she was too sad.
Great music too. Bittersweet. :)
touchy ;)
i'm so glad i left the yellow flower as the 2nd last item to collect, otherwise i'd have lost interest to figure why he became more transparent after each action.
Isn't that how it goes? You give a girl everything and she won't be happy until it kills you.
I can't find the orange item!
heh. found it.
too huge to solve it without a map; gave up!
