Well, this was an easy one, but they're always fun.
In case somebody has problems with the red key puzzle. It looks like this;

Tried x4 and x3; then +75 and +200; then combined those and mixed those up and finally figured it out --

For the buttons (the blue key puzzle), look at the device to the right of the bed. And don't get confused by the third on the bottom row, that's blue.

So it is;
25+75=100
100x3=300
300/2=150
150+75=???
???x3=???
@miles1, I don't know if it's new. I've been to 35 locations so far and I think I may have a long way to go. If there's even an end...

@miles1, you start in 000, I think. You should find a machine where you can click on the screen to get a list of codes. And it goes from there...

I think it was somewhere on the wheelchair. You have to zoom in on the bottom.

okay, so where do I use the scalpel and drill? I have tried everywhere!
drill is used on plant looking thing.
the scalpal is used on a hose on the thing left of the bed.
Scalpel is used on the right tube above the right tank, left to the bed.

Really need help with 8 colored buttons (blue key puzzle). There are 10 colored buttons on the machine, and some are multiple colors!?! And the bottom left is gray, which isn't an option. Am I missing a code sheet numbering these???
