ok stealth a big spoiler here, looking at the word crossed out on the left. then the numbers u know what they are , then the letter on its own and then the words on the right all have a thing in common should give a 9 letter word starting with c
ruff what is missing from each of the sentences at the end. giving big hints here as most people have finished and it is a really old riddle

@stealth, you have the answer, then find the "not" answer, then "not" the "not answer", then get the synonym for that.

Ruff, the clue I found with regard to how to change the number is "Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. Hope that helps you.
