smalltool: Thank you very much, that was to hard for me to figure out!
Could I post your hint to my video?
Lol, yep of course.
ok thank you ... now take a look if it is ok ... (have send you a email, too)
Another beautiful Tesshi-e game!!!!
I even left the music playing the whole time!!!!lol
Thanks for all the great clues, escapers! I needed them!!!!
Ok - everything was wrong before.
Now I see the answer for the pumpkins in the WT: As you look at the pumpkins without turning anything upside down, you put the arrows this way:
left pumpkin - One o'clock
middle pumpkin - twelve o'clock
right pumpkin - ten o'clock
sheesh!!!
And the wonderful view of Rothenburg ob der Tauber at the end wth the HAPPY COIN. Love it.
Tesshie-E!!!!! My day is made! :D I wish I could have been here when it was live, though, dang it!
Tesshi-e has always such a wonderful music, that helps me a lot being in the right tune with the game, that again I escaped without help (only had to peek for happy coin hint from shape wheel, but I was sure to get coin from the pumpkins)...!
I like Tesshi-e's Da-Vinci-like machines (e.g. the prisma or the wine one) & the great graphics.
**-D
I'm glad I got out without help because video walkthroughs are absolutely useless to me. My pc is "blind" to moving video and stutters occasionally through a scant slide show at best.
Can anyone tell me the name of that "outside" view at the end, please? I used to have a jigsaw [my favourite] with almost the identical view, except covered with snow.
I'd love to find it again. =)
Holy moly - the only hint I needed was for the Happy Coin. o_O Tesshi-e must be getting kind in her(?) old age!
@catqueen, no offense taken! i didn't think you meant it like that at all.. :) thanks for being so sweet though!
ahedonia, congratulations for solvinmg all the puzzles by yourself!
I almost did, too. I didn't find the happy coin - I could live with that -, and I was stuck at this DAMN WORD!
I thought it's an english word, but it just turned out to be some gibberish. And no, I won't brute force 4 letters...
Rookwings,
for the name of the outside view town look at comment from

;-)
Thank you Tesshi-e - another wonderful game!!
arbeitslooser - no, it wasn't an English word but it wasn't *complete* gibberish - it was the SPOILERinitials of the name of the game. EFWR = Escape From Woody Room/SPOILER. I didn't get it till I looked at that ship's steering wheel on the wall, then I went "Ah, I see what you did there..." ;) And congrats to you too for getting through with only one hint yourself!
HOW TO GO THROUGH PUMKINS: look at the halloween poster. remember the noses. look at the compass with symbols.the nose shapes.so it is south west, south, south east. then there is a compass beside a shelf. the compass looks like a table. see where north is. if north is south to you, then the noses... go to the pumpkins and press the arrows.
STILL STUCK? PUT PUMPKINS LIKE THIS: first pumpkin will look liuke this to you: north-east, second pumpkin north, last north-west. actually it is south-west, south, and south-east but since north looks south to you, its north-east, north and north-west. the oppposite of the code. kind of.
:) hope i helped.
out with no help both with and without the happy coin.
So lovely. I liked the calming music. :)
