picked up a spider from the view with the witch out the window.
out too. Nice game, but hated having to wait for the bats to fly off all the time.
If anyone has issues with the counting, then there are 9 pumpkins, 4 cats, 7 skulls and 6 spiders

okay figured it out... hadnt gotten the desk drawer open to get the stake yet, the dracula you all referred to was outside the door. out.

I can't seem to select sword to use on vampire -- I can get it in an "about item" view, but unlike other things in inventory (I typed invenGORY -- lol!) it won't highlight.

Need to open the drawer with the counting (behind ghost after you capture it).
Ignore reflections and duplicates.
Missed 1 of 13 bats somehow!
Don't think I used the sword at all.

Walkthrough
Scene 1
Note the ghost floating in front of the desk. You need to move it before you can reach the desk.
There’s a bubbling cauldron in the fireplace.
Click on the two pumpkins on either side of the fireplace for 2 Bats
Click right
Scene 2
Click on the middle window and watch
Witch flies left, ghost floats up, spider webs down and bat flies right.
Click back into the room
Click on the spider on the floor.
Click on the left drawer for a bat and a knife
Click on the right drawer. You need to input the directions of the ghouls from the window. Inside the drawer is a bat and pliers.
Click the right hand side window for another bat
Click right
Scene 3
Click on Clara’s portrait to reveal hole in the wall. Another bat and a ghost catcher (Just like from Ghostbusters! :D)
Click on the door – you need a key
Click on the pumpkins on the shelf – you need to carve them. Use knife.
Note the eye shapes.
Click right
Scene 4
Click on sofa cushions for another bat
Click on iron meteorite on floor below cage
Click on sword on wall
Click on cage to zoom in on skeleton
Select sword in your inventory and click on the Cross
Click on the left hand side lamp for another bat

Exit door is locked (well Duh!)
Click on the bowl below the Frankenstein mirror for come candy
Click on the pumpkin below the candy bowl for another bat

COFFIN!! Zoom in on coffin and input your carving eye shapes

WHOA! I didn’t need to SEE THAT! LOL!
Zoom in on Vampy (Not Edward Cullen!) for another bat and note he’s still alive and probably lusting for your neck.

Scene 1 again
Place ghost catcher on the floor and let it do it’s job
Now you can access the desk
Left drawer gives you a bat and a key
Middle drawer you need a code

Gives you a hammer and stake
Right drawer gives you a bonesaw and another bat
Click on the middle jar for the Eye of Newt
Click on the scroll for the recipe instructions.
Note the special instructions that the ingredients need to be put into the cauldron in an order!

Open the coffin and place the cross around his neck
Now stake him
Use pliers on his fangs
Click all the way to Clara’s portrait
Use the key on the door
Open door for another bat
Click to go through door, only the Grim Reaper comes out
Click on Grimmy and don’t freak out!
He drops something as he leaves
Pick up the Toad Essence
Go back to Boney in the cage and use the bonesaw on his hand
Now go to the cauldron
Remembering your order clue, place all ingredients into the cauldron
SPOILER
B – Bones
E – Eye of Newt
F – Fangs
I – Iron Meteorite
T – Toad Essence
S – Spider
This will give you a key
Click to the Exit door
Use key, Whoops, Count Dracula!! Trick or Treat? Give him the candy

I can't access the desk after the ghost is caught. Is there some thing else needed or someplace special to click?
Well what a disappointment. Game running sooo slowly I had to turn it off.

Well, that was the best and funniest halloween-themed game I've played ever, I think!
To nokra and anyone else like me with a small system, or a computer which is older than they are, just minimise the game window whilst bat-collecting. It makes the task a bit faster.
Even so, I persevered with playing right through and ended up with a time of 1:16:54 and a score of 18,000, even WITH 13 bats!
However, don't try minimising animations which give clues, because you will miss them.
Oops, I feel a monologue coming on....
I laughed a lot during this game.
"You can't get to the desk while the ghost is around" [or something]
You want to bet? I ain't afraid of no ghost!
Then we get the ghostbuster equipment! Fantastic!!
As for the coffin contents.... If more vampires looked like that, and less like dead people, they could snack on my jugular any time they chose!
I think we've stumbled upon Batman's true identity - so much for the "mild-mannered", eh??? Just check out that underwear!

As you may expect, I decided on "Trick".
I stared insolently at him, stuffed all the sweets in my own face, slammed the door in his face, locked it with the key, and set about devising a potion to revive Vampire BatPants!
