YESSSS! Got safe open!!!! Note the colours on TV. Look at picture under safe. Click colours as often as the key-code says in order of picture-numbers.. First blue (2x)second blue (2x) third yellow (5x) fourth red (3x)! All keys disappeared!

and clic on stars (hint key/red=3 and blue=2)looking on order picture on ground (1234 corners)
for me:

OK.
The safe code is an "Egyptian puzzle" for many because it's got a "three-tier structure"
(as I'd put it in IT world): number from key + picture + stuff from TV screen
(Oh yes that's rare. Usually it would only be two-tier maximum. (e. g. Robamimi))
Imagine on the picture there were the numbers
1 ... 3
2 ... 4
Let's suppose the assembled circle + square keys would show something totally different: like
----

(key is to show a red "6", a yellow "4" and a blue "5")
Now you may turn on the TV and see:
(ignore shapes!)
blue .. red
red .. yellow
The order on the picture tells you to arrange the colors in the following order:
blue - red - red - yellow
So far, so good.
So you will have to press the stars X times as shown on the key, corresponding to the color, so:
press blue 5 times
press red 6 times
press red another 6 times
press yellow 4 times
(optionally: blow some air at your aching forefinger)

Open the bottom right doors of the TV cabinet
Click inside to find the SCREWDRIVER (click inside a bit to the bottom left side)
Open the top right drawer for the CIRCLE KEY
Open the top left drawer for the code (changes each game) and the BATTERY
Turn right
Click on the screwed on panel on the wall
Remove the screws
Enter the code from the drawer (yep, it’s that easy)
Click the blue button
Go down the hallway
Click the corners of the picture on the wall in the order shown on the picture itself

You uncovered a star safe
Turn right
Get the SQUARE KEY from the grate under the faucet
You can also fill the glass, but it doesn’t seem to do anything
It is possible to turn off the lights, but again, it won’t do anything
Back up and go left
You can eternally fill the gold vase with water, but nothing is inside
Get the TRIANGLE KEY from behind the left side of the cabinet
Open the left door, get the CABLE
Open the right door and find the SECOND BATTERY
Back up and go right
Lift the blue couch pillow and find the REMOTE
It needs batteries, but the 2 you found are dead
Go right
Take the SWORD
Zoom on the sword handle and then remove the rectangular cover (click the sword and then the about item button for the about item view)
There is room for both batteries inside so put them in
Place the sword back in the stone and then add the plug to the wall outlet behind it
Ah! It is a giant battery charger – batteries can be removed when the light on the sword changes from red to green (just keep turning around the room until it changes)
Take back the sword and remove the CHARGED BATTERIES
Place them in the back of the remote (click right of the bottom right corner of the remote in the about item view to flip it over)
Take back the plug! (VERY IMPORTANT)
Turn right
Add the plug to the TV (VERY IMPORTANT)
(note: If you try to turn on the TV with the remote and without the plug, you will die. However, when I replayed to do the walkthrough, it wouldn’t let me plug in the TV and turning it on with the remote worked fine.)
Now use the remote on the screen to see a car driving
Click the screen to change the channel
You will see a series of 4 colored shapes – make note of them
Open the about item view of the circle key. Add the square key to that view to see some numbers in colors at the bottom of the keys (click to zoom in on them)
Turn right
Go to the end of the hall
Combine the colors from the TV with the numbers from the keys and the order from the fallen picture frame
Click the stars the correct number of times
The door will appear
For ending 1
Leave
For the perfect ending
Turn right and turn off the lights
With the lights still off, back up and see the spotlight hitting something sparkely on the floor
Get the COIN
Turn the lights back on and leave
Solution to the Stars puzzle
The colors of the shapes on the TV are the colors you will use. The order comes from the picture frame that you dropped to see the stars pane -- so look at the upper right, bottom left, upper left, and then bottom right colors on the TV. Ignore any shapes, you just want the colors.
That is your order for clicking the stars. How many times you click each color comes from the combined square and circle keys. My keys show red 3, yellow 5, and blue 2. My order according to the TV was blue, blue, red, yellow. So I click the blue star 2 times, blue 2 times, red 3 times, and yellow 5 times.
