Got another key used ist on wall safe. Found a coin with a heart on the back. Used handle twice. Somethings going on at the "water" machine
A new Tesshi-e and I'm half cut after a few hours at the pub... Not fair =( I shall attempt it regardless, just don't go looking to me for help... heh...

for SD you must turn the lever to the left & complete the code on the water machine. use the key to unlock hippo machine for key

You've missed a few of the shapes in the room
I can't remember the exact order but the second symbol was the hearts and the last symbol was the spades.

Have you count the hearts, spades, diamond...
That gives you the order

At first I thought the numbers on card refer to number of sides on each suit's shape... however none of them have 3 sides, the heart only has 2?

@xana: Have you used the needle-key on it? Then use the buttons to look which colour which button has.

Stuck where to use the needle. Other than that I did it alone. So unusual for me.. Ty so much for the WT though..Its really tremendous . I almost always need some nudges and few give them ..Most just give.."I got this and that" with no real help.
got most of it alone except for cutting the end of that key off!
IMPORTANT: I didn't read in the (nonetheless great!) WT, so here is some additional note from me:
The white ball will NOT open if the coin shows the heart! Only if it shows the other side, the white ball opens!
BTW: I really solved nearly ALL by myself (it wasn't always so easy mind you) EXCEPT for those stupid suits!
Slap me silly! Ran around like a lunatic trying out combinations (blacks only, reds only) but never thought you had to COUNT the suits by the amount!
Overthought this part completely...
