[REPLAY] The Mysterious Island 49 is another point & click adventure type escape game developed by Jo99. In this game with a very special graphic atmosphere, your boat sank because of a storm - you're now trapped on an island... You
will have to survive - but first of all: your aim is to escape from there! Explore the environment to find and use objects and hints for solving puzzles. If you don't hightail out of that place quickly, you won't escape unscathed! Who

Hmmm, interesting
found key and opened chest for flashlight. now wandering around finding odd statues
found a hut and now have a bottle, book with I suppose are tons of clues and a round amulet
found another hut and filled my bottle with water
placed amulet on statue and panel opened, but not sure what to do?
found a gem in the hut (in the die)

found another chest in the hut! (upper right corner) got seed!

i think the book has a few hints
grew fruit, placed it in hut where the water is and got half of another amulet
fill bottle wit water
After using the binoculars I just moved cursor
over all the planets and Escaped with a blue alien!

I didn't think I would be out so quick,
I'm restarting to see where and what happened.
I'm stuck with 1/2 of amulet, flashlight, gem and book

Use the amulet on the two robots, clue for buttons
is in the book.

Inside the tree-hut, put fruit on table and get
other half of the second amulet
Use combined amulet on door and use the torch
to enter, then use the blue gem
finnaly got binoculors just looken through space now
Now I'm stuck looking at planets, mush have got
the right combo by sheer luck the first time around!
and out, i think i looked around the left side of the binoculors

never found the other half of amulet from putting fruit on alter....is there one?
Random clicking on planets and got out again.
The clue is probably in the book but I couldn't
find it, anyway nice game and graphics.
nokra, after placing the fruit a little box opens up,
it's on the floor, it has the second half of the amulet

plant seed in pot outside of the hut, use water on it & take pear. Give pear on altar to take other amulet half from chest.

I caught up & now also at the binoculars, hovering over planets & no POP yet...

from big red chest in hut (left on floor). you need key from statue with the grid (one step before hut): put saturn medal at front to open panel & push buttons according hint in book.
btw: you can take saturn medal back from each statue...!
for the binoculars all you have to do is move your cursor over all of the planets and it will automatically jump to a scene where an alien takes you into space.

That's weird. That's all I did and it worked.

Use binoculars and look at Saturn. Note symbols for Saturn, then go back to where you got binoculars and click on the four symbols to get blue alien.

- enter & take:

- saturn MEDAL from Robinson book on desk
- blue CRYSTAL from DICE on desk (book hint)

- put saturn medal in forehead slot (book hint) to open panel

- solve picture puzzle & pull HANDLE to open HIDDEN NICHE

- click on window & use binoculars on PLANET CURTAIN
- hover your mouse on red saturn & note signs (book hint)

No..the was the end scene. Whizzed thru the game quickily. Very straightforward puzzles. Liked it.

OOOOH! We've waited a long time for Jo99's next game, and, boy, was that worth the wait!
Look at the designs - so intricate and nothing is cloned anywhere as far as I could see. =)
Plus Oliv' Kronsilds soundtrack really compliments the story. I love the end music, but I kept going back into the goddess hut just to hear those gorgeous drums 8D
To Jack and Jo-Ann:
No, not watching those parts doesn't hinder gameplay, but the whole project is an art exhibition, and to get the full experience you shouldn't miss any of it. =)

Agree with all above comments, great game and lovely graphics! Maybe next time we will have to escape the spaceship then?? That blue guy looked very excited to see him though so it might not be easy lol
