go left at the door with the keypad and a little guy opens a door and looks out. highlight the phone and click on him and he'll come out and hand you a paper with what looks like a left-right clue on it.

oops, just got a bad end from the scary female to the left in the hallway by the bedroom.

after you get back the orange bag from the man
take out the gloves and press the button裝備xxx to wear them
= grab the ball
use the green ball that you've grabbed to the dead woman

what is that code for @guruone?
at the door with the four monsters... notice the color and position of each monsters head and arms. upon clicking the door you will see a left and right button, a colored jewel on top and a upper left button to test your solution. the jewel starts off being red. use the left and right buttons to make the symbol look like the red monsters head and arms. hit the upper left button. the jewel changes to pink. continue the process.

For those who might be stuck: you have to pull out the stopcock from the bathtub and use the stick to get some hair out in order to drain it.
Then give the DVD to the ghost man.
Then use the key on the thing that you are able to access after you killed the ghost woman with that orb.
At the place where the man ghost was, you see four characters with numbers as part of them (二、九、五、九)
Use the newspaper on the ghost in the closet.
Combine the clue on the toilet with the clue at the four-digit code to get 9259 (found out earlier via hacking)
