I stuck with the last puzzle for about 20mins

Remove Top and bottom lines from the signs but let the blue dots in position. So you get the shapes for Code-Panel. SpSevenOiFourLeSixRFiveSpoiler
Yes, of course, I will try: you need to substract the red = from the left four pictures and keep in mind that blue-red=red
SwissMiss, for the first puzzle, subtract the equal sign from the clue, only where it is red. If there is a blue square, leave it. The first will look like the letter L.

For second Code look at the Letterboard. Search for the Letters "SWITCH". The positons are the clue for 3-Dot-Switch.

If you combine the two color-pics, there are only 4 dots with the same color. 3-green, 6-red, 9-blue, 12-grey.
For the last puzzle combine paper and colour hint pictures: Read the colours from top to bottom and combine the colour fields.
For example the top row:
Press the buttons which combine the colours. Which button is in the place, that is blue in the left picture and green in the right picture. I hope, I'm understandable :)
For last puzle just click the 3 dots that in the two pics overlap are:
Blue/green
Grey/blue
Red/blue
