i got three numbers then brute forced the safe since i couldn't find the 4th number - where is the square number?

paper clip used to open waste bin lock in corridor (restroom door) for flashlight.

when i went to place my star sticker on the note, it turned into a wadded-up napkin (or something). but it did turn back once i placed it. just a note.
