Synchronicity is another free online riddle game by MAd Phantom. There are 10 levels at the moment, a forum, answers are normal 5-letter words, and the server is case-sensitive. And please, don't post spoilers or answers, just hints. Good luck and have fun!Update: Levels 26-30 are added!

Very little activity here. Maybe a few hints will encourage more people to play. Note that all answers are 5 letter words that need to be written in the url in CAPITALS.
Lvl 1: Look at where the arrows are pointing
Lvl 2: 26 squares and notice that some squares are special
Lvl 3: Look for the pattern in the first 2 rows
Lvl 4: Don't know. Did anyone solve this one?

I made the boxes with cuts into letters, but got nothing from that :(
I think I know how to do it but not got the word yet,
fold the 3 sets of shapes into a cube, opposite sides equal 27. Work out the blanks' opposites to figure out what each blank is worth and work its letters out from there (if you understand that) :-S
it works, though i had to rearrange letters, now on level 9

Nvm. got it. One box was not really highlighted so it was 6 letters.
There should only be 5, one of the blank squares (on the right hand shape) isn't faded, so doesn't count, hope that helps

4: name the shapes and take the first letter of each
to add for 4: with the third shape concentrate on the direction it is pointing and use the first letter of that direction

Oh drat...I was told the first letter in Level 5, but I'll be darned if I see that letter in that shape....apparently I have no imagination!!
Aargh, nothing at all at level 9.
Wondering if it's a hint as well that the top left equation is horizontal and the the top right equation is vertical.

4 rows of 5 letters and the 6th row being 6 letters makes the famous 26 again.
Don't forget the shape/direction (so from left to right then from right to left etc.)
Anyway the second letters is A.

For level 8 just think a die/cube. So fold it up like that and the first (top left combi of 6 squares) tells you what amount the oposite sites make when you add them. Do the same with the other two groups of 6 squares, do the math and you get your letters.

Lol Nighty, be patient. Riddles take time and especially the last difficult levels.
No ideas so far, but I'm staring at it.
Anyway, let''s brainstorm a bit.
- First thought; the angle between big hand and little hand is minus 1 in both equations.
- Hm, actually that's my only thought (besides the previous mentioned wondering about; what's with the difference between the horizontal and vertical equation).
But, still staring and trying :)

For level 2;
26 boxes (26 doesn't that ring a bell when thinking of letters).
Some of the boxes are a bit faded, well pick those boxes/letters.

For level 3.
The first row tells you a triangle cut is 1 (I mean the first box has one triangle cut, the second two etc) and it it tells you in the same way; a line/stripe cut is 5.
Now use that on the bottom row to get numbers and then basic conversion from numbers to letters.

On level 7 you can only see 5 letters, because there are only 5 different kind of shapes (rectangles, squares, triangles pentagons and hexagons).
And everey kind of shape(s) makes a letter when you look at them
there are 26 squares and 26 letters of the alphabet...look for something out-standing and see what you find
Sunflower..all answers are a word only 5 letters long. What do you know that has only 26? Do some of those squares look different?
Any advance on Lvl 9 yet?
I note that the 8-figure "clock" is also the logo used for the Syncronicity website. Does that give us a clue?
I tried to register for the official forum but for some reason I cannot "tick" the boxes.
So just thinking;
Not clocks unless you use base-8 instead of base-12.
Also tried compass directions but nothing significant showed up.
Any other ideas?
I am stumped on level 9 Ashley...I have exhausted my brain trying math formulas to make sense.....I am waiting for one of you guys to come with something.
I tried the "clock" idea - ie to count round twice for the short hour hand and once for the long minute hand. I tried adding, and I tried subtracting, but there is just no pattern.
Although a sudden thought points out that I only tried with "1" in the normal clock position. I wonder if we were to start with "1" at the top ... ...
Also noticed that the "minute" hand never gets to the left side of the "circle" - closest it gets is straight down.
Finally...on to level 8. S-T...your eyes are sharper than mine,lol.
I have exhausted semaphore and compass points, I don't know what else to look for :(

gosh, I don't know what problem you are having, I was able to register very easily. Perhaps try a different browser.
Apart from the site admin, I have the most posts on the forum right now....and there is no real help there as yet so I wouldn't worry too much about joining right now ;)

Thought I had a brainwave on level 9, but I can't make it work. Something these riddle games sometimes do is use the previous answers, and none of the "clocks" on level 9 have either the big hand or the little hand pointing straight up. So, my conjecture was that that was "level 0", the one where you modify the URL according to its instructions, and then the other seven notches contain the answer from levels 1-7, in clockwise order.
Then, the clock position indicates some kind of unsymmetric (because the big and little hands are distinct) and binary relationship between the answers.
But, I can't come up with a relationship that meets the equality tests and gives a good answer. I tried "first occurence of a letter from A in B", and variations on that theme, but nothing works.
Sorry, bad counting in the above comment -- it's level 1 at the top, and levels 2-8 around in clockwise order, not 0 and 1-7.
Despite the excellent hints given for level 8...the third cube is evading me...I keep getting too many letters. I folded and cubed...but nada.

Is level 4 obvious? I'm guessing the 1st and 5th letters are identical, but that's as far as I can get. (Tried COLIC as a wild guess.)
This seems better for me than most riddle games -- at least you know the answer is 5 letters!
I think riddles are like trivia questions for me -- I expect to be good at them, but actually am very bad.

level 6 -- tried using small-tools hint, but can't find any vowels (got 6-8-7-11-20)
For the riddle-maker: I DO like that if you enter a wrong answer, you get a black screen rather than some error site.
Puzzle, level no. is there on the title, -=5, .=1, so -.=6
For 6 check your 11 again.

I'm now stumped on level 8 -- I see a scattering for triangles, squares, rectangles, pentagons and hexagons -- not squares to fold into a cube.
Puzzle that's 7 :). Connect each shape separately to draw some letters.
STUCK ON LEVEL 3.. HELLPPP
the triangles are number so 1 triangle = 1#
2 triangle =2# and line = 5#
so in last line the first is 5+5+5+5+2=22
now 22 is what letter ?
do this for all ..
Difa count triangles and lines and notice a pattern for first two lines, apply that to the third.

Raasti, apply your knowledge from 3, it is easier to by cancelling one outward shape with one inward.
For 9 tried to relate hour hand with answers from previous levels and min hand for picking up letters.. but no go.

I'm trying things with previous answers. I can find methods that work for the first or for the second equation. But none of the methods works for both equations at the same time.

Hi bigtank, yes I did, and the fact that it's a bit more complex and flexible. I tried to make new shapes out them by 'bending' them round if you know what I mean...
4 was the one with the shapes' names right?
How could that be similar??
@raasti, do exactly what s-t says, form cubes from the shapes, and work out the number of the highlighted sides - all opposites add up to 27.
well the only thing i saw was the triangle became a rectangle and then the triangle and rectangle together made the up arrow. that was it lol
@al sal, if we are able to reform the shapes to geometric ones, then it will be simply doing the same as we did on level 4 to find an answer...

On 10, I think I have 3 letters, two of them being the same (a vowel) ans I tried to BF the answer (a chilly little house), but it didn't work....
