Yes, Kimbo, I used prankster potion on snowmen. Now I try to assemble the chess pieces, but they keep sticking to the cursor. I restarted the puzzle several times.
Gina Black, start with the sun (gold) at the top, then this order from L to R

I know, you can do 2 things
(1)restart again and again the puzzle every time it sticks, or
(2) click around the screen A LOT. It makes the puzzle piece unstick at one point.
friwi, I had to restart the chess puzzle several times too, try to click and drag, it seemed to work better for me

IMPRISONED VULTURE
- Take a STONE STRAWBERRY there.
- Use the keys (from the princess) on the vulture and then do the keys puzzle.
KEYS PUZZLE ORDER:

And after that you can go through the ceiling window to...
PODIUM OF THE WISE SAGE
- Take GRASS from the bridge.
- Then click the wise man and answer the questions. Answers;

- And after that you get the YELLOW GEM and you can take the YELLOW ROSE (on the bridge).
- And now that the wise man is gone you can put the carpet on the bridge and then there's a new location...
WHITE MOUNTAINS
- Take the EARTHEN VASE (in front of the right snowman).
- Give the grass to the goat and then use that vase on it to get the POT OF MILK.
- Click the branches on the right tree to get a FROZEN WATER DROP.
- After that one of those branches has a red part on the icicle. Click that to take the DROP OF BLOOD.
- Go back to the...
POTION FACTORY
- Make and take the PRANKSTER POTION (purple):
Use GREEN FRUIT (pear), GREEN FLOWER, RED WATER (drop of blood) and put the light on RED (both sides on red).
- Back to the...
WHITE MOUNTAINS
- Use the purple potion on the snowmen and take the WHITE ROSE from the left snowman.
- And now you can enter the house...
WITCH HOUSE
- Take a LEMON from the basket below the plants on the left.
- Use the silver fish on the fish bowl and get the CHERRIES.
- Use the falcons claws on the plants on the lft and get the JAR of WORMS.
- Give the jar of worms to the witch to get the YELLOW GEM.
- Use the teddybear on the bee-hive (top right) and do the honey puzzle (same colours and same sexe).

Earlier yesterday when the second version
was released, I opened two new places on a map,
one was copper one was silver,
I took copper and silver leafs from these places.
When I made a copper coin, my silver leaf disappeared !
I gave up so that the live beta testers can do the hard work.

Wow, finally out! Thank you for all the help. I would have been forever stuck without that. And thank you Abroy for a great game. However, it is not nice to start over because you loose items from the inventory, when it is full. But it was a really great game otherwise.
Okay, the roman numerals are driving me nutty! I went through door 985 and input CMLXXXV nuthin' do I need to add the different door #s I go through or just the last one I passed through?

@bigtank, i think you get one yellow gem from the library, after arranging books. You get a cloth and need to use it on the mirror.
The second yellow gem was after answering questions of a wise man on a wooden bridge. That is after you set the vulture free.

I made cheese by putting milk and lemon in catbowl in witch's house. After catching the rat I can see a rathole now.
Pathos: start with middle one then make the tile on the sites the same.

Pathos: yes. After I put the silver fish in the bowl, gave worms to the witch and then did the beehive puzzle.

@bigtank, after a few tries it should finally work. What helped me was to first write:
MMLXXXV, then change the first M to C as last move. (CMLXXXV is correct).

@Catqueen, where are you stuck? Did you click the beehive after solving the puzzle to get a drop of honey (sweet water for potion). You should make a grow potion and enlarge the rathole. Do you have what you need?
Fred: I've solved the rathole, got the candle and made black cherries with tar and cherries at the witch house.
I also threw mango outside the window to get frozen mango.
Just went back into the rathole and got 2nd white gem from 2nd candle to the left. Now I can make more potion.
@cq, dont forget to take the white gem above the solved candles. You need flying wings potion for the chess knight in rat hole.

@cq, sweet water is same as honey. You get it from clicking the beehive in withches hut after solving the puzzle.
@pathos, black water is after you free the 3 sisters (using 3 scales). When they are released you can click the black water below their cages and get a drop.
Aha! Thx Fred. I went back a few scenes. In the one with slotmachine I can click the chair again. Now i've three half sundies (which i don't need anymore)

@bigtank you need white gem to mix with red. Get white gem from the rat hole after solving candles. The other white might be from the witch after helping with fish, worms and beehive if i remember right.

Clio Rose: I had the same problem. Place it back in the right scene and pick it up again. Especially the left piece made me crazy.

CRAZY!!! I spent two days, one very frustrating restart when I was half way and the game was snatched, over an hour trying to get the chess pieces to stick together, hours consuming volumes of posts..and I LOVED it, but, my dear Abroy! Perhaps this should have been a four part series???

The second white gem you'll get after the snake scene if I remember well. Freeze the snakes first and use potion on gate.

After you throw the mango out the window, you have to go get it. It's hard to see, somewhere in front of the snowmen.

Serenza. I have closed and opened game quite a few times. Just make sure you click 'load' and not 'new'. Your game is auto-saved.

Sweet water is the honey drop, if you don't know it. You can get it from Witch's House when the Teddy bear get some honey from honey beehive.
I'm currently stuck at the white witch's house. I read earlier about the rathole and the enlarge potion but:
1) can't find the rathole
2) I don't have the white gems to create pink light
Can someone tell me what to do?

Sun die didnt make coin, so had to get more sun die.
Final door in dungeon maze (895) was...frustrating, had to reload and re-do, innumerable times.
Chess piece on extreme left didnt want to accept its 2nd last piece...had to X out, and retry umpteen times.
However, this game was a credit to yourselves. FABULOUS!!

Ookami88, you need to make the cheese, with goat milk and lemon. After that, you need to do the cheese on calderon. Put the cheese on the trap, and the rat will appear as the rathole.
The 1st white gem i don't remember where it is, but you'll one of the white gems on rathole beside the candles.

Ookami88, for the white fruit, throw your mango out of the witches window. It will land in the snow. If you click the window in witch room, you'll go back out to snowmen. Mango is in snow on ground R/H side. Still trying to remember about black water..

Tried to play this game yesterday but was to buggy. (picked up the arrow and gear, but they didn't appear in the inventory)refreshed several times but that didn't work. Also there is no load button. I was hoping that today, after fixing the game by Abroy, I could finally play it, but there were the same problems as yesterday. So I have to wait till the 3th fix?!
Black water came from (i hope im remembering correctly)...getting the fairy's (sisters??) weight right. I was completely stuck on that and used s-t's hint at 2/21/12 @ 11.23am
I got black water (when you defeat the Wizard and find the sisters the black water is under them in a lake) but now I have another problem: how to make black light?
The right combination for princess' cages:
- Right princess - 1Gold, 1Silver, 1Copper (weight 9 in total)
- Middle princess - 1Gold (3 in total)
- Left princess - 2Gold (6 in total)
Then..i think i clicked under middle cage and got a drop of black. Im sooooo sorry if im wrong, Ookami88.

To get black light you have to go back to the Orbs Room. And there solve the planets puzzle (line them up) and then you don't get new gems. But the white gems you already placed in the potion room are now giving black light.
I only have one blue gem, from underwater. Where is the other one(s)? I have been looking through all of these comments and I'm dizzy, lol. Thanks in advance!!

it might not be the game, probably. Check your Flash Player settings, you'll have to allow it to store information on your PC. The load button should appear then. Hope it helps.

For some reason, the second set of ropes over the bed will not stay the way I put them. I have tried over and over, change the colors to match and pull rope under gem shape and nothing happens. x out and they all turn back red. What am I not doing??
In the witch house, I placed teddy bear on hive, then accidentally clicked out. Now it won't let me back in the hive. I went back for teddy bear to try again, but cannot get new bear. What to do? Help.

After you've pulled the last cord seven times, the blue gem appears.

I'm so stuckkkk! If you didn't have this problem, or if you think it might be a glitch in my game, please say so. I have pulled the ropes over the bed on the left to the right colors and they stayed that way, but on the right I pulled the colors and then just go back to red when I x out. AND, when I pull the cord under the gem shape, NOTHING happens. ???????????????????????????????
@cyndee, you probably dont have the colors correct. If you first solve the left ones, then solve the right ones you should get the blue gem while still zoomed on the right ones. DOn't x out.
Are you sure you get the blue/purple colors right? They should be 3 different ones. Pull the ropes 5,6,7 and 8 times on right side of the bed.
It's 4, 5, 6 and 7 on mine
I'm absolutely certain the colors are right. There's a cord also under the triangle gem shape, but pulling it does nothing. I guess I can quit with this game, because I'm not starting over now. :'(
It's a glitch. I opened up a new game and it worked immediately. Unfortunately, I was pretty far along in the game. Maybe I'll start over, but so disappointed! Thanks for trying to help me Fred.
I did the same thing on the bee hive. Xed out the puzzle and now can't open it again, no bear. Hours wasted. Will wait & see if anyone knows how to reopen it, if not just don't want to start over.
I've played this game twice and each time have completed the bee hive puzzle successfully. However, clicking the hive afterwards produces no response. The teddy bear is back in its original place, but I can't pick it up to try again.
It's a major bug and I'm not going to bother a third time.

AMAZING GAME! I 'm soooooo stuck with code on the left door, on dangeon maze. Fred's hint with CMXXXXV doesn't help. And can't figure out where to find a hint...
It's correct, if you x out before finishing the bee hive puzzle, you can't go back to it and have to restart, just tried it.
Rewind or going back with the Flas Player didn't work either.

Just keep trying and follow the light; finally you'll make it. Before you click on the doors, remember the numbers above them. If the Roman number puzzle appears, convert the number above the door into roman numbers. If you're not sure how to do it, Wiki helps. ;)
doris a lot of people could not get it to work, i was told to right click with mouse and select play. did that a couple of time to get to the next scene

If the roman numerals are taking you back to start, even when entering the right ones, is because you are clicking on one of the doors behind the zoomed codepad. Hope you can get what I mean?
I'd recommend you to enter the roman numerals by clicking the highest possible on the codepad... trust me on this: YOU DON'T WANT YOUR POINTER TO BECOME A HAND WHEN ENTERING THE ROMAN NUMERALS!

- Use the falcons claws on the plants on the lft and get the JAR of WORMS.
- Give the jar of worms to the witch to get the YELLOW GEM.
- Use the teddybear on the bee-hive (top right) AND DON'T ZOOM OUT ANYMORE TILL YOU SOLVED THE PUZZLE (it's a little bug, you can't go back to the beehive) and do the honey puzzle (same colours and boy on boy and girl on girl) and you get the MAGIC BOW.
- Click on the brown spot to take the HONEY DROP.

- Put in the GREY fruit (strawberry), the BLUE flower, the ORANGE water (with eye, from the octopus) and put the light on PINK (left red and right white), clik the button and take the BLUE POTION.

WITCH HOUSE
- Use the blue potion on the rat-hole and go in.
RAT HOLE
- Take a MATCH (one of the bed poles) and use it on the black tar on the right and you have a BURNING MATCH.
- After that, take the BLACK TAR.
- Light the candles (with the match) above the bed in this order; 5-3-1-4-7-6-2 and you get a CANDLE also take the WHITE GEM that's above the candles.
- Zoom in on the broken chess pieces and fix them (might have to zoom out and start over, a bit buggy). Use the pieces in this order;

Can anyone explain the roman numerals on the door to me? I thought maybe you had to write the number above the door, but that's not working. Where do you find the right number?

The chess pieces simply Will. Not. Go. Together. It's a shame to have gotten this far and get stuck, but I guess s*&^ happens.

Keep trying Zoz with the chess pieces. I kept X'ing the mini-game and re-trying. Eventually, that rotten left piece worked.
Just played through again and I again didn't run into any bugs other than the roman numerals part where you have to enter them twice. I think if you are careful to try and not pick up more items than you can hold, then you won't have the problems with items disappearing.
For the chess pieces you have to only click once on them and hold it until it gets into place otherwise you will be stuck holding the piece. You can click back where you first picked up on the piece on the right side to get it unstuck.
This games is AMAZING!
My only regret is to have played it too late to share it with all the others... I could only play during pauses in work, and it took me 2 full days.
Thank you abroy, I wish there were more game like this, long, elaborate, with good puzzles. I really hope you'll release more!
