Philomena, turn your apple twice so the light is shining on the fridge. Then close-up their is a switch on the fridges right-hand side. Then you can open fridge.

WALKTHROUGH part 1
TABLE
- Zoom in on the table and zoom further in on the paper with 77535 on it. That's the hint in what order to click the fruits (according to Lottie, 7 is banana, 5 is apple and 3 is orange)
- GO RIGHT.
CUPBOARD
- Zoom in (2x) on the top left doors of the cupboard, open the door and take the JAR with LOLLIPOP. Zoom out (1x) and then zoom in on the far top left of the cupboard to see something on top of it. Click it and you can take it, but now you can move a chair.
- BACK TO...
TABLE
- Zoom in on the window to the right of the table, then click the back chair to move it to the right.
- BACK TO...
CUPBOARD
- Zoom in on that top left part of the cupboard again and now you can take the WIRE.
- Look at your yar and use the wire on the lid to open it and now you have a LOLLIPOP.
- Zoom in on the fruit bowl and click the fruits in the order from the paper, so; banana 2x, apple, orange, apple. (and now there's a silver apple next to the cupboard).
- Zoom in on the chair you put next to cupboard, click it to move it back and take the SILVER APPLE from the right side of the floor.
- BACK TO...
TABLE
- Zoom in on the left window and place the silver apple on the silver part of the window sill. Click the apple to make it shine up.
- Zoom in on the ceiling and use the wire on the card-box that's hanging there.
- Click the apple twice to make the light shine right again
- Zoom in on the right window, move the back chair again and then zoom further in below the table and take the CARD-BOX. Look at it and click it to get the PLAYING CARDS.
- Zoom in on the left window and now make the apple shine left.
- GO LEFT.
DOOR
- Zoom all the way in on the top right fridge next to the clock and then zoom in on the right side of it. Click the switch.
- Open that fridge, move the plates and the bottle and then take the BEAKER.
- GO LEFT.
KITCHEN
- Zoom in on the cupboard doors below the sink and zoom further in on the lever on the pipe. Keep clicking the wire on that lever till it breaks, take it away click the lever so it goes left.
- Zoom in on the sink, turn on the tape and use the beaker on the water and now you have a BEAKER with WATER.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
WALKTHROUGH part 2
TABLE
- Zoom in (2x) on the bottom shelf on the left and use the beaker with water on the waterwheel and take the BROWN KEY.
- GO LEFT (2x)
KITCHEN
- Zoom in on and open the bottom middle cupboard doors and open the brown box with the brown key. Read the paper/recipe (click it!, otherwise you can't do some things). According to Lottie it says; make curry.
- GO LEFT.
CUPBOARD
- Zoom all the way in on the bottom right door of the cupboard and then to the right of that to look behind it. Use the playing cards on the green thing you see. And now you can open the bottom right door and take the GREEN CLOTH.
- Zoom in on the pot/bin thing above that bottom right door, open it and use the cloth in it and now you have a WET CLOTH.
- GO LEFT.
TABLE
- Zoom in (2x) on the front left chair and then zoom further in under that chair. Use the wet cloth on the smudge. Click the link that you can see now to go to another web-site. According to Lottie it says there; CLUBS + HEARTS x DIAMONDS - SPADES.
- GO RIGHT.
CUPBOARD
- Zoom all the way in on and open the bottom middle cupboard doors. The box there has playing card symbols on it so here you use that hint. Look at your cards; Clubs=Ace=1, Hearts=2, Diamonds=3 and Spades=5, so it's 1+2x3-5 = 1+6-5 = 7-5 = 2. Now move the lever on that box so it makes the number 2. First right, down (1 step), left, down and right again to open the box and take the WOODEN SPATULA.
- Look at the lollipop and use the spatula on it to break it and take the SILVER KEY.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
WALKTHROUGH part 3
DOOR
- Zoom in on the cupboard doors/drawers below the fridge on the right. Open the drawer and take the JAR with BROWN STUFF.
- Open the fridge and take the PLATE/BOWL with some kind of ingredients from the middle shelf (you can only take it if you clicked on the recipe before).
- GO LEFT.
KITCHEN
- Zoom in on the sink and fill the beaker with water again.
- Open the cupboards below the stove and zoom in on the book, open it and go through the pages till you see 6,7 4,1 Acccording to Lottie this is about the paper that hangs next to that cupboard. Right colomn 6th and 7th word, middle column 4th and 1st word. Anyway it comes down to 'when and date'.
- GO RIGHT.
DOOR
- Zoom in on the clock and see it's 17:20, zoom in on the calendar and see it's the 8th. So the code is 17208.
- GO RIGHT (2x).
CUPBOARD
- Zoom in on the bottom left cupboard doors and use that code to open them. Take the BIG POT from the box there and the TAPE from behind the box.
- GO RIGHT.
KITCHEN
- Zoom all the way in on the stove and put the big pot there. Open the pot and put the plate/bowl with ingredients in. Zoom out (1x) and switch the stove on. Zoom in on the pot again and use the spatula. Read the text in the bar below to see how much water to put in. A beaker is 200 ml. So if it says 800 ml, do it 4 times (back to sink everytime to fill it etc.). Switch off the stove and add the jar with brown stuff.
- GO RIGHT.
DOOR
- Zoom in on the door and take the PAPER that's now under the door. Look at the paper and click it to see the text. Put the tape on, to make it STICKY PAPER.
- GO RIGHT.
TABLE
- Zoom in on the table and further in on the piggy bank. Use the sticky paper on it and take the CHIP ?. Look at the chip and click it to see the backside to read the text.
- Zoom in on the right window and further in on the green thing. Put the chip in, then click the left side of the green thing and open it, it's a mobile phone.
- Look at the beaker again. It's 200 ml. And somehow the text tells you to make that time. So 200 seconds and that's 3 minutes and 20 seconds. So the code for the mobile is 00 03 20. Type it, click the yellow button and the mobile gives a new code (Japanese again of course, but Lottie says it's 2434.
- GO RIGHT.
CUPBOARD
- Open the bottom right doors, zoom in on the code-box and put in 2434 and open it and take the GOLD KEY.
- Go to the door, zoom in, use the gold key and go out and you're out.

I think that the "rope/wire" was actually rubber bands (better grip to open the jar and shoot it at the ceiling to dislodge the cards).
Not one of the better gotmails -- but then I'm not a fan of cooking games.

To clarify on the card codebox in the cupboard:
The answer is 2, however you have to click the corners & areas that would make a (digital)2 in order to move the lever.

(Though my head bumps heavily now from all that mental strain)
Anyways...
There are some pitfalls you have to surmount to win the game...
- The side of the cell phone sports a tiny plastic door you must have opened open before inserting the memory card (don't laugh, this took me 5 minutes to figure out (gahhh))
- To enable the up view in the cupboard, you have to click ABSOLUTELY EXACTLY on the upper left corner (matching the sharp end with your mouse pointer is recommended). This was very pixely IMHO...
BTW, in Japan you do not seem to need FIRE for gas stoves?!
Don't laugh (again); I was actually expecting to find some matches later in the game. Or a lighter, mmm'kay.

And...you have to turn the stove back on because it has to cook more, of course! The paper shows up only if the stove is on after adding all the water and brown stuff....lol

If not for @Lottie and small-tool, I never would have gotten through this. (Thank you both!!!) Still, I have no sense of accomplishment whatsoever, having just followed their directions. I think from now on, I will wait for the English version so that I'll at least have a chance to do it on my own.

Uhm...pilot light? I wish that this could explain it! But normally, the more expensive models of gas stoves have an ignition button with which you can ignite the gas (but MANUALLY!) I just haven't heard of any stoves that will auto-ignite once the gas has been turned up...like this one.
Lol Arbeitslooser, but it's just a game. In escape games anything can happen, especially in Japanese games :)
@arbeitslooser -- most of our gas stoves in the US, you just turn on the burner. Older ones you have a pilot (that's always burning); newer ones, there is an electric ignition that automatically turns on when you turn the dial.
Now, what's really different in Japan are the toilet controls -- heated seats, water jets and air jets so you don't need toilet paper. Some even have a setting of "running water" in case you're inhibited about letting go!
Auto-igniting ones TRIGGERED by the dial? Wow, alright, then I can admit I'm an old-skooler. Thanks for the explanation, it was lots of interesting information.
And besides...yes, I know about those "bells-and-whistles" toilets. The Japanese follow a sort of utter "toilet cult".
P.S. If you haven't already guessed, I always lived in homes with VERY OLD gas stove instalments (if it was gas). Those where you have to turn the gas up, and then light a match to ignite it. Just like Granny did as well ;)
