Yes Truus. The directions are in the source, numbered 1-7. Go from outer to inner.
And solved 30C. Completing the sentence re-directed me to the brain once again.
yes, I found the directions, just not a word yet.

No anagram needed. But a 2-word phrase spelled straight out.

I've thought the best answer could be sociophobia, but it is not.
I thought for 30B to pick a phobia from all parts of the story in the source. So maybe the first one; Scopophobia (the one about staring).

One of the eggs is question. Nothing there. The other egg is a....r That´s the egg you need. It says, a....r is v... i........ And that´s the answer you have to put in the url.
I walked on the blocks you guys laid (thanks for that)and have been killed by lvl 3. Now I'm dead and can't help myself to come out from there. Tired anagram but didn't get anything. Would anyone mind to give me rescue breath?
