To play game, scroll a bit down & click on one of the bold & underlined signs/words.
- direction hint on desk lamp (turn it on)
- KNIFE at window (make knife ready to use)
Don't forget to DRAG the items...!
- NAIL PULLER from CB right of door (use knife)
- small KEY behind bed (zoomed plant view)
- use nail puller right side inside of desk (stuck middle drawer)
- card TILE from drawer
- put tile on bed frame (dice display activated)
- use key behind pillow on bed frame panel for (flashlight-looking ☻) WRENCH
- wrench is actually a HANDLE: put handle on CB under grammophone & set dials for BOTTLE with opaque liquid
I would like to use bottle liquid on mirror, but it says, it can't be used yet...
That's because you haven't found the sprinkler under the bed :)
Sprinkler + Bottle are used on the mirror for 4-digit code to be used on the dice tiles.
Then you are able to solve the 3x3 grid puzzle with the hint behind the towel (you need the white squares)

Missed the particular bed view with desk...
- HANDLE under bed, SPRINKLE from drawer (CB under mirror)
Once the grid is solved, you can go up to the little boat and get a small iron rod from it.
Combine the iron rod with the iron ring.
- small ROD on top of sail pole
Get a note with the 5-digit code from the iron combo. Using this code gives the rocker for the gramophone.
Now you have a KEY from using the rocker on gramophone.
And then you are OUT :)

Why not link to the game page from the start? It's confusing if you don't know what to click to get into the game and it's just one more step to getting to the game.
One the other hand, there's no commercials...
@myrdlebp I have even written to the admin that he finally put in the "actual" link (...escapeXX) but it simply doesn't happen!
I think the "problem" is Shuchun. She has got her own "submission account" and so she will use the links she thinks are best.
But since she only answers once in a blue moon, it won't be too easy to let her know that.
Haha, playing late [as usual] and I've just read the intro...
If I wandered uninvited into some random cottage I should think I DESERVED to get locked in! Probably the best place for me =)
For any other late-comers, the ONE thing Edgar didn't mention while dear premiere was taking a well-earned rest [and of course the ONLY thing which held me up for a while], was what to do once the ring from the top of the clock is joined to the tube from the boat [I can't remember what the game called it, but looks like a tiny brown metal tube].
The ring in place allows you to unscrew the tube and get a note from inside. There.

I found it hard to see how to set the dials -- there are faint green dots that you point in the directions from the lamp.
@PuzzledinCA, you are right, but my problem is different.
I've seen the hint for those dials (SW SE E), I can see the green dots... but the cupboards doesn't open.
