Well got a few things but no idea what I am doing...

I used one of the heads to open a gate after left path had 3 ninjas jump out of the trees LOL

Note for ya Nokra look carefully at the colour round the diamonds at earlier entrance to yellow hut. and i have tried using the colours in hut before gate but I must be doing something wrong
I need the blue sphere! have you seen it anywhere?

We need the blue and pink spheres to put in the eyes! I only have the pink one!

to get past guys with eyes - blue ball goes on left one - pink on right when - and then use the hint you saw in one of the blue huts

Try taking the 'eyes' out and putting them back in again. It seems to reset them

nokra - do you have the blue eye on the left thing and pint eye on the right one - then code should work
@nokra. Yes. With the blue sphere in the left and pink in the right. Make sure the diamond flashes when you click it

LOL, had to switch the eyes per the clue in the cave to blue on the left. Note the three clues for placing heads before going through the arrow gate:
for blue, green and blank spots. That leave only one spot for the red head.

I don't understand where the clues are for the heads :( can anyone explain? (I got the clue from the yellow hut for the blue one, but I can't see the green clue anywhere)

omg finally got the rationale for those heads! thnx @Melody54 for the hint at 9:19 & @JEB5JD for the spoiler above.
You have to take into acount not only the positions of the blue head and green head on the clues, but also the empty positions on these clues, as well as the series of empty circles on the pedestal where we took the red head.
so for blue:

so the only position left for red is bottom left.
