Used rope to go down cliff.
Now have screwdriver, saw, and shovel, and in front of a boarded up house.
Got into house found clues (book, mirror, note) to get into floor safe. Now there's a second safe inside, trying to work out code.
Found flashlight in bag i dug up by cave
found number clues on book case, red book, trash, and in the book.
anyone find batteries or figure out second code? it's probably obvious. I'm usually very dense about these things.

Need to find a paper with a color code first. Have you found the mirror? Find mirror place it and it will tell you where to find a paper that will help with first code.

Then get code paper for second safe. That's where I'm stuck.

Hacked the last digit
I think code for second safe has to do with order of numbers. The two red and yellow books is number 2. The black/green book is number 6. Next is notebook which is zero. There is a section missing, which might be the trash which is number 8?
I think numbers are different in each game.
LOL now I found last digit right of bookcase

finally got the order! tommy was right!
My code was 3 from above the red and yellow books
5 over the green book, 1 in book I picked up and 4 right of bookcase

batteries in safe, just have to click on bottom right
Once you have batteries, use arrows in the tunnel. Find compass, bucket and clue for how to go. Build bridge. Use tools to find direction and go correct way.

Ugh, I think I saved at a wrong spot. When you go in the cave, there's three transparent squares. I first went in the center, then saved. I kept going forward and died. After loading, in same spot, think I'm stuck. Oh well.
Replayed after bad save spot.
Go to bridge and put magnet in bucket to find which direction to go
Bummer Tommy. Luckily I saved right before transparent squares, but they have me confused.

POP worked again. There is also a left screen which was invisible for me.
well my magnet doesn't want to go in the bucket so I guess I can consider myself out
aridza - you need to put the wood chip in the bucket before the magnet. Not sure if it was there when I picked up the wood, but I had to backtrack and it was on the ground to the right of the house where you cut down the tree.
This game has told me twice now that a coin was acquired... but I haven't got it, is this what I need to put in the bucket so the magnet will go in??
Re-started and the same thing has happened!! gmm stated above that I need the wood chip... where is that or is that the coin I am thinking of?

Go back to where you chop off the tree, and get one of the round piece of wood.. When you pick it up, it'd say "woodchip acquired"

This is one of those games where you need to do one thing before it even shows you a view. Need to place mirror on dresser before seeing where the clues are inside cabin, and I think you need to get the "float" message before you find the wood chip back at the beginning, and the East option doesn't appear until you float the magnet. Also got 2 coin messages, maybe a website reward system?
