In second room after lighting candles - clue on books
got it - in another room with notes and a ball i can move

The clue on the wall in the 2nd room changes when you press the handle on safe...hmmm

Alkmar - I think the black chip was in thebox below the shapes on the wall. Click tallest to shortest

actually box gave arrow clue, to use on dial on white speaker, which gave black chip...

I got a red pig from the quader puzzle.....
trying all combinations of tall to short, short to tall, with handle in then out, out then in.... now gotta go! (always have to go at the fun part!) good luck guys.. (can go back in first room but don't know if it helps...)

normal ending. Thanks for the clue for the music signs. Don't drop the balls on the plates, move the ball from plate to plate without letting go of the mouse

What did you use the wrench for?
@zoe - there's a place on the floor to use the wrench
There's a clue for the wall puzzle where the door in the first scene is to the left. I started clicking on the lower left like the pattern and all of a sudden a panel opened up with a red animal in it...still have my wrench, though, and no key for the door.
Zoe the wrench is for the panel on the floor next to the puzzle with the notes and symbols...
On the floor? Which scene? I can't find that place for the wrench.
I clicked somewhere and am back in the first room - can't get out

found the clue for the wall puzzle in the first room but can't get back to the second.
annaby - click on the white "safe"
To get to the first room, you click on the down arrow where there is writing bottom left...to get back to second room, click the white safe on the wall.
annaby click on the little white door in the first scene should get you back in there..

Square hint left of door (go left in first view: click Jap. writings bottom left) is WHITE , but on puzzle (2nd room, click bottom left), the corresponding squares are BLACK...!

I was lucky to find the white (but wrong!) solution quite quickly by randomly clicking, but as the panel for Akabeko didn't open, I had to find out the black one, which took me longer, natch!

At large the game didn't work properly for me - e.g. to get wrench from notes, I had to try at least 3 times (with panel button out & in: changes tallness of note columns...!), before it worked...!

Guess it's too late to ask for help with candles - Ive lit them all but nothing happens?

not all candles have to be lit, only those according to hint on books - you'll find the books in same view as the star safe (click about bottom right in room start view on brown spot).
