First scene there is an A behind the basin(?), and you can plug the fan in around back.
B is in the stand-alone basin(?). Pixel hunting for C. Can plug in slot machine.
Found C, it is in the center of the circle on the wall just to the left of the machine with the screws. Time to play some slots!!

You can still bend the fan and use the color device after the "OPEN" code. But can't find another end.
To get the "Perfct End" (sic) move the adjustable fan some more until a button appears inside one of the pedestal bowls. Press that then exit.

There's a switch under slot machine, left side!
Walkthrough (SPOILER!!!):
1. At view with fan, click at left hand bottom at floor, click plug to plug in. Go back.
2. Click fan til it tilts up.
3. Click bottom left near base of first basin to collect coin A. Go back.
4. Go right. Click basin and collect coin B. Go back.
5. Go right again. Click wall with large gray dot. Collect coin C. Go back.
6. Go right. Click bottom left corner of slot machine and flip switch. Go back.
7. Insert coins and click arm to start fan. Go right twice and click cord that is now visible.
8. Click right and click on pillar with the now transparent panel.
9. Click top right gray button until the colors in right column that are reversed are once again at top (The color patterns with resemble the stems holding up the basins.) Go back.
10. Click door and go out to get the normal end (the entry behind open door will be black.)
11. To get "Perfct End", go left from the pillar until you see fan. Click the basin to look inside. Press raised button. Go back.
12. Go to door, click to open (entry behind open door will be white.)
