Got crank, placed in device with "W" and turned 'til bar on the right was full.

POP at its best. Found the hotspot beside the closet, got ruler and another hint for the book. Going on.
Im trying LOL got note from window with ruler and saw 2 clues in book.... Dog wags it tail and note goes in next page and then use ruler on it to get 4 letters?

This gotmail game is a good example, why I don't fancy them that much- too much of a pixel hunt for me. A changing cursor would make them 100% better for me.
Opened three digit safe now, cleaned the pin, stuckystuck...

You used the pin (lets better name it: the hook) already if you have the plate and spoon. Have you seen the page on the floor beside the ladder? Leads you to another site and gives you the password for the radio set.
Where did you get soup?

how to turn the crnk once i place it on the W machine? and I have got the ladder down but I dont seem to be able to go upstairs.....

Hi ank, you need the tape for the crank.
All I find when clicking beside the closet is a mirror, no ruler. Stuck
Use the tape on the crank
Click mirror and it shows ruler at base of panda cupboard. (you might have to zoom tape first)
@moulded: I think you have to click the mirror again to tilt it, then you see something behind the safe/box/cupboard close to mirror.
Erm, was Lottie joking with the first comment? 15 minutes to get out??? Even if I know the solution...

I have clicked every spot on that mirror, nothing happens. The tape I have already used to fix the crank on the W-machine.

No, I'm afraid I didn't understand how the dog opened that cupboard, think I opened it not on purpose. So I think future players may be extremly grateful if you spoil the secret how to open a drawer with a dog. LOL

LOL OK DOG clue was in first book. After you get the book 5 clue from the soup convert Dog into 100111110 0 left 1 right as I remember it...

The DOG translation does not work for me. I have tried 0 left 1 right and vice versa

Hi Kiki, sorry, don't have the time to do a wt right now. But I replayed the first bit to see where the hook was: You get it from the 3 digit safe, the hint for that is on the ceiling if you follow the blue arrow above door (tricky view, that one, tough).
Thanx escapism...eventually found the view! Now looking for crank, and can't seem to go up ladder!
Hm, apologies for accusing lottie to exaggerate with the 15 mins playtime. If you know what to do you can make it in 15 mins. I replayed it.
It was a bit weird for me that the game seems not to accept the

I'm afraid that my DOG code is not accepted because I have forgotten to zoom a particular item again (or for a similar reason). I will not restart a second time, so I give up.
@moulded: it worked for me, so leroys solution seems to be right. I tried

but can't remember which one was left and which one right, I tried it both because my fisrt attempt was wrong, but the other one worked.
Have you seen the tail wag from the dog in the book? Maybe you have to do that first?

zoom tape first to see the word "Mirror" LOL then put crank on W thingie and then use tape

so for safe on the left click only RRL

Finally.. the first gotmail game that I could solve on my own.
It's very difficult, but at least the puzzles are actually logical and quite clever.
