Finally found scissors but can't do anything with them. HELP!

took bulb out of light fixture but it's not in inventory

I got bulb out too, its now on table by bear but I can't pick it up. UGH!

Oooh. Cut the end of bed with scissors, got paint brush.
Use brush on end of couch, moves TV for axe.
Axe on bulletin board for lighter
burned flowers, got key, opened box, got bulb, put in empty light, now a pink light and no more items to use. Stuck again.
lighter on flowers in same scene for key. Key on cabinet by door for code. after you enter in the code, you can lift up the books on the shelf in the same scene for a screw driver.
used axe on poster for lighter
Code in pink light, but don't know where to use it. I assume on the birds, but don't know how.

got birds figured out, got rope, lifted weight, now have steering wheel :-\
duh, steering wheel on safe, key to get out.

what'd you do to get the birds?
use the pink code on the birds. Click the first on to the 4th bird, 2nd to the 2nd bird...and so on then click the door below
for rope:
click birds in order,3, 1,0,2--> white bird/black tail, black pigeon, grey bird (original position and turkey)
then click door below them.
oh, duh. first one is 1, first click on is 2. -_-

Just for help,
For those who don't know where the "new" light bulb is exactly located, it is behind the clock (the room with the four birds)--> use the screw driver on the top nail:-)
Any clue please about how to start? Have vanished the light bulb but can't even find the scissors... got something odd going on with the grey drawers but no conclusion. Frustrating.
And POP - as I hoped LOL - for anyone following me the scissors are in one of the cups of coffee on the table.
And the rope does on the knob on the wall above the purple lamp, then up to the ceiling eye, then to the weight...

when you enter code cb (7799) on wall click on ball on shelf and sd is under books

The number code hidden in the bottom of the cabinet (need blue key) goes in the wall, then mysteriously the box on the bookshelf in that same room can be opened. Figures, after using a brush on the couch.... LOL
what is the name of the song?
ok this is really weird, I didn't find anything you guys did. Solved bird puzzle on wall, got rope, tied it to weight, hook on ceiling and spot on wall. Lifted weight, got wheel for safe, opened safe, got key and out the door :-D
And the bird code was alphabetical order which is Dove, Pigeon, Seagull, Turkey.... so don't know what pink code is.
