Run out of views and don't know where to use the dolls or the hippo.

I thought the bottles were dolls - didn't know what else to call them.
Fiddled with them and got two 'eyes' for the hippo. I think the hippo came from the number sequence puzzle
or did it come from the RAIN puzzle after I put the marbles in the bowl?

No clue Granma. Just opened them up in view and clicked around a lot and suddenly there were two blue dots
hipe from rain puzzle. got the eyes from waterbottles after talking to the man.
Did the stars and diamonds puzzle and got to another room Did that puzzle and now have two characters (think they are words)

Try Yvon's trick of taking to the man. In the first room it is the writing on the floor that takes you to the scene and then back again

@granmaj - click on the hippo and then click on the bottles again - they should have changed into eyes

Went back in and you definitely do need to go through the conversation via the green writing on the floor to get the 'eyes'

Hi! got 2 eyes after 3rd conversation with man in 1st room (click arrow on the floor)

On the left there is a 'RAIN' puzzle. After you put the balls in the bowl on the right, you can open it using the sequence
retry - is that good or bad?
Nokra click on left wall on letters RAIN (hint order with number balls on the right wall)
got only one character in second room (with notes)
and got colored "thing"(??) on hippo
Just got second symbol and used it in second room? Now what LOL I cant take the orange ball? Or do I have to find and orange ball?

The sparkler appears when you put the eyes in the hippo
Zoom into the cactus and click to the right and you get a flame to light it

I thought the light bulb went crazy when I lit the taper???
so I didn't dream it then!
When I put the eyes in the akebeko, then took the rainbow wand....The game took me to the watermelon...lol..tried to cut it with colored wand....lol

Now we know why they label things in these games. So far everything has got at least two different identities.
OK...now I have 2 "letters"...where to use them, please?
And..why does the knob on other "door" in the 2nd room move in and out?
Also....why are these doors so small? Are we hobbits? lolol

On the floor of the second room is some writing on the bottom left. Click on that and you get the hobbit door to put your symbols on :)
@nokra - the knob position gives the musical notes clue. click at bottom left of second room to place symbols
And I guess I am out! lol Maybe someone will make sense of the story...very strange!!!!! lolol
Mister, after the kashinashi put the akebeko into the sushimushi for more kawai...or what? Wait...Kawai even fits to that piano music in the game...LOL
Enough of my silly talk...seriously, yes, this game would be a 5-star one if it wasn't all-japanese gibberish.

The last symbol on the door is "Summer".
The Fibonacci sequence is well-clued, but no hints on the star/diamond equation.

Room 209 Escape Walkthrough
Left to right in room:
-click light to see RAIN puzzle
-click box below to get Fibonacci puzzle
-solve puzzle to get akebeko (red cow) with blank eyes
-click cactus pot and pick up 4 marbles
-(see that they are R,A, I, N, all different sizes)
-in cactus zoom view, click to right to see candle
-click by lamp to see star and diamond puzzle
-click object at right: it has bowls number 1-4 (the symbols are Japanese legal symbols for 1-4)
-drop the marbles in the top bowl to sort them
-look at sorted order (zoom on bottom bowls)
-solve RAIN puzzle to get two bottles
-go to locked gate
-give to boy or man to drink water and get 2 balls
-put balls in akebeko eyes to get rainbow stick
-light rainbow stick on candle
-click symbol on floor to get another symbol
-go to star and diamond door
-brute force or use spoilers above to enter room 2
-see music symbol puzzle on left
-(left white door goes back to 1st room)
-push button on right door for music clue
-solve music puzzle for another symbol
-click writing in lower left for exit door
-place symbols in door ("summer") and back up for ending
Okay, I don't mean to be rude, but either something is wrong with my game, or no one here has explained the "Rain Puzzle" correctly.
WHAT PUZZLE?! I see where it says Rain. I get that. But there is NOTHING to interact with. Clicking the letters does nothing. Clicking the panel they're on does nothing. I can't drag anything I can't hit any buttons. I don't get it. How is a sign sitting on a wall a puzzle? Can someone please tell me? I know this isn't live anymore but it frustrates me. THERE IS NOTHING TO INTERACT WITH ON THE "RAIN" SIGN.
@DanManX -- When you can click the letters in the order given by the marble machine, the square below the letters opens. (When I first saw it, I thought that I would have to place something on the square which turns out to be a door.)
