ok, I got 3 coins, two from dog/mermaid pics, put them on the white plates, got 2 fish food, one fish food won't come off wall. can't feed food to fish, can't find clue for numbers on cb...any one here?

Do you put the food on the fish? Hover it over tank and drop? I cannot find that pixel

I was able to use 3 of the 4 fish food packages
Hold them way above tank, starting on right side. Moving left with each package. Not able to use the left most pack which is needed for the second digit
Finally was able to feed final pack of fish and then figured code was not left to right
To feed the last pack, hold it in the position for the second pack
Couldn't find a clue for the number order, so I brute forced it.

For the number order, the clue is the order of apparition numbers in the tank
give food and 7 appears, give another food and 4 appears....
dog has to be on left pic, mermaid on right

there is an order to give fish food packages
from left to right
2nd, 3rd, 4th (right), 1st(left) and note order number apparition for order drawer code(7 4...)
