xie try starting by writing all the colors of the rainbow
i dk what means all that dull glowing neon tree goo stuff, im not so good with english
only edible thing in rainbow i can think of is orange
the letters are more important than the words

I have never used a keyed cipher, so this will take me a bit

Finally on to 14. For 13, look at the second column and see if you can figure out anything special about the numbers there. Then apply it.

stuck on 14... tried taking 8th letter of fourteen etc, converting to numbers.. didn't work unless I messed up

jbg to be honest I did fluke that one a bit, so I just guessed I must had the order wrong. I picked letters in an order that looked a lot like a word so I tried it and it was the answer eg 1 for 1 2 for 2

That's what I have been trying to do, but those letters don't give me the answer.
but does what you have remind you of a word ? Thats how I got it. 4 correct letters and one I replaced with an e.
still cant figure out k9 i tried converting numbers to letter then took the previous letter as k is previous to l but doesnt seem right
ok I got it, but I have no idea why that is the answer. I can't see how to get those letters.
@xieshan: If you convert k to a number it is usually k=11, but this level says k=9.

@XieShan: It's not like a bingo card. It's actually very simple. Just get letters going right and going down. You need 8 letters.

xie - all the 3 words have ART in them - so ignore the art and take the other letters and anagram them

and btw - there are a lot of comments about all the level already - one can find them quicker with using ctrl-F and typing in the level number
Dr A for level 4 cancel the numbers you have been given and a pattern should form
Dr a solve it on a paper with a pencil and u will see the answer

u have to alculate and convert numbers into alphabets like 1 = a 2=b and 26 = z
when u will do that u will see the answer
