ReplyDeleteMap is a bit wonky...so I'll just say...you need the lantern in a dark room to get the blue key.....lol...
ReplyDeletehow did I get up there???(map is not working right) lol
GROWPY is NOT an anagram....use on levers....
ReplyDeleteI have 61 orbs, but it won't let my buy the crystal.
ReplyDeleteA new SD game? Yippie! Going in!
ReplyDeleteNokra I saw that with the green key LOL I also moticed you can draw freehand on the map squares so I have been doing my own numbering and noting
ReplyDeletemap is totally messing me up? hmmm
ReplyDeleteAnyone used the hammer yet?
ReplyDeleteI have 54 orbs, but he won't let me get the crystal... bummer :-(
ReplyDeleteThere is no labels on the map ?
ReplyDelete@nokra,
the hammer is used on a crate (use a crank first)
Green gem under lose tile in red and black X room!
ReplyDeletegot a crank. map is not much helpful!
ReplyDeletenokra, you use the hammer one the box that falls down when you get use the crank.
ReplyDeleteTY Pascale...now, where was that crate????lolol
ReplyDeletegot red key by using crank on bolt.
ReplyDeleteYep...have no idea where that crank would be used...Thanks guys...hunting now...lol
ReplyDeleteI just need something that tells me the order of the symbols!
ReplyDeleteCrystal actually costs 75 orbs.
ReplyDeletecrank is used in one of the very first rooms. There is a whole in a wall.
ReplyDeleteI repeat my earlier comment LOL You can draw freehand on the map squares so number them then make notes to the left...
ReplyDeleteSame here I have 69 orbs no crystal
ReplyDeletecan't locate screwdriver and green key.
ReplyDeletecrystal costs 75 orbs! just got it :-)
ReplyDeleteThe navigation and the map are buggy...
ReplyDeletewoohoo out! I 'numbered' the map starting in the lower left with A and going from left to right, then up a row and continuing to 'EE' if anyone wants help!
ReplyDeleteBut map is completely stuffed LOL
ReplyDeletealthough i missed two orbs :(
ReplyDelete@tanz16: where did you find the color order for the symbols?
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeletegot silver key from the dark corner of a room on right top of the map.
ReplyDeletefor once I used my brain :) alphabetical order of the colours Casual.
ReplyDeleteTY, @tanz...lol..I saw that hole ages ago...and forgot all about it!....I bet I'll never get all the orbs for the transporter! only have 45!
ReplyDeletethanks @tanz16, that worked!
ReplyDeleteI think I'm missing more gems (only have 4), but where to put it anyway? and what about that box once down from view with rain?
LMAO...this map is hilarious...one step up puts me 2 rows right....
ReplyDeleteWhat good is the map?
ReplyDeleteI would love if someone could screen shot or somehow spoil the symbols box...lol...the map for it has me top right of map page not even in a square!
ReplyDeleteCasual...without revealing too much...find the gems and the box will be revealed! haha
ReplyDeletehas anyone seen the pink gem?
ReplyDeleteAnd there are seven gems so you are missing a few!
ReplyDeleteThere isn't a pink gem this time around Philomena.
ReplyDelete@tanz16, thanks. I think I know what it is going to happen...
ReplyDeleteI just noticed, could the color order be the word on window (growpy) and not the alphabetical order?! I mean alphabet worked, but it seems this should be the right order...
Yea..silver key after red key is used....forget directions, because I went through some familiar rooms to get there....still need to find 15 orbs!
ReplyDeleteThere is some kind of big crate or chest behind the door opened by the gold key (is in an attic ?), but there is no hotspot on this crate/chest. And BTW, I'm missing some gems, as usual (I have orange, yellow, red and white gems).
ReplyDelete5 gems and going nowhere, someone know where the symbol clue is?
ReplyDeletenope, growpy is used for something else. besides, there is seven gems and only 6 letters.
ReplyDeletePhilomena...I'm pretty sure the pink gem was the colored lever box! after using first key from map?
ReplyDeletemugglehead, symbols are used in the alphabetical order of their colours.
ReplyDeletewhere is the orange gem?
ReplyDeletenope, @nokra, that was purple
ReplyDeletewas the purple gem actually pink! haha
ReplyDeleteThank you for the tip nokra, on the loose tile, couldn't find that last gem for anything. Good game as always. :)
ReplyDeleteok so I'm not coloured blind yet! Orange gem is in far left room second row from the bottom. I believe stuck in a cupboard.
ReplyDeletepdgph: Once you get all the gems, the box will work for you.
ReplyDeletesilly me, that was the purple...I need pink as well!
ReplyDeletewhite/silver gem under nailed board in attic. cannot find the 7th gem or the lever puzzle.
ReplyDeleteOKAY...it is the blue I am missing, right? anyone help me? is it in the symbols safe
ReplyDeletethere isn't a pink Gem. Orange, Yellow, green, red, white, purple and blue this time.
ReplyDeletethank you, Tanz16!! Now for the blue gem the seventh one
ReplyDeleteokay, how about a blue gem? I have grywpo and assume one more is needed...
ReplyDeleteyes Nokra, blue is in the symbol safe.
ReplyDeletewas the lever puzzle around the bathroom?
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness on the leader board for a few minutes. LOL
ReplyDeleteThe levers box in on back wall of a room 4 places right from the start room!
ReplyDeleteI can't find the symbol safe :(
ReplyDeleteCongrats! @Yvonne
ReplyDelete...could you help me with the symbols puzzle, please?
symbol safe is on that right branch at the top, the room that sticks out on the left.
ReplyDeleteand out, alphabetical order the symbols
ReplyDeleteNokra, did you find all 6 symbols?
ReplyDeletethanks Tanz16!!
ReplyDeletewell, thanks, but no hotspot there for me.
ReplyDeletethanks nokra! out at last! map was confusing.
ReplyDeletewhere do gems go?
ReplyDeletehey dont be confused if 1 symbol appears twice in different colours ;)
ReplyDeletebrown box Mariagrazia
ReplyDelete@ maria u know the box without hotspots?
ReplyDeleteThank you Nokra, the symbols are in colour alphabetical order Tanz16 posted earlier, you must have missed it. :) hope that makes sense.
ReplyDeletePhilomena, the hotspot is under a shelf sorta in the middle of the screen.
ReplyDeletenevermind. restarted game and there it was out now
ReplyDeletefound it! and out! thanks mugglehead & Lola!
ReplyDeleteWhere's the green gem?
ReplyDeleteGOT IT!!!!!
ReplyDelete1)circle with 2 arrows,
2(Big S,
3)Eye,
4)Stickman with curved arms,
5)Triangle with line under it
6)Circle with 2 arrows again!!!!!
Box is in the bath room Map doesn't work for me!
green gem is under a loose tile under the 'X' clue.
ReplyDeleteWhere is the screwdriver?
ReplyDeleteOUT! Thanks guys! That was fun!
ReplyDeleteThank you, tanz16!!
ReplyDeleteSomething got lost in transmission - this game is messed up. I tried using a printed out version of the map and that helped some.
ReplyDeleteI found a green key but no green door!
And out!!!
ReplyDeletemap really no real help until you get the crystal ball......just keep moving and looking, 4red3s...
ReplyDeleteCan anyone give a general direction of where to use red key? Doing circles trying to find the door, lol
ReplyDeletePlease help-me i'm not found the screwdriver!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteFor me, the red dot was never in the place I was supposed to be...and sometimes the rooms that should be locked were open...but...made it a bit more of a challenge!!! lolol Loved it!
ReplyDeleteI remember the sd being in middle of map, 4 spaces up from bottom...but since the rooms aren't numbered and map never showed me where I really was...I could be steering you wrong...
ReplyDeleteIf you start from all the way left, go right 4 spaces, then up 4 spaces it should be on a ledge somewhere!
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteSD was on the ledge above the X clue. Same room as the Green gem.
ReplyDeleteHow about red door? Anyone?
ReplyDeleteNevermind, found it:)
ReplyDeleteI have the crystal ball .... I also have a green key! There is NO green door.
ReplyDeleteI have 6 gems: orange, yellow, red, purple, white, and green.
I assume the wooden rectangle that does not open in the gold door room is where the gems go.
What does the rainy window mean?
@whoohoo01,
ReplyDeleteThank you !
I suppose that I miss a green gem and a purple (or pink) gem.
Hello Nokra,
ReplyDeletethank you for explaining where the green gem was !
all the way to the left has the jammed door of what looks like lockers. I think the orange gem was there. That is as far left as you can go. I can go down which puts me in the shop.
ReplyDeletethe green door is in for the fourth room from the starting point.
ReplyDelete4reds3s, you are missing the blue gem which is in the symbols box.
sorry fourth room to the right.
ReplyDeleteSome people say that there are 6 gems, other people say that there are 7 of them...
ReplyDeleteI have six (red, green, orange, white, yellow, blue) : am I missing something ? The big crate in the attic can't be clicked yet.
Thanks Nokra the screwdriver is on the window up the x color hint.
ReplyDeleteIf you start from all the way left, go right 1 space, go up 2 spaces and go left on space and you see the x color hint, see the window up the hint and we are founded the screwdriver.
fixed, the map. So sorry! I need to use it so I know it works!!! Thank you everyone!!!
ReplyDeletepdgph, there are 7 gems, 6 symbols. you are missing the purple gem. You can find that in the bottom right room in the coloured slider puzzle.
ReplyDelete4th room from the right is the room where the bolt that used the handle is.
ReplyDelete4th room from the starting point is where the colored lever puzzle was.
4th room to the right (starting from left) is the starting point.
I am lost and frustrated and running out of time.
I think I have to give this one a pass.
4red3s, if you are in the room with the coloured lever puzzle then you have made it through the green door. you are missing the blue gem which is in the symbols puzzle which from the coloured level puzzle is one room left, 3 rooms up and 1 room left.
ReplyDeleteThere is NO GREEN DOOR. I have the crystal ball and can get into every single room on the crazy map. I have even "walked" through every room with out using the map or crystal ball. Still NO GREEN DOOR.
ReplyDeleteQuote: 4red3s, if you are in the room with the coloured lever puzzle then you have made it through the green door.
ReplyDeleteBut ... but ... I still have the green key?!?!
Thanks for the location on the symbols puzzle.
:-) Question for Self Defient: Do I get extra credit for the green key?? :-D
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDelete@4red... so sorry... when you are in the start screen.. the green door is all the way RIGHT- but if you go up 1 and over again to the right- it leads you the same way if you unlocked the green door
ReplyDeleteThen you have a glitch in your game. I got into the Green Door room through a glitch in the map from the room one left and one up from that room, maybe you did the same thing and that is why you got into that room. But it was a green door at one point.
ReplyDeletei think the silver door is after you unlocked the purple door-- keep going up
ReplyDeletewhere is the blue gem?
ReplyDeleteMade it out -- with the green key. I thought we would get out through the "door locked by some strange force." But I just took the loot and it was over.
ReplyDeleteWell that was interesting! Even with crazy maps and keys -- Self Defiant -- you are the best!
Wish I had time to play it again.
niknik, blue gem location is discussed in length above.
ReplyDeleteI am out, but I will stick around to help out if I can!
ReplyDeleteit didnt help me tanz
ReplyDeleteSymbols spoiler:

I really can't find the golden key. Can someone help me please?
ReplyDeletenice game but map is soo confusing ....im out without any help but it too almost 1 hr...
ReplyDeleteniknik
ReplyDeletetanz16 9/5/12 11:48 AM 4red3s, if you are in the room with the coloured lever puzzle then you have made it through the green door. you are missing the blue gem which is in the symbols puzzle which from the coloured level puzzle is one room left, 3 rooms up and 1 room left.
As we also said above the coloured level puzzle is in the bottom right corner.
c@ke - the gold key is in the cupboard in the top left room.
ReplyDeleteniknik, the blue jem is located in the box where you have to enter the symbols in the correct order. If you are at the starting screen, go 3 screens left, 3 screens up, and one left. You need the red key to get through
ReplyDeletehelp cant find gold key

ReplyDeletethanks for fixing the map SD (right after i finished!)
ReplyDeletegreat game - the spooky ones are my faves
@tanz16,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your answer, but I don't see any coloured slider puzzle.
And I reloaded the game several times, the map is still buggy...
POP, I found the coloured levers puzzle !
ReplyDeleteYay out without help! Seems I didn't need the green key though bit of a bug there, could get into room from room above it weird, lol
ReplyDeleteI've been everywhere that I can several times, and cannot find the orb holder....HELP anyone, I am seriously stuck!
ReplyDeletemugglehead, I wish you would say where you found the orb jar. I have to quit, been at it over an hour and can't find the f****** orb jar. grrrrrrr :(
ReplyDeleteI made it out even without a working map :) No prob, cool game anyway !
ReplyDeleteYorkie : Nokra posted where it is just at the beginning : From starting screen....
ReplyDeleteOrb jar...r,r,r,u,l!!!!!
@selfdefiant:
ReplyDeleteBugs found so far:
- You can get from room Row 3, col 7 to Row 3, col 8
- It took 25 orbs to buy the map, not 15 (but crystal only cost me 50)
- clock says Iily ben playing 3 minutes, but I''m not that fast!
Can anyone tell me how to open the cupboard in top left room. How to pry it open.
ReplyDeleteDidn't proof that "lily ben" should be "I've been"
ReplyDeleteuse either the crowbar from 2 rooms above the shop or the screwdriver from the room above that one.
ReplyDeleteorb jar = one room left from the green eye symbol which is one room above the shoe in the corridor
ReplyDeletealways love these SD games!

ReplyDeleteWhere Things Are
ReplyDeleteTo get map, you have to accumulate orbs.
Orb jar: From start go right 3x, up, left (Thanks @nokra)
Orb store: from start, go left 3x, then down
(Price was posted as 15 orbs for map, but I needed 25)
Number rows 1-7 bottom to top (like floors in a building)
Number columns 1-9 left to right
I also give the room letters the way SD normally labels the map
There are 5 orbs in every room except the orb store (150 total to get 100%)
"*"ed items require require 1 or more steps to get
Map has purple key
Row/Col (orbs)
1/1 A Orb Shop
2/1 B *orange gem in jammed locker
2/2 C Black symbol
2/3 D
2/4 E Start, screwed grate for green key
2/5 F Bolt on Piller, *red key
2/6 G 3x3 box (WRB), *yellow gem, Blue symbol
2/7 H
2/8 I color levers, *purple gem
3/1 J pink symbol, crowbar
3/2 K Use purple key
3/3 L crank, purple symbol
3/4 M
3/6 N orb jar
3/7 O green symbol
3/8 P hammer, GROWPY clue
3/9 Q dark, *blue key
4/1 R SD, Red/Black clue, loose tile, *green gem
4/2 S
4/4 T
4/7 U
5/2 V yellow symbol
5/4 W
5/6 X symbols safe, *blue gem
5/7 Y
6/2 Z dark, *red gem
6/3 AA board nailed down, *white gem
6/4 AB brown chest, place for gems when you have all 7
6/7 AC *silver key (use lantern)
7/2 AD stuck doors, *gold key
7/4 AE (rain)
Additional hints:
if you have trouble finding orbs, try using the lantern, even in lighted rooms.
Most puzzles are pretty logical, and you don't have many tools.
For levers, alphabetize the colors of the symbols.
Clue for colored levers is the GROWPY graffiti
Crystal is not necessary, but doesn't hurt your score. Once you have it, it's hard to draw on the map.

ReplyDeletehmmm, I am so battling with this game! I cannot purchase the map, because I am 1 orb short. There is definitely only 4 orbs in the room with the crank in my game. :(
ReplyDeletenvd....FINALLY found it!
ReplyDeleteI have yet to find the spot to put the gems. ??
ReplyDeleteNever believed in the POP concept, but just found the gem box. ;)
ReplyDeleteTY slartismum, I totally missed that room.
ReplyDeleteWell this was a boring game. SD-games used to be my favourites, but I actually fell asleep in the middle of playing this one. And what's the point of not numbering the rooms on the map? It doesn't make the game more fun or more difficult to play. It's just annoying.
ReplyDelete@Rachel, when I first played the game I only found 134 orbs. While replaying to write the WT, I started finding orbs I had missed and eventually realized the pattern.
ReplyDeleteyay, I love the abandoned building games
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.

ReplyDeleteNice game, the only thing I didn't like was the order of the symbols as colors alphabetically, because I had to think the color names in english, and as a no native english speaker that was a twist too much for me, especially because there was, as far as I can see, no hint for it.
All I need now is the orange gem, but I can't open the stuck box with either the crowbar or the screwdriver. I even tried lighting it with the lantern first! What am I doing wrong?
ReplyDeleteToo late to get help (!) have to abandon game (sob).
ReplyDeleteStrange....I can enter the room without the green key...
ReplyDeleteit is fun as always....
is it black and yellow had the same symbol ??
ReplyDeleteO que significa a janela com chuva quando se chega no sotão
ReplyDeleteFinalizado
ReplyDeletemy map has no numbers no nothing it is just blank )':
